Chopper stares in shock, shouting "SANJI'S GONNA GET MARRIED!I" Nami reacts with wide eyes and sweat, exclaiming "AT THE TEA PARTY..." and "WHA-I" as a caption notes "A SHOCKING DECLARATION BRINGS CHAOS IN ITS WAKE..." A large central spread announces the wedding: GROOM THIRD SON OF THE VINSMOKE FAMILY SANJI and BRIDE THIRTY-FIFTH DAUGHTER OF THE CHARLOTTE FAMILY PURIN. In the lower panels, a man in a black hat and striped outfit stands in a grand hall, saying "TAKE IT!" while smoke rises and a voice says "SMOLDER".

In flashback panels the man in the hat yells "YOU TRYNA BURN DOWN MY CASTLE!I" and "WHAT THE HELL, BASTARD!I" as flames erupt with "FWOOM". Sanji demands "WHO IN THE WORLD IS BEHIND THIS HAREBRAINED SCHEME!I" while a woman in a headdress asks "ARE YOU REALLY GONNA GET MARRIED!I HEY, SANJI-KUN! WHAT'S THE MEANING OF ALL THIS!I"

In a grand chandelier-lit hall, a seated man in a top hat puffs a cigar and declares, "IT SURE DON'T LOOK LIKE YOU WERE GROOMED PROPERLY. HEHEHE!" and "YOUR FAMILY, YOU DUMBASS. FOR A SON OF THE VINSMOKES," while a servant answers "OI. MORE WINE." "YES SIR." Sanji stands nearby with a cigarette, explaining, "WELL, I WAS BORN IN NORTH BLUE, SO..." Nami, sweating and wide-eyed, reacts sharply: "BUT THIS SAYS IT WAS PRINTED IN NORTH BLUE! YOU'VE HEARD OF IT, SANJII" "LIAR NORLAND"!I "SANJI'S FAMILYI" "SPEAKING OF WHICH..." Brook adds, "HE DID MENTION HOW HE WAS BORN IN NORTH BLUE. EVEN THOUGH WE MET SANJI IN EAST BLUE. AND COME TO THINK OF IT, I ALWAYS THOUGHT SOMETHING SMELLED FISHY ABOUT THE WHOLE STORY..." Sanji replies calmly, "WELL, I WAS BROUGHT UP... YOU KNOW WHAT, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT." Usopp shouts in shock, "I NEVER KNEW THAT. I THOUGHT YOU WERE BORN AND BROUGHT UP IN EAST BLUE LIKE US."

A diagram of the four seas shows arrows crossing the Red Line as Brook exclaims, "TO GO FROM NORTH BLUE TO EAST BLUE ONE MUST CROSS THE RED LINE!" and "WAIT A SECOND! THAT'S ACTUALLY A HUGE DEAL, NAMI-SAN!" The scarred man in the top hat yells furiously, "IF YOU KNUCKLEHEADS HAVEN'T REALIZED IT YET, CHARLOTTE IS BIG MOM'S LAST NAME! DON'T TELL ME THIS JERK'S BRIDE... IS ONE OF BIG MOM'S DAUGHTERS!" Nami gasps, "THAT'S NOT YOUR AVERAGE FAMILY RELOCATION. IT'S A FULL-BLOWN VOYAGE!" "EXACTLY!" Brook questions, "SANJI-SAN... Usopp panics, "WHAT'S MORE, IF THIS GUY, YOUR CREWMEMBER, BECOMES BIG MOM'S RELATIVE THROUGH MARRIAGE, THAT MEANS YOU LOT BECOME DE FACTO UNDERLINGS IN HER CREW!" The man in the top hat continues, "AND DON'T THINK FOR A MINUTE THAT YOU'LL GET TO SCOOP UP THE STRAW HAT PIRATES JUST LIKE THAT! OUR CAPTAIN AIN'T THE TYPE OF MAN THAT WOULD TOLERATE ANYONE'S UNDERLING." He turns away, stating, "AND NOW OUR LITTLE TALK IS OVER. I'LL LET YOU KEEP CAESAR. LET US GO." Sanji reacts with shock, "WHAAAA!I" A close-up shows the man declaring, "LUFFY'S THE MAN WHO WILL BECOME PIRATE KING!" with dramatic impact lines. He sips wine and says, "I HAVEN'T ASKED FOR A 'YES' OR 'NO' FROM YOU AT ALL. WE'RE INSIDE MY CASTLE. THERE SEEMS TO BE A GRAVE MISUNDERSTANDING. ALL I'VE DONE IS SHOW YOU YOUR INVITATION."

