A tall, bespectacled doctor with a high hat, Dr. Ho, examines a medicinal compound. He remarks, "Quite an unusual formula," and "Oho... What a marvelous compound..." as he inspects it. He concludes, "But perfectly sound... Marvelous, indeed." Below, Chopper is diligently grinding medicine in a mortar with a pestle, the sound "Gori Gori" accompanying his work. Dr. Ho asks, "Where did you learn such medicinal skills?" Vivi, standing nearby with a smile, answers, "Fufu... Tony's a doctor from Drum." The doctor is astonished, exclaiming, "Well, I'll be! The very Drum Kingdom once famed for its medical knowledge!?" He continues to praise Chopper, saying, "Oho... I see much advances have been made... I've been a doctor for 40 years, But I never knew such a compound was even possible." Chopper looks overwhelmed by the praise.

Chopper does his classic happy, wiggly dance while aggressively insulting Dr. Ho to hide his embarrassment. "SHUT UP AND STOP STARING, YOU IDIOT!" he yells, adding, "GO AWAY!" and "You dumbass!" Dr. Ho calmly asks Vivi, "Can I interpret that as 'Feel free to have some tea and watch?'" Vivi smiles and replies, "Yes, I believe you can." Chopper continues grinding his medicine, still blushing, while Dr. Ho watches him with interest. Vivi then looks toward a door as construction noises, "Gaya gaya" and "Ton ten kan...", echo from outside. Inside a quiet room, Zoro is fast asleep on a bed, heavily bandaged. A spot-billed duck sits peacefully near the window.

A wide view of the Alubarna palace and the city shows extensive repair work underway. Construction noises fill the air as workers rebuild the damaged structures. One worker yells, "YOU GOT ANY MORE LUMBER!?" Another replies, "I'm running short here too!" A third offers, "I've got some left over. Feel free to use them." Down in the streets, Sanji and Usopp are walking, carrying large sacks of supplies. Usopp comments, "This country sure is robust..." Sanji replies with a heart in his eye, "That's 'cause their princess is a babe!" Usopp questions, "That makes a difference?" and Sanji confirms, "You bet." They then notice a series of massive holes smashed through the walls of several houses. Usopp exclaims, "DAMMIT! WHAT THE HELL'S WITH THESE HOLES FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE!?" Sanji observes, "IT'S ALMOST AS IF SOMEONE JUST KICKED HIS WAY THROUGH!" Sanji then points ahead, saying, "Hey, Usopp. I think there's something over there."

Zoro is outside, shirtless and covered in bandages, lifting a massive boulder over his head as part of his training. Sweat drips down his face as he tells himself, "I NEED TO CONCENTRATE HARDER!" He continues to strain under the weight of the giant rock, thinking, "IF I CAN'T DRAW FORTH THAT SAME POWER WHENEVER I WANT, THEN I CAN'T SAY I'VE GROWN STRONGER AT ALL...!" Meanwhile, inside the palace library, Nami is happily holding a thick book titled "OCEANOLOGY". She says, "Wow! You have so many interesting books! Are you really fine with letting me take them all?" A palace official sitting nearby replies, "Yes, I don't mind. I've already read them all long ago." Nami smiles brightly and says, "Thank you!"

Pell stands firmly in front of a group of Marines, declaring, "DID YOU NOT HEAR ME TELL YOU THEY'RE NOT HERE!? LEAVE AT ONCE!" The Marines argue back, "LYING WON'T HELP YOUR COUNTRY!" and "HARBOURING PIRATES IS A SERIOUS CRIME!" Pell maintains his stance, stating, "I KNOW OF NO PIRATES!" Nearby, a Marine reports to Smoker and Tashigi, who are walking through the city. "Keep up the good work out here," Smoker says. The Marine replies, "Ah, welcome back. Did you find what you were looking for?" Smoker answers, "Yeah, a decent amount." Tashigi tells Smoker, "Considering the state of the city right now, buying this much is enough." Smoker then confronts Pell, asking, "DO YOU HAVE PROOF THAT THE PIRATES ARE HERE!?" Pell stammers, "W-well, no, but...!" Hiding around a nearby corner, Usopp and Sanji observe the Marines. Usopp whispers, "Y'think he's woken up yet?" Sanji replies, "If he did, it's gonna get noisy."

