Kaido continues: LEGENDS ARE LEGENDS... REALLY THE WORLD YOU WANTEDI WORORORO!! IS THE WORLD I'M MAKING... YOU THINK I'M JOYBOYI! In a flashback panel, a younger King trains intensely, vowing UNTIL I BEAT HIM TO BECOME THE GREATEST SWORDSMAN... HUFF... HUFF... Kaido declares UNTIL YOU'RE KING OF THE PIRATES!! AND I'LL MAKE SURE TO NEVER LOSE... Luffy suddenly bursts onto the scene with a massive grin, shouting NOPE!! KING OF THE PIRATESI! Kaido roars back...I WILL NEVER LOSE AGAIN!!

Zoro leaps through the air outside the Right Brain Tower, both swords drawn and body tensed. He pants heavily, sweat flying, as he declares, "...THE KING OF HELL!" and "I'LL BECOME..." A massive impact erupts below as a dragon-like beast crashes down in defeat. The panel labels read "VICTOR: ZORO" and "BATTLE OUTSIDE THE RIGHT BRAIN TOWER..." with heavy SFX "ドン" and "PANT... PANT..."

A masked woman stares in shock as a massive bird-like creature crashes down with a "THUD!". Nearby, a top-hatted man and others react in panic: "THE ALL-STARS AND THE FLYING SIX WERE DEFEATEDI!" "IT CAN'T BE!!" "HAS KING... LOST!!" "THIS IS NO JOKE..." In the lower panel a monstrous figure with flames roars amid rubble, shouting "...AS LONG AS THOSE TWO MONSTERS ARE STILL STANDING!!" while another voice adds "THEN AGAIN, THOSE WINS ARE MEANINGLESS..."

Narration boxes explain the stakes: if Luffy defeats Kaido, Onigashima's flame clouds will vanish and the island will crash, igniting gunpowder stores beneath the Flower Capital. Yamato races down stairs yelling "I WILL STOP THIS!!" while noting countless people enjoy the Fire Festival unaware of the danger. At the "GATE TO THE ARMORY" the massive Numbers warrior Rokki blocks the way, declaring "I KNEW IT..." and "HE'S GUARDING THE GATE!" Fuga charges forward yelling "FUNGA!!" as allies urge "TO FIGHT HIM FOR THE KEY. I'M COUNTING ON YOU," and Rokki bellows "FUNGA!!"

A massive Skull-Grass Bomb erupts between the 1st and 2nd floor in a fiery blast of smoke and debris. A screaming samurai yells "AAAAAAA AAAAAAAA AAAHH!!" while another voice cries "GYAAAH!!" Amid the chaos, a fighter shouts "DON'T LET UP!! THEY'RE WITH THE RED SCABBARDS AND STRAW HATS!!" Kin'emon, bloodied and desperate, refuses rescue: "NO, KIN'EMON-SAMA... I AM TOO FAR GONE..." Usopp pleads nearby, "U-USOPP-DONO... FORGET ME, JUST TAKE KIKU..." An enemy taunts, "THIS IS IT!! I'M A GONER!! I'M SURROUNDED BY FIRE AND ENEMIES!!" Another laughs, "SOUNDS GOOD! I'LL LEAVE YOU BOTH AND ESCAPE! THAT ONE'S WORTH 200 MIL!!" In the lower panels, a wounded samurai clutches his blade as Kin'emon roars, "I KNOW IT'S YOUR CULTURE, BUT I CAN'T STAND IT!! I DON'T GET THIS OBSESSION WITH HONOR AND COMMITTING SEPPUKU!!" An ally warns, "WAIT!! THAT WOULD MAKE THIS RESCUE ATTEMPT POINTLESS!! WHAT IS IT WITH YOU SAMURAI HAVING DEATH WISHESI!" Explosions and motion lines fill the burning attic scene.