The man in the top hat announces, "YOU'RE ON A ONE WAY TRIP TO MAMA AS WE SPEAK. YOU'VE ALREADY BEEN CAPTURED!" Nami cries out in alarm as the room erupts. Brook screams, "GYAAAAAH! THEY'RE GONNA KILL ME! PLEASE, LET ME GO!" while the man notes, "BUT WE'VE ALREADY STARTED MOVING! YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T EVEN FEEL IT..." The floor suddenly gives way in a massive crash of debris and chains, sending everyone tumbling. The man in the top hat spreads his arms and challenges, "IF IT'S A FIGHT YOU'RE ITCHIN' FOR, BE MY GUEST. KEEP IN MIND, HOWEVER, THAT I HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL INSIDE THIS ENTIRE CASTLE."

Inside the castle, a bearded man in a top hat declares, "EVERYTHING INSIDE THIS CASTLE BENDS TO MY WHIM." The floor suddenly warps and tilts violently. Nami and Chopper cry out as the ground gives way beneath them: "NAMI-SAN!", "WAAAH! NAMI'S SINK-ING!", "KYAA AAAH!" Nami and Chopper tumble into the shifting floor while chained. Nearby, Sanji glares tensely. The bearded man continues, "EVERYONE IN THE NEW WORLD KNOWS THIS EXCEPT FOR YOU APPARENTLY." A blonde woman with a pearl headband adds, "YOU CANNOT ESCAPE MAMA'S TEA PARTY. BESIDES, EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO PUT UP A FIGHT HERE..." From behind, the man warns, "THOSE IGNORANT ENOUGH TO IGNORE MAMA'S INVITATION... WILL FIND THEMSELVES, THE VERY NEXT DAY, CHOKED BY REGRET. IT'S TRULY A PITIFUL SIGHT, I'LL HAVE YOU KNOWRERO! NYORORO! RIGHT! MAMA HATES TWO THINGS: BITTER TREATS... AND TEA PARTY NO-SHOWERERS!"

The tall man with a long mustache and slicked-back hair, identified as Fire Tank Pirates advisor "Monster Gun" Vito, points a large revolver forward while grinning widely. He explains, "IS IN REALITY NOTHING MORE THAN A SUMMONS ORDER. AFTER ALL, THEY SAY THAT 'EVEN THE DEMONS OF HELL WILL COME WHEN CALLED TO MAMA'S TEA PARTIES!'" He gestures with his free hand, adding, "A TEA PARTY INVITATION FROM MAMA-RERO..." In a smaller panel, he leans toward Sanji and continues, "BUT ALLOW ME TO SHARE SOMETHING WITH YOU-RERO. OF COURSE, AT THE END OF THE DAY, WHETHER OR NOT YOU GO IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU." Sanji's eyes widen in shock as sweat drips down his face; he grits his teeth with a visible "SYLURT" sound effect near Vito's gun.

Sanji reacts with visible distress, sweat flying as he processes the words. The scene shifts to Nami standing with a serious expression, stating, "A FOOLISH QUESTION." In the background, Bege sits at a long table while another figure questions, "HOW THE HELL DID YOU COME TO FIND THAT OUTI!" Vito's voice booms from a large close-up panel, "DO EVERYTHING SHE TELLS YOU, AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! YOU BETTER AT LEAST BE PREPARED TO DO THAT MUCH. Sanji demands, "GET ME A PEN AND PAPER." Chopper watches with wide eyes as Sanji begins writing furiously, the pen producing "++ ++" marks. From off-panel, a voice calls, "SANJI! ARE YOU OKAY!I WHAT DID THAT MAN WHISPER IN YOUR EAR!I" Sanji finishes the note with a focused expression. Vito smirks and remarks, "A NOTE FOR STRAW HAT, EHI" Sanji hands the folded paper over while saying, "PLEASE BELIEVE ME... IT WAS NOT MY INTENT TO KEEP THINGS HIDDEN FROM YOU... MY FRIENDS!" He addresses the group directly: "NAMI-SAN, CHOPPER, BROOK... GIVE THIS TO LUFFY AND THE OTHERS." The note slips from his fingers with a "SLIP" effect as the chained prisoners react with surprise, "HUHI"

Inside the room, a voice declares, "I'M SENSING A POWERFUL PRESENCE OUTSIDE. IT'S PROBABLY ONE OF THE MINKS." Another speaker adds, "AND NOW I'VE GOT NO CHOICE BUT TO GO AND PUT AN END TO IT!" A third states, "I HONESTLY NEVER EXPECTED TO HAVE TO FACE THIS PART OF MY PAST EVER AGAIN." Someone calls out, "READYI WATCH YOUR HEADS ON THE WAY DOWN!" A surprised reply follows, "WHA-I IT'S NOT WEI" The scene erupts into chaos as the floor gives way. Sanji, a woman with long curly hair, a skull-faced figure with an afro, and others plummet through the air amid swirling debris and motion lines. Voices scream "GO!", "UWA AAA AAH!", "GYAA AAH!", and "AAA AAH!" as they fall toward the lower level.

