At Sweet City on the Juice River, the other squad is still trying to reach the Sunny. Brook cannot believe the state of the river: "I CAN'T BELIEVE WE MANAGED TO GET THIS THING GOING!" and another voice says, "THE RIVER FILLED UP WITH CREAM TOO... THINGS AREN'T LOOKING GOOD." Chopper, Brook, and their group ride through sticky cream while someone complains, "THIS STUFF'S SO SWEET! I LOVE IT♡" and another says, "IT'S SO STICKY. GROSS. AND LOOK, IT'S MAKING OUR RUDDER ALL SLIPPERY." They yell, "WHOA, WHOA! LOOK OUT!" and "GET OUT OF THE WAY, MR. SEA MONSTER!" when they spot a swimmer. Brook first cries, "HMM?! BROOK!" and "Whaaa? A MERMAID?♡♡" then corrects himself: "OH, WAIT. IT'S A MERMAN." The group keeps moving toward the ship: "LOOK OVER THERE! WE'LL BE THERE SOON! THE SUNNY!" while someone asks, "WHAT'S HE DOING? FISHING?"

On the southwestern coast, the Seducing Woods is still under Big Mom's rampage. The Sunny waits offshore while Big Mom tears through the forest, and Luffy asks, "EATING FITS? WHADDAYA MEAN?!" Jinbe explains the nature of the disaster: "THEY'RE TANTRUMS! UNTIL SHE GETS HER HANDS ON WHAT SHE WANTS TO EAT, SHE RAGES, WITH NO REGARD FOR WHAT OR WHO IS AROUND HER!" Big Mom herself staggers through the burning woods repeating, "CAAA AKE!" and "DING WED-" while the crew understands she is barely aware of her actions. Nami adds, "SHE'S BARELY EVEN AWARE OF WHAT SHE'S DOING." The escape is no longer only a chase; they are being pursued by a hunger-crazed emperor whose craving has erased the line between enemy and surroundings.

Jinbe connects Big Mom's current rampage to the destroyed wedding cake: "LOOKS LIKE HER 'ORDER' THIS TIME AROUND IS A WEDDING CAKE!" He adds that the ceremony itself likely triggered it: "WHICH MEANS THE FACT THAT SHE DIDN'T GET TO EAT THE CAKE AT THE CEREMONY IS PROBABLY WHAT SET THIS OFF!" Luffy, remembering his own part in ruining the cake, says, "LUFFY! DANG IT, WHY'D YOU HAVE TO DESTROY THE THING!" but then defends the plan: "BUT OUR PLAN WORKED, DIDN'T IT?!" Chopper admits, "BUT THAT CAKE WAS REALLY GOOD!" and someone else confesses, "YOU ACTUALLY ATE SOME DURING ALL THAT?!" with the answer, "I DID, TOO! IT WAS SO YUMMY♡" The crew keeps running, but Nami worries about direction: "BUT THAT'S THE THING WITH THIS FOREST! CAN'T TELL IF YOU'RE GOING IN A STRAIGHT LINE OR NOT! ARE WE EVEN GOING THE RIGHT WAY?!" Luffy insists, "WELL, WHATEVER! HURRY! WE SHOULDN'T BE TOO FAR FROM THE SHIP!"

Nami recognizes a landmark and then doubts it immediately. She says, "AH! THIS RIVER... I'VE SEEN IT BEFORE!" but also, "BUT... I THOUGHT THAT BRIDGE WAS BROKEN!" The forest has rearranged itself against them. Nami concludes, "IF THIS FOREST IS OUR ENEMY, THEN WE CAN'T TRUST ANYTHING INSIDE IT! THESE GUYS ARE TRYING THEIR BEST TO TRIP US UP. WHICH MEANS THIS PLACE MOST LIKELY ISN'T THE ONE WE REMEMBER." Big Mom closes in from behind and screams, "GET BACK HERE, ZEUS!" Zeus, still tempted by Nami's weather eggs, panics: "CRAP!" Big Mom's homies accuse him, "HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY MAMA'S ORDERS!" while the crew runs below him. Nami holds the bait and prepares to use Zeus's appetite again.

Big Mom continues calling, "GET BACK HERE, ZEUS!" and the homies threaten, "HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY MAMA'S ORDERS!" Luffy turns toward Prometheus and shouts, "OI! YOU SUN GUY! HOW DARE YOU BURN THESE TREES! GOMU GOMU NO..." But Nami keeps working on Zeus instead. She calls to him, "ZEUS! LOOK HERE! YOUR FAVORITE WEATHER EGGS!" and fires them with "PON!" She says, "THEY ARE FILLED WITH JUICY THUNDER-HEADS!" Zeus blushes with delight, "HY-AA!" The page sets up the next exchange: Luffy wants to punch the flaming enemy, while Nami sees the better opening in Zeus's craving for thunder.

Luffy launches "JET GATLING!" into Prometheus, striking him repeatedly with Haki-coated blows. Prometheus reacts with flames and sound, "UBU BUBU BU!" but the attack does not damage him the way Luffy expects. The fight reveals that Prometheus cannot be handled like an ordinary intangible enemy; fire itself is protecting Big Mom's advance.

