Fujitora's Outlook

Inside the damaged Corrida Colosseum, smoke rises from the arena as the announcer declares, "BUT WAIT... ALTHOUGH WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE FOUR OFFICERS FIGHTING IN THE FINAL MATCHES, INSTEAD..." and "WELL, ALL THAT'S LEFT IS THE FINAL!!!" The crowd erupts with cheers of "わあああああ". A sudden announcement confirms, "THIS IS SUDDEN, BUT HIS PARTICIPATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED!!!" The excited spectators shout "DIAMANTE-SAMA!!" and "KYAHH! <3". One panel shows a woman exclaiming, "WHAT'S THIS!I IT'S GOING TO BE THE COLOSSEUM'S HERO!! MMISTER... DIAMANTE!!" The scene shifts to medics rushing an injured fighter on a stretcher while someone yells "HURRY!!" and "TO THE MEDICAL ROOM!!" as the colosseum reaches its climax.

Rebecca reacts with surprise, "HUHI" and "LUCYI" as she spots a figure in the arena. The cloaked fighter declares, "I'M ALSO IN THE FINALS....!!" while another voice calls out, "AH, LUCY!" In a tense exchange, someone warns, "THIS MAY GET A BIT MESSY, BUT... IT'S JUST SO THAT EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT AS IT SHOULD." Rebecca states, "REBECCA, ISN'T IT, I'M FAIRLY AWARE OF YOUR BACK-GROUND." An aggressive figure retorts, "'EY, YOU!! WHO D'YA THINK Y'ARE, TALKIN' TO 'DIS HERE INDIVIDUAL ALL CASUAL-LIKE......OR NOT...I" The cloaked fighter reflects, "IT REMINDS ME OF THE PLACE WHERE WE GREW UP..." while another replies, "IT'S ALL JUST ON THE SURFACE, RIGHT. THIS COUNTRY..."

From a high vantage point overlooking Dressrosa, a voice notes, "WE CAN REACH THE ROYAL PALACE, BUT..." while another confirms, "WITH THE LIFT THAT RISES UP FROM HERE... I'VE GOT YOUR ENTRY PERMITS." A sign labels "THE KING'S PLATEAU" and another reads "LIFT TO THE ENTRY OF THE PALACE". On the streets below, a figure states, "SO WE'RE NOT GOING WITH THAT..." and warns, "IF WE'RE DISCOVERED, THE LIFT WILL BE STOPPED AND THEN IT'S ALL OVER." In a separate scene, a group of animal-like figures reacts with shock: "UOHHH MY BELOVED VIO-LET-CHAAAN! <3" and "BLACK LEGII" One exclaims, "SANJII" while another accuses, "HEY, YOU'RE THE ONE WHO WAS LEADING AROUND OUR COOK, BEFORE. YOU WOUND ME, THAT YOU DO. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, YOU LOOK FAR TOO SUSPICIOUS."

The group reacts in shock as the truth about Viola surfaces. "SHE WAS ONLY PRETENDING TO BE DOFLAMINGO'S SUBORDINATE!" "SHE WAS...!!!" someone exclaims while a cat-like figure rustles nearby. In the next panels, discussion turns to her past: "DIDN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING ABOUT WORKING FOR MINGOI" "YEAH WE KNOW THAT MUCH. HE WENT TO GO SAVE YOUR SHIP..." Viola steps forward with a knowing smile, touching her cheek. "I'VE BEEN WATCHING WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN UP TO ALL ALONG! AND THE ONE-LEGGED SOLDIER-SAN... DID YOU FORGET ABOUT MY POWERI" A small figure startles: "OHH...!! YOU REMEMBER ME!I WICCA!!" Viola continues, "I'VE ALSO SEEN HOW HE STARTED TO FIGHT ALONGSIDE YOU. WHO, IN PLACE OF MY DECEASED OLDER SISTER, HAD BEEN RAISING REBECCA... I'VE SEEN IT ALL!" An emotional figure bursts into tears: "WAHHHH... VIOLA-SA-MAAAA! THANK YOU FOR BELIEVING IN MY FATHER."

The scene shifts to a hidden passage. "HEAD ON IN," a voice commands as a gate slams shut with a loud "SLAM". A fish-man-like figure reacts: "OHH A HIDDEN GATE! ARE YOU A NINJAI REBECCA'S MY NIECE. MY SISTER'S DAUGHTER..." Up top, surprise spreads: "EHHII YOU'RE A PRINCESSII" "WELL, A LONG TIME AGO. HMMI SO IF REBECCA IS THE KING'S GRAND-DAUGHTER, THEN... YOU'RE HER MOTHER!I" Below, the group descends a massive emergency stairwell lined with chains. "THIS HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN THROUGH GENERATIONS OF THE RIKU LINE. IT'S AN EMERGENCY PASSAGEWAY...!!! YOU CAN REACH THE PALACE VIA THESE STAIRS. THERE'S ALSO A BASKET FOR LIFTING UP SUPPLIES... EVEN DOFLAMINGO DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT IT." Luffy grins excitedly at the bottom: "WHOA." A tall figure coughs from the dust.