Luffy suddenly wakes up, throwing his arms wide in the air and shouting at the top of his lungs, "MAAAAAAAN, DID I EVER SLEEP WELL!" He laughs boisterously, "Wahhahhahha!" In the next panel, he is sitting cross-legged on his bed, his stomach growling loudly with a "GURRRR" sound. He immediately starts demanding his things, yelling, "AHH! MY HAT! WHERE'S MY HAT!?" and "AND I'M HUNGRY! WHERE'S MY HAT AND BREAKFAST!?" Vivi, Chopper, and Sanji are in the room with him, startled by his sudden and loud awakening.

Sanji, annoyed, tells Luffy, "God, you're noisy as hell from the moment you wake up. It's evening right now. And it's not time for breakfast." Usopp points and says, "Your hat's right over there. One of the soldiers found it outside the palace." Luffy grabs his straw hat and puts it on, saying, "OH, THAT'S GOOD!" Nami smiles and says, "I'm glad to see you're fine, Luffy..." Luffy replies casually, "Fine? Ain't I always fine?" Nami gets angry, yelling, "You idiot, do you have any idea how high your fever was!? Vivi and Chopper have been nursing you all this time, you know!" Luffy looks surprised and says, "REALLY!? THANKS!" Just then, Zoro walks into the room. Luffy greets him, "...Oh, you awake, Luffy? Oh hey, Zoro. Long time no see!" Chopper immediately panics upon seeing Zoro, screaming, "AHHH! You went out training again, didn't you!?" Zoro dismisses it, "What, it's my own body." Chopper yells, "NO MEANS NO! I'M THE DOCTOR HERE! DON'T TAKE YOUR BANDAGES OFF! YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO MOVE!" Zoro complains, "But it's hard to move around in 'em." Luffy, confused, repeats, "Long time no see??" Zoro replies, "Yeah, I guess it has been a while."

Luffy's eyes and mouth open wide in absolute shock as he yells, "THREE DAYS? I WAS ASLEEP FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS!?" Sanji calculates, "I missed 15 meals!" Nami sighs, "Why're you so fast at calculating only those kinds of things?" Usopp adds, "And he calculated 5 meals per day." Vivi laughs gently, "Hahaha... Don't worry. I've told the cooks to prepare food for you to eat anytime you want." Suddenly, the doors burst open with a loud "BAM!", and a large woman who looks exactly like Igaram enters the room. She announces, "Is the captain awake? Can you not wait 30 minutes more for dinner? After all, food tastes better when you're eating with others than eating alone."

The entire crew is stunned by the woman's appearance. "WHA-" "!!?" Luffy points at her and yells, "It's the Chikuwa-dude! You're still alive!?" Zoro mutters, "Y... You really ARE into that kinda fetish, aren't you...!" Vivi quickly clarifies, "You're all mistaken. This is Terracotta. She's Igaram's wife and the head of servants at the palace here." Terracotta bows slightly and says, "Thank you for helping Vivi and my husband." Zoro thinks to himself, "There should be a limit to how similar couples can look alike... You've gotta be kiddin' me..." Terracotta offers, "I hear you eat a lot so why don't you help yourself to some fruit while you wait for dinner?" She snaps her fingers with a "POP!!", and a massive cart overflowing with food instantly appears. Luffy's jaw drops as he screams, "WHAT'RE YOU, A MAGICIAN!?" Terracotta laughs confidently, "Fine by me! This head-maid with 30 years of experience under her belt won't lose to some young man's appetite so eat as much as you want!" Luffy grins and declares, "Hey, lady! I'm gonna eat 3-days worth of food, got it!?"

Luffy is aggressively stuffing his face with food, his cheeks bulging comically as he chews rapidly. "MNN! MNNF!" "MNN MN MNNNNF!" "MNN!" he mumbles through mouthfuls. In the background, the palace guards and officials watch in stunned silence. One remarks, "Not even a shred of dignity...!" Another adds, "A banquet here in the great dining hall should be much quieter..." Meanwhile, Terracotta is energetically directing a line of chefs carrying even more massive plates of food. "MOVE IT, MOVE IT! YOU'RE IN THE WAY!" she barks. The chefs struggle under the weight, yelling, "WHOA-". Terracotta looks at Luffy and says, "You sure do live up to your words. But I won't lose just yet!"