Jinbe steps in with the counter Prometheus cannot ignore. He calls, "SPEAR WAVE!" and sends water splashing across the burning homie while shouting, "JINBE! GET OVER THAT BRIDGE QUICKLY, EVERYONE!" The water attack becomes a "PASSING SHOWER!" and Prometheus screams, "GYAAAH!" The crew realizes the tactic worked. Someone says, "IT WORKED!" and explains, "OF COURSE IT WORKED! HE'S JUST ANIMATED, CONCENTRATED FLAME!" Another adds, "THINK OF HIM AS JUST A TALKING WILDFIRE!" Prometheus curses them, "CURSE YOU!" but Big Mom tells Zeus, "MAMA! WE'LL GO ON AHEAD!" The group gains a brief opening while Prometheus is soaked and slowed.

The Straw Hats keep running through collapsing trees, attacks, and forest tricks. The page is mostly motion: Luffy, Nami, Jinbe, Sanji, and the others dodge through the chaotic path while Big Mom's power and the homies close in. Trees and candy-like obstacles fall with "ZAZAZA," and the crew is forced to avoid traps and debris from several directions at once. THEY'RE RIGHT BEHIND US!" But Nami's delay is intentional. She has turned Zeus's greed into a weapon by stuffing him with Weather Eggs until he becomes a loaded thundercloud.

Big Mom and her homies close in again. Big Mom mocks the crew, "YOU BASTARDS JUST DON'T KNOW WHEN TO GIVE UP, DO YA?" while Zeus floats overhead, packed with Nami's weather eggs. Nami says, "MY WEATHER EGGS ARE ALL NOW INSIDE ZEUS..." and orders the others, "SANJI! EVERYONE! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! DON'T LOOK BACK!" She then unleashes "TEMPO!" and the enormous, overfilled Zeus discharges lightning across the forest. The blast spreads from sky to ground while Nami rides the timing, and the crew flees below it. The attack is not Zeus betraying Big Mom willingly; it is Nami exploiting his appetite until his own thunder becomes her weapon.

The thunder blast tears through the Seducing Woods. Rocks and broken trees fly while the Straw Hats are thrown forward by the force. For a moment the forest falls silent under the aftermath, and the Charlotte side misreads what happened. Someone says, "THIS... LOOKS LIKE MAMA USED ZEUS TO FINISH THEM OFF." Another adds, "MAMA SHOULD BE HERE SOON." Katakuri watches in silence. The page lets the misunderstanding stand: the enemy thinks Big Mom's own thundercloud wiped out the Straw Hats, while the readers know Nami forced Zeus into releasing the attack. The blast gives the crew a chance to disappear deeper into the chaos.

After the explosion, Chopper and Brook worry from the Sunny. Chopper says, "LUFFY... I MEAN..." and Brook asks, "TH- THEY SHOULD BE FINE, RIGHT?" The soldiers offer, "IF YOU'RE CONTENT TO LEAVE ON THAT LITTLE SUBMARINE OF YOURS, WE'LL LET TWO OF YOU GO FREE." Chopper refuses immediately: "I REFUSE." Brook backs him: "GET OUTTA HERE! THAT'S OUR SUNNY YOU'RE STANDING ON!"

On the Sunny, Brook looks toward the forest and says, "I HOPE THEY'RE OKAY!" while another report says, "ZEUS IS GOING CRAZY!" Elsewhere, Pudding apologizes to Chiffon: "I'M SO SORRY, CHIFFON... THIS IS SUCH A HAREBRAINED REQUEST..." Chiffon reassures her, "IT'S OKAY! IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE WE'VE BAKED TOGETHER! BESIDES..." Bege reminds her of the people involved: "BEGE! THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT SAVED LOLA'S LIFE! I TOLD YOU, DIDN'T I?" He worries, "BUT, CHIFFON, DEAR... IT'S DANGEROUS! I'M WORRIED!" Chiffon answers with conviction: "IT'S EASY TO JUST SAY 'THANK YOU FOR SAVING LOLA' WITH WORDS. BUT WHEN THOSE YOU'RE INDEBTED TO ARE IN TROUBLE? THAT'S WHEN THE REAL TRUTH OF THAT THANKS IS TESTED!"

Chiffon frames her choice as honor. She says, "LIVE WITH HONOR!" and adds, "THAT'S WHAT THEY ALWAYS SAY, RIGHT, DARLIN'?♡" Bege can only answer, "YES, BUT..." Chiffon entrusts their son to him: "IF ANYTHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO ME... TAKE CARE OF PEZ, OKAY?" Bege cries after her, "CHIFFO-OOOON!" and someone calls, "MISS!" As she leaves, Pudding tries to draw her attention: "CHIFFON, LOOK! THERE!" She points toward the trees and says, "S-S-SANJI, HE'S...♡♡" and asks, "WERE YOU EVEN LISTENING?" Pudding sees Sanji and the others in danger, and her expression gives away the truth despite her act: "THAT FOOL'S RIGHT THERE?!" The chapter ends on Chiffon's resolve and Pudding's exposed concern for Sanji and his friends.