Diagrams show a pulley system for the chain lift. "IF YOU DO THAT, AND THEN YOU GRAB THE CHAIN AND FALL... WE TOO, CAN ASCEND!!" someone suggests. "A SPLENDID IDEA, THAT IT IS," a frog-like ally agrees. Luffy is handed a rock by the cat-like Wicca: "LUFFY! TAKE THIS ROCK... AND BRING IT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP." With a determined "HMMI" Luffy launches upward in a burst of speed, yelling "EH!I GOT IT! BE RIGHT BACK!!" as motion lines and "ギュオオオ" and "ドドド" effects fill the panel. The small frog-like figures call after him: "YOU SHOULD ALSO QUICKLY JOIN US, KUNOICHI, THAT YOU SHOULD!!" "HURRY UP, LUFFY!!" while one figure sweats nervously in the background.

Chaos erupts as an explosion rocks the area near a "TOY HOUSE" sign. "YOU'RE SNEAKY! GAH!!!" a voice cries amid flying debris and impact effects. In the next spread, Franky appears mid-air in dramatic fashion: "ROCKET LAUNCHER"!!!" with massive "ビビビビ" sound effects and smoke. Bystanders are blown back: "GYAAHHH!!!" One yells "FRANKY"... while another warns, "AND YUP- THERE'S ACTUALLY NOTHING COMING OUT OF THE GUN ON HIS HEAD!!! RUN AWAY!!! THIS GUY'S DANGEROUS!!" The panel captures the wild, dangerous energy of Franky's reckless attack.

A massive explosion erupts as Senor Pink is struck head-on. Someone shouts, "THIS IS NO TIME TO BE BRUSHING YOUR TEETH WITH A SHOE POLISH BRUSH..." A voice urges, "SENOR, YOU'VE GOT TO RUN!! USE YOUR ABILITY TO HEAD UNDERGROUND!!" Senor Pink stands amid smoke and debris. An ally yells, "WHAT THE HELL!!! SENOR!!!" The impact sends Senor Pink flying backward through the air in a cloud of dust and rubble. Onlookers react in shock: "EH!I EWW <3" and "HE'S SO HARD-BOILED... <3!!" In the aftermath, Senor Pink lies crumpled on the ground as a giant opponent looms. Voices cry out desperately, "SENOR!!" and "SENOR PINK!!" Someone demands, "WHY DIDN'T YOU USE YOUR ABILITY TO DODGE!!!I"

Senor Pink, bloodied and battered, speaks while lying on the ground: "BUT... MY 'SUI SUI NO MI' MAY LET ME SWIM FREELY THROUGH WALLS AND FLOORS..." He continues, "OWW... DON'T MISUNDERSTAND ME, KIDS..." and declares, "...I ONLY SWIM WHEN I WANNA SWIM. THAT'S FREEDOM!!!" A large opponent looms over him. The giant figure reacts with surprise. Allies watch in horror as Senor Pink refuses to flee. One shouts, "YOU WERE EVEN PREPARED TO DIE!! THE REASON YOU TOOK THAT ATTACK HEAD-ON..." Another cries, "THAT'S NOT IT AT ALL!! SENOR, YOU..." A woman gasps, "EHI" while another notes, "AH, HE'S ALL COVERED IN BLOOD! AND EVEN THOUGH HE'S DEFINITELY GOT BROKEN BONES, TOO, HE'S DISINFECTING IT ALL WITH SOME BRANDY!!"

The giant Machvise looms as Senor Pink stands unsteadily. A voice explains, "IS BE- CAUSE, BEHIND YOU... WAS A FRIEND WHO COULDN'T MOVE!!!" Senor Pink clutches his stomach, muttering, "MY STOMACH HURTS!!" Machvise, now in a close-up, is embraced by emotional women who cry, "HOLD ME, SENOR! <3" and "NOOO!! SENOR <3 YOU'RE BREAKING OUR HEARTS, HERE! <3 <3" Machvise replies, "...BUT THAT'S ALL IN THE PAST, NOW." He asks, "HEY... VISE... CAN YOU STANDI" In another panel Machvise activates his power with "TON TON" and begins to grow massively in size while an ally watches, thinking, "WHAT A HARD-BOILED DUDE..."