The great dining hall has devolved into a chaotic feast. Everyone is eating voraciously. Zoro yells, "Eat as fast as you can before the food disappears!" Usopp angrily points at Luffy, "HEY, LUFFY! YOU TOOK THAT FROM MY PLATE!" Luffy just mumbles, "MNNF!" Sanji calls out, "WE'VE GOT MORE SERVINGS HERE!!" Chopper is happily stuffing his face. Nami warns Luffy, "Hey now, if you eat that quickly, you'll-" but then she smiles and says, "Don't worry, there's still plenty left!" Usopp prepares a spicy meatball, thinking, "Just you wait, Luffy. Have a taste of my tabasco star." Luffy eats it and immediately breathes a massive plume of fire, screaming, "BWAHH!" Usopp laughs hysterically, "THAT'S PLAYIN' DIRTY!" Elsewhere, Sanji is talking to a palace chef, asking, "...What's this dish called?" The chef explains, "Konafa. It's made by putting the noodles in an oven and-" Sanji is startled by the chef's sudden appearance, "WHOA, SINCE WHEN WERE YOU HERE!?" Nami happily eats, saying, "Delicious!"

King Cobra is sitting next to Luffy, both of them stuffing their faces with food. Luffy mumbles through a full mouth, "MNNF FBAH FMPAH TAH? (So you were the king, mister?)" and "RAHH MNFF FBAH HRANCH BEEMF. (I guess that makes you Vivi's dad then.)" Cobra, equally full, replies, "RMNF? (Right?)" Cobra then suggests, "W-why don't we save the talk for later..." Luffy agrees, "MNNF! (Sure!)" Suddenly, Cobra yells out, "CAN I GET SOME MORE BOOZE!?" while Sanji simultaneously yells, "SOME WATER OVER HERE!" Watching the chaotic scene, Pell and Chaka look deeply disturbed. Pell says, "What a noisy meal..." Chaka adds, "I can barely watch. It's beyond vulgar." However, Vivi is sitting at the table, laughing joyfully. Pell thinks, "I'm surprised the princess, Can still smile in spite of this sight..."

The banquet reaches a peak of joyous chaos. Luffy is shown laughing uproariously with a wide, open-mouthed grin. Next to him, King Cobra, Igaram, and Chaka are all laughing just as hard, completely caught up in the festive mood. The entire dining hall erupts into cheers of "WAAAAAAAH" as plates are tossed into the air. Usopp dances on the table, balancing a stack of plates on his head, while Sanji, Chopper, and Zoro cheer along with him. Nami claps her hands in delight. The bottom panels show close-up, beaming faces of Vivi, Pell, Chaka, and Igaram, all sharing in the pure, unbridled happiness of the celebration.

A loud "KAPOOOON" sound echoes as the scene shifts to the palace's massive bathhouse. The men of the crew, along with King Cobra, enter the steamy, luxurious room. "Whoaaa!" someone exclaims. Cobra explains, "This is the great bath, the pride of this palace. Normally, it's only useable during the rainy season." Sanji looks around in awe, "AMAZING! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!" Luffy immediately sprints toward the water, yelling, "I'M GONNA BE THE FIRST ONE IN!" Usopp chases right behind him, shouting, "NO, ME!"

Luffy and Usopp dive headfirst into the bath with loud splashes, yelling "OOF!" and "UGH!" Sanji watches them and says, "Having fun there, you two?" King Cobra sits in the water, remarking, "The feast was most enjoyable. I had intended to spend the evening in a quiet and orderly way, But it seems anything becomes a party when your crew is involved." Nearby, Chopper is scrubbing Zoro's back. Luffy and Usopp are doing synchronized poses in the water, chanting, "TRAIN-ING! TRAIN-ING!" Luffy calls out, "Hey, Zoro! Look! You can do training here!" Zoro flatly asks, "For what?" Sanji then turns to Cobra with a sly look and asks, "So? Where're the women's baths?" Cobra angrily yells back, "AS IF I WOULD TELL YOU, YOU BASTARD! THE PRINCESS IS THERE RIGHT NOW!" Sanji and Usopp press him, "Well? Well?" Cobra points to the wall behind them, "It's right on the other side of this wall." Sanji and Usopp immediately praise him, "YOUR ROTTEN HIGHNESS!" "Ohh! I like your style, old man!"

