A man in a checkered cloak is struck and sent flying backward with the sound "UWO OOO!!". In a close-up, a furious spiky-haired man with a scar roars, "WHAT DID YOU DO TO ICEBERG-SAN IN THE BEDROOM!!I" and "DAMN YOU! WHAT DID YOU DO TO KAKU AND LUCCHI!!I". The cloaked figure, now revealed as a round-headed fighter, activates "TEKKAI" while gripping the attacker's arm and calmly asks, "WHY DON'T YOU SEE FOR YOURSELFI". The impact shatters the ground violently; the spiky-haired man is slammed down amid flying debris and impact effects as the cloaked fighter looms over him. Onlookers react with shock.

The spiky-haired man grits his teeth, thinking "I... I CAN'T MOVE!I I NEVER LOSE IN STRENGTH...!!". The checkered-cloaked fighter grabs his fist and remarks, "YOU SEEM CONFIDENT IN YOUR STRENGTH." A background voice cries "GRAB!". Elsewhere, a large man wields a massive hammer while shouting "AAAA!! TILESTON-SAN'S GIANT HAMMER WAS... SHATTERED BY A FIST!!". The cloaked fighter delivers a devastating blow; the spiky-haired man's head snaps back violently with a massive impact starburst and motion lines as debris explodes outward.

The checkered-cloaked fighter is hurled backward across the floor amid flying rubble and chairs, landing hard with the sounds "CLATTER CLACK...". A background figure watches. Nearby, three chief mechanics react in horror: one yells "THREE OF THE CHIEF MECHANICS IN DOCK 1... ONE HIT.....!". Another panel shows a massive impact striking a character. Below, panicked workers shout "GYAA AAAA AAAA!!" and "OH CRAP!! LET'S GO GET HELP!!" as they flee. A large close-up shows the cloaked fighter's face with swirling patterns and a small "!!" reaction. A "SWISH" effect appears near a distant figure.

On a bustling city street lined with stone buildings, a crowd spots a familiar swordsman and erupts in panic. "HE'S FINALLY APPEARED!!" "IT'S RORONOA ZORO!!" someone shouts. Below, Franky, a blonde woman marked with a large 3, and a black-hatted man charge forward. "DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY!!" Franky roars while stomping the ground. "I SAW THAT WOMAN WITH THEM EARLIER TODAY!!" the blonde yells. "THEY'RE STRAW HATS!!!" Franky adds. The black-hatted man cries, "WAAH!!" as Nami asks, "WHAT HAPPENED TO LUFFY!I" Zoro, blades drawn, growls, "DAMN IT...!!! THERE'S NO POINT IN RUNNING!! IN ANY CASE..." Nami turns to him in shock: "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING, ZOROI" A voice explains, "THEY SAW US JUMP OVER THE FENCE, SO..."

Franky and the black-hatted man argue while running. "BUT THEY ARE THE SHIPWRIGHTS!! THEY AREN'T OUR ENEMY!" the black-hatted man protests. A close-up shows Franky's intense face: "WE SHOULD JUST CHARGE IN THERE, AND FIND ROBIN!! THERE'S NO POINT RUNNING AROUND THE HOUSE!" Suddenly a massive impact strikes Franky from behind. "!!!" he reacts as blades slash across his back. "AAA AAA AH!!" he screams. "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!" Zoro yells while slashing. "NO PROBLEM... I'LL HIT THEM USING THE BACKS OF MY BLADES...!!" Franky retorts. In the aftermath, a woman with a sweat drop says, "YOU'RE STILL CAUSING SERIOUS INJURIES!" while Franky and others react with pain and surprise amid debris and impact effects.

Luffy clings to a speeding train car, muttering "... SO UNLUCKY... HEH..." and "I FINALLY GOT OUT..." with sweat drops. "HEH..." echoes around him. In the next panel he declares, "AND CATCH ROBIN!!" while gripping the car. A close-up shows his determined, bruised face: "THIS TIME I'LL DEFINITELY FLY RIGHT IN THERE..." "WHEW!" he exhales. The bottom panels depict Luffy launching himself skyward from the train. "ROCKET!!" he shouts as his body stretches. "GOMU GOMU..." the attack begins amid motion lines and the city skyline below.