Machvise, now enormously enlarged, attacks with a devastating blow. Senor Pink is sent flying as Machvise roars, "BUHAA!! MY STOMACH HURTS!!" and "OWAHH!!!" Machvise taunts, "I MISSED AGAIN!! YOU SURE ARE QUICK, AREN'T YA!!!" A caption identifies him: "DONQUIXOTE FAMILY (DIAMANTE ARMY OFFICER): MACH VISE." Below, an ally shouts up at the giant, "YOU FLOAT UP AND THEN EMBED YOURSELF IN THE GROUND!!I" Machvise yells back, "SHUT IT!! SUPER WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE!I"

Franky stands tall and roars, "STRAWHAT CREW MEMBER, CYBORG FRANKY!!!" A voice cuts him off: "THAT'S AS FAR AS YOU GO!!!" Marines swarm the area as the toy house is surrounded on all sides. "...BY THE MARINES, ON ALL SIDES!!!" Inside, a scarred fighter with a head covering mutters, "JUST MORE NOISE..." A bearded man with a headband shouts in shock, "WHAT THEI! I DIDN'T HEAR ABOUT THIS!!!" Beside him another fighter yells, "HUH!I WHY'RE THE MARINES HERE!!I"

Fujitora smiles and says, "THANKS FOR BEING SO DECISIVE..." A voice names him: "FUJI-TORA." The Royal Palace is shown with narration: "THE MARINES ARE ON THE MOVE." Inside the Hall of Suits, Fujitora walks away in his Justice coat. He warns, "DO NOT MISTAKE ME FOR AN ALLY OF YOURS... BEYOND JUST THE 'STRAWHAT CREW'... GIVEN THAT OTHER SUSPICIOUS INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEGUN TO MOVE..." A seated man with a scar replies, "MY ACTIONS ARE ONLY NATURAL."

Fujitora continues, "IF STRAWHAT'S GOAL IS TO TAKE YOUR LIFE... THEN HE WON'T HESITATE TO CAUSE MASSIVE DESTRUCTION. THE MILITARY SHOULD ALWAYS FIGHT SO AS TO......MINIMIZE THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE POPULACE." In close-up he declares, "IS MY 'JUSTICE'. SO STOPPING THAT..." A subordinate asks, "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING...I" Fujitora answers, "THAT WILL COME LATER!!!!" and adds, "AS FOR YOU... I MAY BE A RECENT RECRUIT THROUGH THE WORLD CONSCRIPTION... BUT GIVEN MY POSITION AS 'ADMIRAL'... THERE IS SOMETHING I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH."

Fujitora finishes, "OF THE INSTITUTION OF 'ROYAL SHICHIBUKAI'!!!! THAT IS, THE COMPLETE ABOLITION..." Doflamingo is struck violently with a massive impact sound "ギキィィィ" as Fujitora states, "SO KNOW THIS- AS YOUR SINS CONTINUE TO AMASS... HAD THE ATTEMPT SUCCEEDED, IT WOULD HAVE BECOME AS VILE A LAND AS THIS ONE. THERE WAS A COUNTRY WHERE PIRATES THREATENED TO HIJACK THE ROYAL THRONE... SO DOES THE PRICE ON YOUR HEAD INCREASE, MASTER TENYASHA." Doflamingo mutters, "WELL, WE WON'T KNOW UNTIL WE SMASH IT."

Two men face each other in tense conversation. The scarred man with a sword states, "WE CAN REMAIN FRIENDLY FOR NOW." His companion replies, "NO NEED TO BE HASTY." The blonde man with sunglasses grins and declares, "IF I'M TO ELIMINATE YOU, NOW'S THE TIME!!" The scarred man chuckles, "FUFUFU SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE TRYING TO SAY..." In a new scene inside a stone building, the blind swordsman Fujitora stands with his cane, saying, "FROM NOW ON, NO MATTER HOW ROUGHLY THIS LAND IS LAID BARE... I AM STILL BLIND... I WON'T SEE IT, SO FEAR NOT." He continues, "LIKE IT OR NOT, THIS WORLD WILL SHIFT..." while a cloaked figure with a staff responds, "I'M PROTECTING YOUR COUNTRY, AFTER ALL." The final panels show Fujitora and the blonde man again as someone says, "REVERIE IS THIS YEAR."

The Corrida Colosseum towers over the page with massive cheering crowds. Large text announces "FINAL MATCH!!!" and "THIS IS CORRIDA COLOSSEUM FIGHTING TOURNAMENT'S...!!" A young woman with goggles exclaims, "I MADE IT IN TIME." Inside the arena, fighters rush through corridors amid "RUSTLE" and "HAA!" sounds. The excited crowd roars "わああああああ" as narration declares, "THE STRUGGLE FOR THAT TREASURE OF A PRIZE WILL GO DOWN IN THIS NEWLY-PREPARED RING!!! ALL THAT'S LEFT IS FOR THE FIVE FIGHTERS TO MAKE THEIR APPEARANCE!!" and "AT THE CENTER OF THE WHOLE COUNTRY'S ATTENTION!!"

The first fighter enters the ring. A voice shouts, "THE FIRST TO APPEAR IS...!!" Bartolomeo appears dramatically, prompting cries of "IT'S BARTO-LOMEO!!" and "THIS IS GONNA BE FUN!!" The crowd erupts with massive "わああああ" cheers as the announcer yells, "HERE HE IS! THIS TOURNAMENT'S SOLDIER OF FORTUNE!!! OUR VERY OWN...!!" Bartolomeo, dressed as Lucy with a long staff, strikes a pose. Signs read "IN PLACE OF LUFFY THIS MAN IS...!!" and "ACE!!!" while the audience chants "LULULULU-LUCY!!!!!" The page ends with the One Piece logo and chapter number.