On the other side of the wall, Nami and Vivi are relaxing in the women's bath. Nami stretches and says, "THIS FEELS GREAT!" She sits on a stool while Vivi washes her back. Nami asks, "I wonder if there's a ship out there with a bath as big as this place?" Vivi replies, "I'm sure there is. The sea is a vast place, after all." Nami smiles, "There are giants, dinosaurs, and even cherry blossoms in a snowy country in these seas... There's bound to be many, many more things we can't even imagine about!" Vivi finishes washing and says, "LET'S SWITCH!" Nami replies, "O-oh, thanks," and they trade places so Nami can wash Vivi's back.

Nami suddenly notices something over the wall and says, "Hm?" She looks up to see Luffy, Usopp, Sanji, Zoro, and even King Cobra peeking over the top of the wall. Vivi yells, "W-WHAT'RE YOU ALL DOING!?" and sighs, "Oh, those idiots..." Nami stands up, letting her towel drop, and confidently calls out, "HAPPINESS PUNCH!" A bright flash of light fills the area. All the men on the wall instantly get massive nosebleeds and fall backward with a loud "GAH!" Nami winks and says, "THAT'LL BE 10,000 FROM EACH PERSON! <3" Vivi is utterly shocked, screaming, "NAMI!" Cobra is shown falling with the rest of the men, and someone notes, "...You're hesitating, aren't you?" Nami sits back down in the water and casually says, "We're thinking of leaving. If possible, tonight, even." Vivi is stunned, "WHAT!? REALLY?" Nami explains, "Well, we've got no reason left to stay here now that our captain's awake. The marines are probably lying in wait for us at the harbour so our ship's in danger too if we stay any longer."

King Cobra sits up, wiping the blood from his nose. He looks serious and says, "Thank you." Sanji glares at him and yells, "PERVERT." Cobra quickly clarifies, "Not for THAT! For the country." He then lowers himself completely, pressing his forehead to the floor of the bathhouse in a deep, formal bow of gratitude toward the Straw Hat Pirates. The crew looks on in surprise as the king humbles himself before them.

Zoro looks uncomfortable and says, "Whoa, whoa. Is it alright for a king to do somethin' like that?" Igaram, who is also in the bath, is shocked and says, "This is a grave act, your highness...! A king should not lower his head to others...!" Cobra replies firmly, "Igaram. Rank is worn above one's clothing....But this here is the bath." Cobra remains bowed, stating, "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A NAKED KING. AS A FATHER, AND A RESIDENT OF THIS LAND, I'D LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE." He looks up with a sincere smile and says, "Thank you." Luffy gives a wide, trademark grin and laughs, "SHI SHI SHI!"

An exterior view of the palace at night. Inside, the crew is gathered, discussing their departure. "Tonight!?" someone asks. "Yes. So we're leaving, are we..." Zoro leans back and says, "Yeah, I think that's a good idea." Sanji agrees, "There's no reason to stay here for a long time, after all." Usopp adds, "...That's right. And I'm getting worried about what the marines are up to." Nami turns to Luffy, "Luffy! It's up to you to give the final decision." Luffy declares, "Alright! We'll go after eating Alabastan cooking one more time!" Chopper angrily yells at him, "NO, WE HAVE TO LEAVE RIGHT AWAY, YOU IDIOT!" In another room, King Cobra asks, "What should we do, Igaram!?" Igaram replies urgently, "We have to let them know right away! Yes, absolutely! This is a most serious matter..." Pell looks concerned and says, "I only hope they can sail away from this island safely..." Cobra adds, "But to think the response would be so quick..."

Two new wanted posters are slammed down. One shows Luffy's smiling face with the text "WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE MONKEY D. LUFFY 100,000,000". The other shows Zoro with the text "WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE RORONOA ZORO 60,000,000". Igaram holds the posters, looking grim. He says, "With these bounties, even the admiral-classes of Marine HQ will be on the move...!" He continues, "There's no turning back now, Luffy! You and your crew... Are the ones who brought down a member of the Shichibukai!"
