The final panel shows three large ships marked 1, 2, and 3 sailing through rough seas toward a massive explosion and smoke on the water.

A giant skull-shaped fortress looms over Onigashima with lanterns and buildings. Narration states THE RAID HAS ALREADY BEGUN!! HOWEVER, IN ONIGASHIMA. Large SFX read ドドドド and ベンッ. Inside Law's submarine, Law stands with his crew including Bepo and others in diving suits. Narration reads THEY WERE ADVANCING TO THE OCEAN DEPTHS WITH THE RED SCABBARDS. IN LAW'S SUBMARINE. A diagram shows Kaido's castle with arrows marking Southern troops, Eastern troops, and the target. Narration states THE CASTLE WHERE KAIDO AND OROCHI RESIDE!!! THEIR TARGET. On the surface, Kin'emon walks with a small child holding his hand. Narration reads BUT AS KINEMON PREDICTED, HE HAS YET TO GET THERE. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET WITH OROCHI. AS FOR KANJURO, WHO HAD MOMO AS HOSTAGE. Kin'emon says, I NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THIS COMPLICATED...!!!! The child replies, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER BEEN HERE...

A large chaotic spread reveals an advancing army of roughly 5000 men charging a wooden gate and bridge. Narration boxes state "STILL AREN'T AWARE" "THAT THE ARMY OF ROUGHLY 5000 MEN ARE ADVANCING!!!" and "THE ENEMY FORCES" as soldiers roar and raise weapons amid dust and motion lines.

CALL ME COMMANDER CHOPPER!!" as the vehicle labeled "BRACHIO TANK NUMBER 5!!" fires with loud "ドン!!" impacts and exhaust clouds. A note reads "NDT NOTE: KUROSAI = BLACK RHINOCEROS".

Crew members discuss "WELL, WHEN KID'S CREW RUSHED IN FROM THE FRONT, LUFFY SAID:" "WHERE'S LUFFYI" "TO THINK WE HAD THIS ON THE SUNNY!" "YOU'RE TOO COOL, CHOBRO!" "AWESOME! WITH THIS WE CAN ADVANCE SAFELY!" "LEAVE IT TO ME!". A tense panel shows Luffy shouting "HE'S DEFINITELY GETTING SPOTTED!!" with allies reacting in shock. A fierce-looking figure adds, "MAY THE LUCK OF WAR SHINE DOWN UPON US!!" while responding "GOOD!!" to the plan. In a larger panel, a massive man in a fur-trimmed coat with a skull belt and crossbones stands beside a tall woman in a revealing outfit and long cape. Large impact SFX "ベベんっ!!" erupt as the group reacts. On the right, a woman with pigtails and a bow shouts, "KYAA KAIDO-SAMA! In a full-body reveal, the winged, masked All-Star King stands tall with a massive sword, declaring, "I AM THE ONE WHO SUMMONED YOU ALL." Nearby Beast Pirates react in shock: "KING...I IS THERE SOMETHING YOU'D LIKE TO SHARE WITH USI" King continues, "IF YOU HAD KNOWN I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED YOU, YOU GUYS WOULD'VE IGNORED IT RIGHTI" and states, "AND YOU ARE AIMING TO BECOME AN ALL-STAR." QUEEN-SAMA IS HOSTING THE GOLDEN KAGURA MUSIC ON STAGE, THEN... COMING UP!!" with large SFX and excited crowd reactions.

Bao Huang stands tall on a raised platform, holding a paper and addressing the crowd with dramatic flair. "OF THE BIGGEST PIRATE ALLIANCE IN THE WORLD! Nearby signs read "ANIMAL KINGDOM PIRATES HEADLINER BAO HUANG" and "FLYING SQUIRREL SMILE." In a lower panel, Kaido sits with his subordinates, growling, "YES I KNOW BUT... TO BE HIDING SOMETHING!!! AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTI THAT'S UNLIKE LORD KAIDO.. IF I WAS TO REVEAL IT NOW IT WOULD BRING CONFUSION." Kaido then roars in close-up, "MY IDIOT SON YAMATO WHO DISAPPEARED TODAY ANYWAY, YOUR TASK IS THE FOLLOWING BRING BACK..."

Kaido's subordinates react in the banquet hall. One says, "I SEE INDEED. I IMAGINED HIS IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT IS RELATED TO THE YOUNG MASTER YAMATOI" A woman with long hair replies, "HM, THAT'S QUITE A DIFFICULT TASK." Ulti appears with a fierce expression, declaring, "TO GO AGAINST AN ALL-STAR I WILL GIVE YOU ALL RIGHT OF COURSE!!! AND IF WE BRING HIM SAFE AND SOUNDI EH!!! SO WHATI THAT'S YOUR FAMILY ISSUE." Masked Beast Pirates react with "SMILE" and "NOT AT ALL" while one growls, "THAT SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM RIGHTI"

Chaos erupts in the grand hall with sound effects "SCREE EAAAM!!!" and "FUNK FUNK!!" as guests panic. Luffy, in a horned hat disguise, is spotted by surprised onlookers who shout, "JAGGYI WHO'S THAT HIMI HEY! HAVE YOU NOT SEEN A JAGGYI HE KEEPS MESSING ABOUT... HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ODEN!!! JAGGY...I WHERE DID HE GO... I THINK I'VE SEEN YOU SOME WHERE." Luffy excitedly grabs food, yelling, "HEY! IT'S RED BEAN SOUP! WE DRINK SAKE HERE. GO AWAY. THIS FOOD LOOKS TASTY!"

Luffy continues eating the red bean soup as Beast Pirates yell, "SO WE'RE SENDING IT BACK. APPARENTLY WE'VE MADE TOO MUCH IDIOT! IT WOULD GO WELL WITH SAKE! THAT'S RED BEAN SOUP... BEGGARS SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO BE ALIVE! TRUE! THEY WOULD LICK IT OFF THE FLOOR AND SAY THANK YOU! GO GIVE IT TO THE PEOPLE OF OKOBORE TOWN! GAHAHAHA! THROW IT AWAY! THE SOUP IS EXCESSIVELY SWEET!" Luffy's face fills the panel with sweat drops and an intense glare as narration reads "LUFFY IS ANGRY" and a voice says, "WHAT AN AMAZING FOOD! IT'S THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!"
