The battle on the roof of the Puffing Tom continues with Franky facing Nero above the roaring sea. Franky answers the pressure by firing "Master Nail!!!" and launches nails from his arm while Nero dodges. The fight becomes a contest of hidden tools against the Four Forms: every time Nero thinks he has understood Franky's weakness, another mechanical surprise appears from Franky's body.

Nero leaps out of range with "Geppou!!!" and Franky realizes the nails will not be enough. He mutters, "Nails!!?" and then decides, "I'll just have to use some tools..." While Nero keeps dodging through the air, Franky opens a compartment and prepares something more direct. Nero is still fast, agile, and confident, but Franky notices the pattern behind his movement: "He flew away again!!" and then, thinking of the techniques Nero has shown, concludes, "He's tough, and still haven't completed my training for 'Shigan.'" The fight is beginning to reveal that Nero's CP9 skills are incomplete.

Franky baits Nero while shifting through his own tricks. Nero boasts, "See ya!! I'm going to the next car!" but Franky tells him, "Ah! Stop right there!!" and warns, "Don't try to play cheap!!" Nero spins away with "I got ya!!!" and "Beans left!!!" Franky taps at the floor and answers with a casual "Huh?" before revealing that he has already read the movement. "I've already figured you out!!" he says. Nero protests, "I saw right through your plan!!" but Franky keeps the pressure on: "Too bad." The exchange is less about speed now and more about who has truly understood the other's style.

Franky lands the discovery he needed. Nero cries, "Ah!!" as Franky's strike catches him, and Franky says, "I did it!!" Nero snarls, "It hurts!!!!" Franky identifies the missing piece in Nero's Four Forms: "I've found your weakness!!" When Nero tries to counter with "Soru!" Franky still clips him and says, "Ouch finger!!!" Nero curses, "Bastard..." Franky understands now that Nero can move fast and dodge, but he cannot harden his body with Tekkai. Without that defensive form, Nero's speed cannot protect him forever from Franky's direct hits.

Nero fires back with "Rankyaku!!!" and Franky takes the cut while closing in. Franky thinks, "He really does know my weakness now!!" but keeps moving despite the pain: "Damn it!!!" Nero strikes again with "Rankyaku!!!" and Franky shouts, "Ow!!!" Still, Franky has the answer he needs. Nero snaps, "You nicked me...!! You sure are a fast bastard...!!" Franky replies, "Don't think you've won!! I can remove my weakness easily!! Like this!!" He begins changing his own body, treating the problem as a mechanical adjustment rather than a defeat.

Franky lies on the roof and announces a ridiculous answer to Nero's technique: "Invincible!!! Franky~~~~" Nero stares at him and asks, "What do I say to something like that...!?" Franky answers, "Hey, weasel freak... It's too bad... You've really pissed me off, and I'm in top condition this week." He begins a transformation, asking, "Have you... ever heard of... the centaur...?" Nero can only answer, "You mean the beast that has a horse lower body?" Franky says, "Change~~~~" and prepares to show him a form meant to erase the weakness Nero discovered.

Franky completes the transformation with a shout of "Form!!!" and reveals "Franky Centaur!!!" Nero is horrified for a very different reason: the centaur form is backwards. He blurts, "Th... this guy...!!!" while Franky says, "Maybe you should save your comments... until you've seen the firepower of this form!!" The pose is bizarre, but the intent is real. Franky has shifted his body so Nero's attacks no longer target the same vulnerable angle. The absurd silhouette standing on the train roof is still a weapon, and Nero is now forced to deal with a form he cannot read at a glance.

The chapter cuts back to the fourth car, where Sanji has turned the battle against Wanze's ramen armor into a chef's punishment. Wanze screams, "You... turned me into an onion--!!!" Sanji replies, "Oh? I thought you said your Ramen Kenpo's unbeatable?" Wanze howls, "You ruined my Ramen Kenpo!!!" and "Damn you, insolent criminal!!" The match is labeled "Fourth car: Sanji vs Wanze." Sanji tells him, "I think you should admit defeat and move aside." Wanze refuses because Robin is the mission's prize: "Your friend, Nico Robin, has been wanted for years!!! I know the importance of this mission!!" Then he challenges Sanji again: "Admit defeat me!? I'm a member of CP7!!"