Inside a grand room with checkered floors and curtains, a bandaged man with a head wrap chuckles "HEH HEH" while glancing aside. Nico Robin stands silently with "......" A dramatic exterior shot shows a figure leaping through a shattered window with impact sound "ドカァン!!" In the spacious interior, the bandaged man faces Robin and says, "I WAS SURPRISED TO MEET YOU HERE... I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE YOU HERE, NICO ROBIN." Robin remains quiet with "......" A small "!I" reaction appears near the floor as tension fills the air.

The hooded woman stares at the headbanded man as he leans forward. "BUT I HAD ALWAYS... WANTED TO MEET YOU..." he says. "LAST NIGHT WAS THE FIRST TIME..." She replies, "...... HAVE WE MET BEFOREI" The man chuckles "HEH" while the woman reacts with surprise "!!I" and "HEH". He sniffs the air "SHFF" as a cloaked figure stands in the background. Suddenly he lunges forward in a dramatic motion, gun drawn and cloak flaring, with large impact SFX "ズバァァァァァ!!" filling the panel as the woman is knocked back.

The headbanded man confirms "THAT IS CORRECT." The hooded woman, gun raised, asks "IN ORDER TO KILL ME...I" He points the weapon directly at her and declares "DESTROY THE WORLD...!!" while laughing "HEH HEH". In a close-up the woman listens as he continues, "THE WORLD GOVERNMENT HAD MADE DOING SO ILLEGAL A LONG TIME AGO... AS YOU PROBABLY ALREADY KNOW. SEEKING, STUDYING, AND DECIPHERING THE TRUE HISTORY..." She reacts with a sharp "......!"

The headbanded man explains "AND THAT IS YOU! BUT IN THIS WORLD, THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO CAN DECIPHER IT... JUST KNOWING THAT THE GLYPHS EXIST IS NOT A CRIME..." The woman questions "HOW DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE TRUE HISTORYI" He replies "YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS WORLD..." A wanted poster of "NICO ROBIN" is shown as he adds "THERE HAS BEEN A HIGH BOUNTY ON YOUR HEAD! THAT IS THE REASON, SINCE YOU WERE ONLY EIGHT YEARS OLD..." He grabs her arm and states "THE ANCIENT WEAPONS. THAT CAN RESURRECT..."

The woman realizes "THEN YOU MUST'VE LEFT THE STRAW HATS... AND ARE NOW WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT..." while asking "... IF YOU ARE WITH THE CP9... SO YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT TOO..." The headbanded man responds "BECAUSE ONCE THE WEAPONS ARE REVIVED... IT WON'T MATTER IF THE USER IS GOOD OR EVIL... IT'S WEIRD ON THEIR PART TO HIRE SOMEONE THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ARREST FOR SO LONG... BUT I DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR REASONS FOR DOING THIS." In a close-up of the gun he concludes "THE WEAPONS WILL NEVER BRING PEACE TO THE WORLD... ONE THING IS CERTAIN..."

A hooded woman with dark hair stares forward with a serious expression. A voice declares, "...INSTEAD, THEY WILL DESTROY IT." In a grand hall, the hooded woman stands atop a raised platform as another figure kneels below. A speech bubble states, "SHOULD NEVER BE UNEARTHED!" Another continues, "THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN BURIED, ALONG WITH HISTORY..." The hooded woman turns slightly as a bearded man with a head wrap appears on the left, saying, "--- THAT IS NOT SO... THE TRUTH IS, I'M VERY MUCH INVOLVED..." She responds firmly, "YOU'RE JUST AN OUTSIDER, YOU HAVE NO PLACE SAYING ANYTHING. YES, I AGREE, BUT YOU SHOULD MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. REGARDLESS OF HOW I CHOOSE TO STUDY HISTORY..."

