THE ELEVEN SUPERNOVAS

Luffy is hurled backward, yelling "BOHEEEH!!!" while clutching his stomach. In the aftermath, Luffy stands shirt torn open, declaring "MY STOMACH IS FULL!! THERE'S NO WAY I'D EVER LOSE TO THE LIKES OF YOU!!!" Nearby, Chopper cheers "YEAH!!" while a spiky-haired figure with a star-shaped headpiece and a blond man with a cigarette react in awe, shouting "YOU DID IT!!!" and "NYUU!! LUFFY-CHIN, YOU'RE SO STRONG!!"

In a forested area filled with giant trees and floating bubbles, a large bearded man in a top hat yells "THIS IS ALREADY THE THIRD AMBUSH!!" while a skeleton in a top hat and suit remarks "ALL RIGHT! ARE YOU GUYS DONE OVER THEREI YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING." A tall figure with an afro and top hat wonders aloud about bounty hunters. The group discusses their location: "NYUU... THE ARCHIPELAGO IS PRETTY BIG, SO THERE ARE PLACES WHERE THE GOVERNMENT'S ARM DOESN'T REACH." They note they are at Grove 16, that the area feels lawless, and observe the suspicious atmosphere with no marines nearby. A sign reading "KIKO KIKO" is visible among the trees.

The Straw Hats arrive at Grove 13 on the Sabaody Archipelago. Bubbles drift through the massive roots as they approach a shop built atop them. "It's one of the shops on top of the roots," someone notes. "We're finally here!!" Luffy cheers. "Okay, we're here!!" Another voice adds, "It's been about 10 years, I wonder if he's still running the shop." Luffy spots a familiar face and asks, "Is the coating guy a fishmanI Well, we'll know when we meet him." A girl replies, "Ah, Pappag and I haven't met him before, but I've heard he's a pretty amazing person." "Is that soI" Luffy wonders. They reach Shakky's Rip-off Bar. A large sign reads "SHAKKY'S RIP-OFF BAR." Rayleigh, Shakki, are you hereI" a voice calls. "It's fine, they're good people," another answers. Outside, a fishman in a numbered coat exclaims, "Nyuu... this is a guy I've known since I was a kid." A tall figure warns, "Hachi... it says right on the bar's sign that they're going to rip us off..." A small creature worries, "It looks pretty awful..." "Hey!! Is a bar really okay!I Really!I" someone shouts. "I'll pay..."

Shakuyaku (Shakki), the bar owner and former pirate, greets them with a cigarette in her mouth: "Welcome." A close-up shows a dark-haired woman reacting with surprise, "...Oh, my. What'll it beI" Inside, the fishman spots her and cries out, "Nyuu... it's been too long, Shakki. How long has it been!I 10 years!I" Shakki recognizes him instantly: "Hacchan-!I" She continues, "Nyuu... take your time. Just take a seat and wait. I was just extracting some outrageous amount of money from these guys." The fishman stands frozen in the doorway with his crew, including a man in a top hat marked with an X. A sign identifies the bar owner: "Bar owner, Former pirate Shakuyaku (Shakki)."

Inside the bar, the fishman reacts in shock: "EHHHHHHH!!!I Are you loversI" Shakki, seated with a cigarette, replies calmly, "And you're Camie-chanI It's pretty rare to see a mermaid above the surface." She adds, "I see... you gave up the pirate life. That's good. Your health comes first!" The fishman, still emotional, says, "Nyuu... it's been so long..." At another table, Luffy and a skeleton enjoy takoyaki while Shakki notes, "Shakki, these beans... they're delicious." A curly-haired woman asks, "Ah... that's right, do you guys want anything to drink...I" The mermaid Camie panics, "You guys are going through the refrigerator!I Do you think you're at home!I" Elsewhere, a girl with pigtails exclaims, "She's from the takoyaki stand... Oh, I see." The fishman admits, "I... it's not like I... I'm Hacchin's... B-bride... or anything... yet..." Luffy and Brook burst in dramatically. Luffy yells, "Cotton candy!!!" Brook offers, "Here, this is for you." Shakki smiles, "You're friends of Hacchan, so I can't leave you alone for one second!!" Luffy shouts, "Luffy, Brook!! I can't leave you alone for one second!!" Brook laughs, "Aahahaha... do as you like."

