Close-ups identify "BENTHAM, ALSO KNOWN AS 'MR. 2 BON CLAY.'" and "PRISONER NO. C9915, ALSO A FORMER BAROQUE WORKS AGENT," followed by "GALDINO, ALSO KNOWN AS 'MR. 3.'" and "PRISONER NO. D0464, FORMER BAROQUE WORKS AGENT." Further updates warn, "WE BELIEVE THEY'RE HEADING TO LEVEL 4!!" and "THE BLUGORI CAN'T STAND AGAINST THEM!!" The final panel shows the chaos: "CURRENTLY, STRAWHAT LUFFY AND MR. 2 BON CLAY ARE RUNNING FREE IN THE N BLOCK OF LEVEL 3!!" with SFX "カシャ!" marking urgent transmissions.

Reports continue: "INSTIGATING A RIOT IN LEVEL 2...!!" and "ZAZA... AS FOR THE FORMER TWO, THEY ARE..." A voice notes, "INTRUDERS RUNNING WILD...!!" In the Chief Warden's office area, staff discuss, "SO HE'S PUTTING DOWN THE RIOT ON LEVEL 2..." and "THE BLUGORI CAN'T STAND AGAINST STRAWHAT LUFFY AND MR. 2..." Someone asks, "WHAT HAPPENED TO SALDEATH!I" A large panel erupts with action as Hannyabal yells, "YOU WERE BUSY OGLING LADY HANCOCK, SO YOU IGNORED THE REPORT," while Magellan roars in fury, "WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY REPORT THIS TO ME EARLIER!!I" amid massive sound effects and panicked subordinates.

In the stone halls of Impel Down, Magellan stands at a desk with a spiked mace and a bottle of poison, surrounded by his subordinates. Voices echo from the upper levels: "THE MINOTAUROS MMM- ♥ IS THERE." "IS ANYONE ON LEVEL 3I" "OH, SADI-CHAN," "MMM- WHAT DO WE DOI ♥" "HAS OUR GUEST DEPARTED, WARDENI THE PREPARATIONS FOR THE HUNT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED..." Magellan replies with a grim expression, "BUT THERE'S ROOM TO RUN AROUND ON LEVEL 3. HE WON'T BE ABLE TO CORNER THEM... WE'LL LEAVE THE MESS DOWNSTAIRS TO SALDEATH. GATHER ALL THE REMAINING FORCES IMPEL DOWN CAN MUSTER HERE AT LEVEL 4!!!" In a close-up, his eyes widen with fury as he declares, "IF THEY ESCAPE THE MINOTAUROS AND FALL HERE TO THE INFERNO HELL, THEN I WILL EXECUTE THEM MYSELF!!! THEY'RE UNDER-ESTIMATING THE GREAT PRISON IMPEL DOWN...!!!!"

The massive Beast Guard Minotaurus looms in the ruined corridor, drooling as it swings its spiked club. A voice cries out, "IT'S THE MINO-TAUROS!!!" Another shouts, "WHAT'S WITH THIS GUY!!!I THOSE WERE SOME AMAZING MOVES!!!" Luffy stares up in shock, sweat flying, asking, "A MONSTER!I OR DOES HE HAVE A DEVIL FRUIT POWER!I" Beside him, a striped-shirted prisoner screams in terror, "HE'S A BEASTLY GUARD WITH NO BLOOD OR TEARS!! HE'S A MONSTER THAT TREATS PEOPLE LIKE TRASH!!!" The official label reads "Beast Guard Minotauros."

The Minotaurus charges and smashes its club down with tremendous force. Impact lines and debris explode as the striped-shirted prisoner is struck, crying "O... OWWWW!!!" and "BON-CHAN!!!I" Luffy reacts in panic, "FAST..." "EHH!!!I" The beast's attack sends shockwaves through the stone hallway.

The Minotaurus is hurled backward through the air, spinning wildly with a massive "ドン" impact. It roars "GU-WAAAH!!!" while a voice yells "STRAW-CHAN, LOOK OUT!!!" Luffy turns with a surprised "EHI" as the beast crashes into the surroundings amid flying debris and motion lines.

Luffy clashes violently with the massive striped Jailer Beast. He swings a powerful whip-like strike and yells, "REPLACE-MENT FOUET*!!!" The beast recoils from the impact. In the next exchange the creature is slammed hard, roaring "UGEAH...!!!" Luffy stretches his arms and prepares another attack, muttering "GOMU GOMU..." while the beast looms over him. Sweat pouring down his face, Luffy gasps in pain, "I'M DYING...!!!" The beast is sent flying by the follow-up blow amid heavy impact lines and debris.

Luffy unleashes his next technique at point-blank range. With a furious roar he shouts, "JET BAZOOKA"!!! The double-fisted strike explodes against the beast's face, sending it crashing backward through stone in a massive cloud of dust and rubble. The impact echoes through the stone corridor as the creature is hurled away.

In the aftermath, Luffy sits catching his breath while Bon Clay lies sprawled nearby. Bon Clay coughs, "COUGH COUGH!! HAA... OWEH... I... I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA DIE. FOR A SECOND... I SAW OKAMA PARADISE." Luffy calls out, "ARE YOU OKAY, BON-CHAN...!!I" Bon Clay sits up, makeup ruined, complaining, "JEEZ... THIS IS TERRIBLE! MY MAKEUP IS RUINED!! I NEED SOME COSMETICS RIGHT NOW!! AND TWO SHOES, AND SOME CLOTHES, AND A WEAPON..." Luffy replies, "YOU REALLY ARE STRONG!! HAFL... THAT MONSTER... IT'S PROBABLY STILL ALIVE, BUT IT DEFINITELY FELT THAT...!!!" Bon Clay then points ahead, "THERE'S NOTHING TO SWEAT ABOUT, STRAW-CHAN! GETTING FROM LEVEL 3 TO LEVEL 4 IS TOTALLY EASY!! YUP, TOTALLY EASY. SEE THAT GIANT WALLI CLIMB IT AND TAKE A LOOK!!" Luffy answers, "EH!I REALLY!I" Bon Clay grins, "I WANNA GO DOWN FAST. AND SOME BOOZE, TEARS, AND THE OKAMA WAY!! I'M THIRSTY, AND HUNGRY TOO."