Wanze declares that he will never let Sanji free Robin. "I'll never allow you to free her!!" he shouts, then attacks with "Ramen Kenpo: Menkui Knocker!!!" A note explains that Menkui means noodle stake. Sanji answers not as a brawler but as a cook preparing ingredients: "To prepare an onion, you must first cut off the roots without harming the fruit." Wanze panics when Sanji's cutting becomes too clean and precise. He fires another "Ramen Beam~~~!!!" while Sanji warns him, "Ah!! Stay away!!!" and adds that clean cuts are needed "so it keeps its luster." Wanze's food weapon is being reduced to kitchen work.

Sanji peels Wanze apart with "Epluchage!!!" A note explains that epluchage means to peel away skin. Wanze screams, "Gyaaaa~~~!!!" as the noodle armor and fake face are sliced away in smooth, controlled layers. Sanji's knife work is calm and exact, the opposite of Wanze's wasteful Ramen Kenpo. When the cutting is done, Sanji tells him, "If you lack passion... When you prepare the food... everything will taste bad." The page turns the fight into a judgment on Wanze's cooking itself: without respect for ingredients, even a weaponized dish becomes something ugly and hollow.

Wanze realizes he has been chopped into pieces and cries, "Gyaaaa~~~~!!" Then, stunned, he asks, "I'm not hurt!?" Sanji explains why: "Kitchen knives are not swords. They're not for killing people... But you should rethink your situation, now that you've lost your armor..." Wanze's confidence collapses into panic: "Kitchen knife throw!!!" and "Waah!!! Why you..." Sanji finishes the preparation with "Oeil!!!" A note explains that oeil means eye. The attack tears across Wanze's face and false features, exposing him further while Sanji continues to treat the battle like a precise, merciless cooking lesson.

Wanze looks at his ruined face and screams, "Damn you!!! You've destroyed my handsome eyes and teeth!!!" Sanji dryly observes, "Oh! Your eyes popped out again." Wanze shouts, "You're a monster!!!" but Sanji answers that Wanze committed three crimes. His tone turns cold and personal: "First, you call yourself a chef. Second, you wasted food. Third, you spoke ill of my friend...!!!" Wanze complains that the face "really did change back a little," but Sanji's anger is no longer about technique. The fight has become punishment for insulting Robin, abusing food, and pretending to be a cook without a cook's pride.

Sanji attacks Wanze's face with a flurry of named strikes: "Ment n!!!" "Joue!!!" "Nez!!!" "Bouche!!!" "Dents!!!" Each blow lands on another part of Wanze's face while the crowd reacts in horror. Wanze's expression changes under the kicks, his eyes pushed in, his mouth reshaped, and his nose crushed while he screams. Sanji tells him, "I don't know why you're trying to save that woman!!" Wanze tries to speak through the assault, but Sanji cuts him off: "Shut up!!" Then Sanji says, "One more word from you... and I'll flatten your skull." Chopper and the others watching understand that Sanji's anger is fully lit now.

Wanze tries to recover and screams, "Damn you!!!" He accuses Sanji again after his face is wrecked, but Sanji's list of crimes hangs over the fight. Wanze shouts, "You're a monster!!!" and Sanji's expression stays hard. Sanji says the third offense is the worst: "Third, you spoke ill of my friend...!!!" The page lingers on his eye, making it clear that Robin's betrayal accusation crossed a line. Food, pride, and technique matter to Sanji, but insulting a companion matters more. He is no longer just trying to pass Wanze; he is making Wanze regret every word he said about Robin.

Wanze claims Robin is "a shameless hag who's survived by betraying her friends over and over again!!!" Sanji silently lets him finish, then Wanze raises the poisoned blade and screams, "Now you die!!! Eat this--"

Sanji ends the fight before Wanze's poisoned blade can decide anything. Wanze lunges, but Sanji cuts through the final attack with "Decoupage!!!!" A note explains that decoupage means to cut up. The strike carves through Wanze's assault and sends the CP7 cook crashing backward while Sanji stands in the ruined kitchen. The nearby agents stare in silence as the fight resolves: Sanji has not simply beaten Wanze, he has dismantled his false cooking, his ramen armor, his face, and his insults. With Wanze down, the path through the fourth car is open, and Sanji can continue toward Robin and the cars ahead.