The fall continues with heavy impacts. "!!", "OOF!", and "!!" mark the collisions as figures tumble across the ground. A man in a top hat growls, "THAT BASTARD..." Another voice shouts, "HE HELPED HIS FRIENDS ESCAPE!" A chained prisoner yells, "WHAT ABOUT ME-!I" while screams of "AAAA AAH!" echo. A furious man with a top hat and long hair threatens, "DON'T MOVE A MUSCLE! OR I'LL PERFORATE YOUR PRECIOUS GENIUS SCIENTIST'S SKULL!" Nearby, a bound figure mutters, "ALL THAT CRAP ABOUT THE WEDDING MADE ME REALIZE..." The man in the top hat snaps, "DAMN YOU, BLACK LEG!" as another character demands, "WHA AAA AT!I" while gripping a weapon.

Sanji stands defiant before a large wanted poster reading "ONLY ALIVE SANJI 177,000,000- MARIN". He shouts, "REMEMBER, MY WANTED POSTER SAYS 'ONLY ALIVE'! IF YOU KILL ME, SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE VERY DISPLEASED!" He continues, "YOU GUYS CAN'T KILL ME, CAN YOU!I IN FACT, YOU'VE BEEN TOLD TO TREAT ME LIKE A DELICATE FRICKIN' FLOWER. I'M BETTIN' YOU WON'T EVEN CUFF ME!" Sanji adds, "AND THE PERSON WHO FINALIZED MY MARRIAGE AND THE PERSON WHO ENSURED MY WANTED POSTER SAYS WHAT IT DOES... ARE ONE AND THE SAME!" In the background, cloaked figures stand silently. Sanji then yells, "EVERYONE, STAY PUT!" as one man retorts, "DID I NOT MAKE MYSELF CLEAR!I JUST WHO DO YOU THINK I HAVE AT MY BACK!I" Another growls, "DON'T FUCKING MOVE!" and "DAMN IT! AFTER THE ONES THAT ESCAPED!" while a fourth demands, "WHAT!I FATHER!" Sanji replies, "SO DON'T YOU DARE LAY A FINGER ON MY FRIENDS! I SAID I'LL DO IT! I'LL GO MEET 'EM AND SETTLE THINGS!"

Outside, a massive furry creature looms as a cloaked man states, "WE'RE FACE TO FACE WITH A MONSTER. RIGHT NOW, OUTSIDE..." Pekoms lies injured on the ground while a voice asks, "WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THIS CAT!I" A bandaged, bloodied Pekoms growls, "PEKOMS IS OUT COLD BACK THERE, COVERED IN BLOOD." He demands, "OI. YOU. WHO ARE YOUI" A mink warns, "MASTER! YOU SHOULDN'T BE UP AND MOVING ABOUT YET!" Sanji appears among the group. Voices call out, "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON! TALK TO US, SANJI!" and "SANJI-KUN, COME OUT! WHY ARE YOU STILL IN THERE!I" One figure urges, "LET'S WAIT FOR LUFFY AND THE OTHERS! SANJI-SAN! QUICKLY, COME OUT HERE WHILE YOU STILL CAN!" Another explains, "I'M ONE OF PEKOMS' FRIENDS! TRUTH IS, WE WERE ATTACKED BY ONE OF JACK'S REMAINING CREWMEMBERS!"

Sanji grins widely with a cigarette in his mouth and declares, "TELL EVERYONE I SAID HI." He adds, "I PROMISE I'LL BE BACK." and "THIS IS MY PROBLEM." as he turns away. Below, Luffy's face twists in shock as he yells "SANJI!" Brook's skull head appears with a grim expression. Nami stares in disbelief with wide eyes and sweat drops, exclaiming "!!" In the bottom panel, Sanji speeds away on a massive tracked vehicle labeled "CASTLE TANK!" amid explosions and dust clouds while shouting voices call out "SANJI!" and "SANJI-KUN!" The machine barrels forward with dramatic impact lines and debris flying everywhere.

Wanda and others react in panic as the Castle Tank races off. Someone shouts "STOP, WANDA-SAN!" while another cries "NO, IT'S USELESS!" Nami yells "DO YOU WANT US TO CHASE THAT THING!I" and calls "NAMI! CHOPPER!" The skeletal figure of Brook says "HE..." as the tank vanishes into the distance with "LUN..." and a flapping sound effect. A torn letter flutters down with Sanji's handwritten message: "TO MY BUDS: THERE'S THIS CHICK I GOTTA SEE REAL QUICK. I'LL BE BACK, I PROMISE. SANJI" Narration boxes read "OF RETURNING..." and "HE HAS NO INTENTION..." as the page ends with the chapter title "ONE PIECE CH. 813 /END".