Shakki chats with the crew at the table. She tells Luffy, "Luffy-chin, you're famous now." Luffy replies, "Of course. You guys are getting pretty notorious. Plus, I'm a well-informed person." Shakki continues, "You know about me, too!I" Luffy answers, "Well, I didn't know about you having a skeleton in your crew, or that skeletons could move around." Shakki asks, "You're Monkey-chan, the captain of a pirate crew, rightI" Luffy confirms, "Yeah!" She inquires, "Hey lady, how did you know what Chopper likesI" Luffy boasts, "You've got the same name as Garp from the Marines." Shakki responds, "Aahahaha, no boasting, huhI What a big shot." Luffy adds, "Man... I don't want to talk about it, it's a pain in the ass." Shakki presses, "Did you really start a fight with the governmentI I read about the Enies Lobby incident. How much of it is trueI" Luffy answers proudly, "Yeah, he's my grandpa!" Shakki reveals, "It's been over forty years since I sailed the seas, though." Luffy asks, "Lady, how old are youI" She smiles knowingly, "Right now, I'm looking forward to cheering on rookies like you." Luffy wonders, "WhyI" Shakki replies, "You know, Garp's come after me before." "I knew it..."

Inside Shakky's Rip-off Bar, Luffy sits with a cup while Shakky and Brook converse with a spiky-haired man in a numbered jacket. Shakky explains, "THE REASON WHY YOU AND CAMIE-CHAN CAME THIS WAY BY LAND" and adds, "OH, THERE'S NO NEED TO SAY IT, I ALREADY GET IT. BY THE WAY, SHAKKI." Luffy listens as the spiky-haired man replies about coating. Shakky continues, "THERE'S NO WAY HE WOULD HAVE LEFT THE ARCHIPELAGO... YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR HIM IN THE BARS AND GAMBLING HOUSES AROUND HERE." Luffy reacts with shock, "EHH!I THE GUY'S NOT HERE!I BUT WE WANT TO GO TO THE FISHMAN ISLAND!" The spiky-haired man notes, "WELL, HE'S NOT HERE RIGHT NOW. NYUU-... THAT'S ABOUT IT. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU WANT RAYLEIGH TO DO THE COATING FOR YOUI" Later, Luffy and Brook react in surprise as Shakky muses, "SO, I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT HIS HEALTH OR ANYTHING. HE'S PROBABLY BEEN MEETING WOMEN AND SHACKING UP HERE AND THERE. I GUESS PICKING UP AND LEAVING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME IS JUST WHAT FORMER PIRATES DO. THIS CRAFTSMAN GUY WAS A PIRATE, TOO!I" She concludes, "SIX MONTHS!I I SUPPOSE SO... BUT HE HASN'T BEEN BACK FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS NOW. IF WE WAIT HERE, HE'LL COME BACK, WON'T HEI"

Shakky smokes and tells the group, "OTHER THAN THAT... HE DOES LIKE 'SHABONDY PARK'... LET'S SEE... I THINK HE WOULD BE SOMEWHERE IN GROVE 1-29. WHERE SHOULD WE START LOOKINGI THAT'S A PROBLEM... THEN I SUPPOSE WE MUST SEARCH FOR HIM." Luffy looks surprised as she adds, "HE'S PRETTY NOTORIOUS HIMSELF, SO HE'S NOT GOING TO RELAX WHEREVER THE MARINES ARE." The crew erupts with excitement: "ALL RIGHT!! AMUSEMENT PARK!!!" Luffy shouts, "THE AMUSEMENT PARK!I WE'LL LOOK THERE!!!" and "HEY, CAMIE!" Outside, Luffy, Brook, and the others react as Shakky warns, "THAT'S 9 PEOPLE OTHER THAN MONKEY-CHAN AND RORONOA-CHAN!! Luffy stares at the newspaper while the others react in surprise.

In a fancy restaurant at Grove 24, a large man eats voraciously while onlookers stare in shock. "GATOU GATSOU!! BAKU BAKU!!...LOOK AT HER EAT. WHERE DOES IT ALL GO...I" A woman at the table reacts with disgust as food flies everywhere. The large man, Capone Bege, glares and orders, "SHUT HER UP AND BRING HER OVER HERE!!!" while the woman protests the vulgar eating. A close-up reveals his identity card: "From West Blue Captain of the Fire Tank Pirates CAPONE 'GANG' BEGE 138,000,000 beri" as chaos erupts around the table with more eating sounds and reactions.

In a bustling restaurant, a man with a fork lunges forward, shouting "GYAAAAAH!!" as tension rises among the patrons. A group of pirates discusses their precarious position: "WE'RE RIGHT UNDER THE MARINE HEADQUARTER'S NOSE." "WE CAN'T DO THAT, FATHER!!" She teases, "OH, HE'LL BE FINE. ABOUT THE CRAFTSMAN GUY. BUT ALL THESE PIRATES BEING AROUND MAKES ME WORRY. WELL, I'M JUST GOING TO HAVE FUN. SO, I'M DEFINITELY ROOTING FOR YOU GUYS, MONKEY-CHAN!!" Her close-up shows a sly smile as she declares, "100 TIMES STRONGER THAN YOU BOYS. HE'S ABOUT" with a startled "!!I" reaction nearby.