Bon Clay and Luffy climb the massive stone wall. Bon Clay warns, "LOOK DOWN THERE... HOT, HOT!!" Luffy stares in shock, "THAT'S THE POINT, STRAW-CHAN...!!! I CAN'T, THIS WALL IS AS HOT AS A KETTLE! I CAN'T EVEN TOUCH IT!!!" Below them lies Level 4. The narration declares, "LEVEL 4, THE BLAZING HELL!!!" Scalding steam and smoke billow upward as intense heat distorts the air. Luffy exclaims, "RIGHT!I BUT... THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO TO IS RIGHT DOWN THERE!...!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THIS HOT AIR AND SMOKE!! I CAN HARDLY STAY STANDING UP!"

A diagram of Impel Down levels shows steam rising from Level 4, described as a boiling sea of blood and a blazing sea of fire. A close-up reveals a sweating, intense face as someone says, "IT'S JUST LIKE YOU SAID, STRAW-CHAN..." and "MAN, I THOUGHT IT WAS HOT HERE, BUT IT'S A TOTALLY DIFFERENT LEVEL DOWN THERE." The dark-haired man smiles and says, "SHE'S CALLED A 'MIRACLE WOMAN'..." A massive, grinning face with wild hair bursts forward, declaring, "THE QUEEN OF THE KAMABAKKA KINGDOM!!! THE IDOL OF ALL THE OKAMA IN THE WORLD!! THE STRONGEST OKAMA QUEEN IN HISTORY!!!" Other voices add, "ARRESTED FOR SOME MEANINGLESS REASON... ALSO CALLED 'IWA,' FROM THE GRAND LINE'S PINK PARADISE..."

A blonde woman prisoner lies on the ground, shouting, "I'VE GOT NO CHOICE BUT TO USE MY SECRET WEAPON...!!!!" and "DAMN MONSTER...!!! THE MINOTAUR... THIS IS A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH HERE!!" Buggy and a striped-shirted prisoner react with shock as the Minotaurus looms. Luffy stands nearby, reacting with "I" and "HMI" The woman cries, "AAAAAH-HHHH!!!" and "I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO MEET HER AT LEAST ONCE!!! AND IF POSSIBLE, TO SAVE HER!!!" Buggy yells, "HEY, STRAWHAT!! YOU REMEMBER THE THING I USED TO BLOW AWAY AN ENTIRE TOWN..." while the woman protests, "NO..." and "MY SPECIAL BUGGY BALL!!I" A massive close-up shows the Minotaurus roaring as Buggy panics, "JEEZ... I'M DONE...!!!" and "NGYAAAA, HOLD IT!!! THINGS WERE GOING SO WELL, WHY'D YOU BRING HIM BACK!!I" Luffy laughs while being carried, "YOU WANTED TO COME WITH US AFTER ALL!I" The striped prisoner shouts, "AND DIDN'T YOU TWO SAY YOU WERE GONNA ESCAPE!!I" Buggy complains, "I SHOULD HAVE LET MYSELF GET CAPTURED..." The woman adds, "THE BUGGY BALL..." as the group argues about the weapon's name change to "MUGGY BALL" and its power.

The Minotaurus looms as the blonde prisoner yells, "ANYWAY, EAT THIS!!!" and launches an attack with "SPECIAL MUGGY BALL!!!" A massive explosion erupts with the sound effect "ドカーン!!!" and "UWAAAH!!!" Luffy reacts with "!!I" The striped prisoner points and says, "THEN YOU CAN GO FOR THREE SECONDS." Luffy shouts, "HEY, 3!! YOU CAN'T USE YOUR DORO DORO POWERS AT ALL!I" The prisoner replies, "THIS'LL WORK, STRAW-CHAN. IT'LL MELT AFTER THREE SECONDS." The Minotaurus growls, "....!!!" while Buggy cheers, "WELL DONE!!" and Luffy exclaims, "UWOH!! AWESOME!"

Ivankov appears with "MEMOIR OF~" and declares, "FLY FLY!! I'LL FLY!!! OKAMA KENPO!" The Minotaurus attacks with a massive strike labeled "THAT WINTER SKY"!!!" and the sound "ズボボ....!!!" Luffy stretches his arm shouting, "ALL RIGHT!!! GOMU GOMU~" and "HERE WE GO, STRAWHAT!! 'CANDLE LOCK'!!!" The Minotaurus is struck with impact sounds "ガキィンッ" and "ズババババ" as the group fights back.

A massive close-up shows a powerful spinning strike smashing into a monstrous figure. The attacker yells "HAMMER RIFLE!!!" as the blow connects with explosive force and motion lines. The beast reels back, mouth open in pain, bellowing "MOOO-OOHH~". Smaller panels below capture the aftermath: the creature slumps with swirling eyes and impact stars, debris flying, while Luffy appears in the next frame with a wide, confident grin and sweat drops, reacting to the successful hit amid scattered "OO-HHH" sounds and motion effects.