A close-up shows the headbanded bearded man sweating heavily, eyes wide, as he shouts, "THE ANCIENT WEAPON, "PLUTON!!" BECAUSE I HOLD THE BLUEPRINT OF..." with impact lines and "!!!!" The hooded woman reacts with shock, "...!!!" In the hall, the kneeling figure points upward while the hooded woman watches. A caption reads, "IT IS A WAR SHIP... PLUTON WAS CONSTRUCTED ON THIS ISLAND LONG AGO..." She sweats in close-up, thinking, "...BLUEPRINT OF A WEAPON!I"

The hooded woman stands as narration explains, "THUS, THE BLUEPRINT WAS PASSED DOWN THROUGH GENERATIONS. THE WORLD GOVERNMENT... AT WHICH POINT, A POWER THAT CAN MATCH IT MUST EXIST IN ORDER TO STOP IT." The headbanded man continues, "BACK THEN, THE ENGINEERS OF THE SHIP WORRIED THAT ONE DAY THE WEAPON MIGHT FALL INTO THE WRONG HANDS. BUT ITS POWER WAS SO GREAT, EVERYONE FEARED IT." She thinks, "HAD ALWAYS BEEN UNEASY AROUND THE GIRL... TOM, WHO ENTRUSTED THE BLUEPRINTS TO ME. WHO, ALONE, SURVIVED THE OHARA INCIDENT." A silhouette scene shows figures struggling as she adds, "YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS, AND YOU ARE HELPING THE GOVERNMENT. HOW FOOLISH!...WANTS IT SO BAD, THEY HAVE GONE THIS FAR JUST TO GET IT." The man sweats, thinking, "AFTER THE WORLD GOVERNMENT FOUND OUT ABOUT THE BLUEPRINT... HAVING INHERITED THE WILL OF THE ENGINEERS BEFORE ME, IT IS MY DUTY TO STOP YOU. SHE WAS SO YOUNG, BUT SHE HAD THE SAME DEVILISH MIND AS THE OHARA DEMONS... I SHOULD HAVE JUST BURNED IT."

The hooded woman declares, "THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE WEAPONS WILL BE AWAKENED FROM THEIR SLUMBER!!" while thinking, "......" The headbanded man aims a weapon, saying, "BUT I CAN'T DO THAT... BECAUSE AS LONG AS YOU ARE ALIVE..." A sudden attack erupts with "GUH!!" "!!I" and "GRAB!" as the man is struck violently, his face contorted in pain. He is slammed to the ground with "uu... UGH..." and impact effects "X X" "X X" while the hooded woman stands in the background watching the assault unfold.

On the checkered floor, a cloaked figure in white drives a brutal strike into a long-haired woman, sending debris and impact lines flying. "ALTHOUGH... EVEN IF YOU DID KILL ME... WON'T YOUR BLUEPRINT STILL BE TAKENI" she gasps. The attacker replies coldly, "IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY... BEFORE YOU DIEI" Below, an armored man reacts in shock with "!I" as another panel shows a close-up of his face. "IS YOURS... THE GROUP THAT WAS REALLY DECEIVED...I" he questions. In the next room, a bound figure lies on the floor while a voice answers, "THEN I WILL... TELL YOU ONE MORE THING..." accompanied by "HEH HEH" chuckles and "... NMA..."

Explosions and debris erupt as the fight spills through the building. A massive figure with a cannon arm looms, laughing "HEH..." repeatedly while a horned silhouette stands opposite. "YOU ARE NO MATCH FOR US." the horned figure declares. In a close panel, a bloodied hand grips a weapon as the armored man demands, "HAND IT OVER... BEFORE YOU GET BLOOD ALL OVER IT." Another voice urges, "NOW... HURRY UP..." while the cannon-wielder continues his mocking "HEH" sounds and the large figure crumples under pressure.

The large figure hangs limply from the ceiling with "CRUMPLE" effects as the horned man smirks "HEH". A bloodied, muscular man with goggles growls, "DAMN IT... I THOUGHT I COULD WIN, TOO..." while thinking "...!!!" and "...". Nearby panels show the armored man reflecting, "AND JUST SAVING MYSELF... LEAVING THAT THING BEHIND..." and "ME TO... ESCAPE IMMEDIATELY..." as "ICEBERG-SAN WANTED" posters lie scattered. A dark silhouette suddenly realizes, "IS A FAKE... BECAUSE THAT THING..." with a shocked "!!I" reaction.