Usopp stares in horror as Kin'emon shouts through tears, "EVEN IF IT'S IN DISGRACE!! I'LL NEVER STOP CLINGING TO LIFE!! YOU HAVE TO KEEP GOING, IT MAY LOOK PATHETIC TO KEEP STRUGGLING WITH TEARS AND SNOT RUNNING DOWN MY FACE, BUT I DON'T CARE!! IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO JUST FIGHT IN THIS RAID, YOU IDIOTS!!" A massive close-up shows Kin'emon's determined face. Below, enemies attack as one yells "GET DOWN!!" and another replies "WELL SAID!!" A samurai screams "GYAAAH!! I CAN'T HOLD THEM OFF!!" while Usopp is struck, crying "USOPP-DONO...!!!!" The bottom panel erupts in a huge impact with "UGGHHHHH!!" and massive sound effects as Kin'emon is hurled through debris.

Izo appears dramatically on the battlefield, guns drawn and cloak flowing. Allies react in shock: "I SAW MARCO ON THE LIVE FLOOR EARLIER, WHAT'S HAPPENINGI!" "IT'S IZO!!" "HE'S A FORMER WHITEBEARD DIVISION LEADER!!" "HUHI WHY IS HE HEREI!" A wounded fighter gasps "GAAH!!" while another cries "WHOA!! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT THANKS FOR SAVING ME!!" Izo stands over an injured ally, saying "IN 'STRAW HAT' LUFFY, YOU HAVE TO LIVE ON! IF YOU TWO TRULY BELIEVE... SPEAKING WILL AGGRAVATE YOUR WOUNDS. THERE WILL BE TIME TO TALK LATER." The fallen samurai whispers "IZO..." and "BIG BROTHER, I..." as smoke and impact lines swirl around them.

Izo shouts orders amid the chaos: "I'LL LEAVE THESE GUYS TO YOU THEN!! LET'S GO, HAMLET!! RIGHT!!" "KEEP THEM SAFE, 'GOD' USOPP!!" Usopp replies from the background. On the 3rd floor, flames rage as a samurai commands "YOU FIRST...!!!!" while another figure huffs "HUFF... HUFF..." A sign reads "THE WINNER HAS ALREADY BEEN DECIDED!!" and "RELEASE YOUR PARALYSIS JUTSU, RAIZO!!" Below, a fierce samurai with a headband roars, "A FIRE THIS MILD CAN'T MAKE ME SWEAT!! Massive sound effects and fire fill the burning corridor.

Inside the burning treasure repository, Fukurokuju sweats nervously as a subordinate asks, "MY LORD, IS SOMETHING TROUBLING YOUI" He replies, "OH!! NOT REALLY..." Panic spreads as another voice shouts, "HURRY, FUKUROKUJU!! WE HAVE TO FLEE BEFORE THE ISLAND BLOWS UP!!" A sign reads "TREASURE REPOSITORY - 2ND FLOOR" while someone wonders, "AM I DREAMING OR NOT...I" Komurasaki stands poised and says, "RIGHT AWAY!" A wild-eyed man yells, "THE ONE I LIKE! HEY, KOMURASAKI, PLAY ME THAT SONG!!" Chaos erupts below as the building shakes; Fukurokuju roars, "THESE GUYS MEAN BUSINESS!! IBB!!" while another figure screams, "WE'RE GETTIN' OUTTA HERE, INBI!!" A sign marks "2ND BASEMENT" amid falling debris and terrified underlings crying "GYAAH!!" as the structure collapses around them.

Outside the crumbling castle, a spiky-haired figure flees across rubble while a massive horned beast lies defeated. Drake swings his weapon with a fierce grin, shouting, "SORRY, ZANKI!! NICE KNOWING YOU, DRAKE!!" The impact shatters stone walls in a massive explosion of dust and debris. Apoo stands amid the wreckage, his expression grim. A close-up shows a masked figure with the sound effect "PURU RURU!!" as a voice reports, "APOO IS RUNNING AWAY..." Drake, hat low over his eyes, mutters, "AS EXPECTED OF A MAN WITH HIS REPUTATION... The fight erupts in a huge double-page spread as Kaido, in dragon form, unleashes a devastating strike. "ROC GUN!!" he roars, sending Luffy flying backward amid explosive impact lines and debris.
