At the bottom of a cliff in area F-16, three bodies lie in the snow. A voice states, '...YOU SHOULD FIND THREE DEAD BODIES.' The speaker continues, 'AND THE SOUL KING. THE CAT-BURGLAR... PIRATE HUNTER ZORO...' Two silhouetted figures stand in the snow; one says, 'THEN YOU CALLED THE WRONG PEOPLE. IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR TARGET KILLED, TOSS.' Another replies, 'NO, NO!! THE MASTER SAID IT WAS FINE EITHER WAY...' A goggled figure reacts with 'HUH...I Y...YOU KILLED THEM, THENI' while a voice answers, 'TAKE CARE OF THE RETRIEVAL.'

Inside Caesar Clown's research lab, a winged figure with spiral glasses lounges while reading and remarks, 'I SEE... HAHAHA... HOW VERY DISAPPOINTING...' A voice notes, 'IT LOOKS LIKE THEY'VE KICKED THE BUCKET! OH, DID YOU HEAR THAT, MONE...I' The figure continues, '...I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE A LITTLE MORE IMPRESSIVE THAN THIS. DON'T YOU AGREE, LAW...I' Law stands nearby as the figure adds, 'SO WHEN I READ ARTICLES PROCLAIMING THAT THEY WERE BACK IN FORCE AND AS STRONG AS EVER......AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDER THEM AS DANGEROUS AS BLACKBEARD HIMSELF. THIS CREW COME FROM THE "TERRIBLE GENERATION", JUST LIKE LAW...' Inside the ruined research facility on Punk Hazard, Trafalgar Law sits casually on a couch while Caesar Clown stands nearby. Law explains, "I'M LOOKING INTO RESEARCH THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS CARRYING OUT. THIS FACILITY SHOULD CONTAIN VALUABLE TRACES OF RESEARCH THAT IS STILL GOING ON TO THIS DAY. IT IS A FORMER SECRET GOVERNMENT FACILITY, AFTER ALL... IT WASN'T EASY FOR ME TO REACH THIS ISLAND WHICH CAN'T BE FOUND BY LOG POSE. AND YOU WANT TO STAY HERE ON PUNK HAZARDI" Caesar replies with a wide grin, "I'LL HELP YOU OUT IN RETURN, IF YOU LIKE. AND NEITHER OF US NEEDS TO PRY INTO THE OTHER'S AFFAIRS. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU LET ME HAVE FREE REIN OF THIS FACILITY AND THE ISLAND. NOTHING MORE." Law narrows his eyes and asks, "...YOU SURE ARE WELL-INFORMED. Caesar Clown looms over Law, laughing wildly with "SHURO RORORORO RORO...!!!" Law remains seated and responds, "I SEE, I SEE. WE'RE ROGUES OF THE SAME STRIPE, IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE SAYING...I WOULD YOU PREFER IF I WAS AN IGNORANT FOOL WHO DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHINGI" The scene shifts to flashbacks and side panels showing a doctor writing notes labeled "BORN IN NORTH BLUE, KNOWN AS THE 'DOCTOR OF DEATH', USER OF THE OPE OPE NO MI..." and a winged woman working at a desk. Law questions, "I SEE YOU'RE A DOCTOR. RIGHT, MONEI I DON'T SEE HOW I CAN TRUST YOU, BUT I SUPPOSE YOUR PROPOSITION CAN'T HURT." The winged woman, Monet, leans forward and asks, "CAN YOU HEAL THEMI THERE ARE A LOT OF FORMER PRISONERS ON THIS ISLAND WHOSE BODIES HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY THE EFFECTS OF POISON GAS." Law turns his head slightly, considering her words.

Caesar Clown, now standing and gesturing with a gas canister labeled "GAS GAS", continues the negotiation: "...AND JOIN THE RANKS OF THE ROYAL SHICHIBUKAI IN ORDER TO MAKE IT TO THIS ISLAND... WELL... I SUPPOSE IF YOU WERE PLANNING TO CALL YOUR ASSOCIATES TO THIS ISLAND, YOU'D BE A BIT MORE CLEVER ABOUT IT. AFTER GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY TO INGRATIATE YOURSELF WITH THE WORLD GOVERNMENT..." Law sits back and replies, "...I CAN'T IMAGINE YOU'D DO ANYTHING SO CARELESS THAT COULD RUIN BOTH OUR PLANS. WHEN YOU JUST SAID... Trafalgar Law stands up, gripping his nodachi Kikoku, and offers, "CALL ME IF YOU NEED ME...!!! I'LL TAKE DOWN WHOEVER YOU TELL ME TO. AND THE BATTLEI" Monet watches silently from the side. The scene cuts to an explosion ripping through the facility with massive impact effects and debris flying. A voice screams in terror, "AAAHH HHHHHH HH!!! NOT AGAIN!! AHHH HHHHH HH...!!!" while another figure reacts with "!!I" and "PH". Narration notes, "REMAINS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND RESEARCH FACILITIES" and "SHREWD MEN LIKE HIM ARE ALWAYS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH..." as the blast engulfs the area in smoke and rubble.

Explosions rock the snowy ruins as debris flies everywhere. A panicked voice cries out, "BUT...!! ENEMIESI! IN A PLACE LIKE THISI!!" Another shouts, "IT'S NO EARTHQUAKE!! WE'RE DEFINITELY UNDER ATTACK!!" Someone else yells, "I DON'T LIKE THIS!! WHAT'S GOING ONI!" A figure slumps with "ZZZZZZZ" while the ground shakes violently. A character in a black coat with a hat warns, "ISN'T THIS GOOD... IF THIS PLACE COLLAPSES, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE CHILDRENI!!" Below, amid the blasts and smoke, a voice states, "...SHOULD ALL BE WELL ON THEIR WAY TO THE LAB BY NOW!! IT'S JUST THE TWO OF US!! LUFFY, FRANKY, ROBIN AND USOPP..." Three smaller panels show frantic reactions: "NO WAY...!!" "I CAN'T MAKE OUT ANY SIGN... OF ANYONE...!!" with heavy "PANT...!!" sounds, and a girl asking, "CAN YOU SEE THE ENEMYI! HOW MANY OF THEM ARE THEREI! WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKEI!"

Luffy stares ahead with wide eyes and declares, "...THERE'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING OUT THERE... TWO OF THEM!! THEY FEEL LIKE WILD ANIMALS!!" He reacts with "HUHII" and shouts, "LET'S HEAD BACK!! NAMI AND CHOPPER ARE IN DANGER!!" Nearby panels reveal massive footprints in the snow as a voice notes, "THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THE DIRECTION WE CAME FROM..." and "IT COULD HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH WHATEVER MADE THESE FOOTPRINTS!!" A cloaked figure wonders, "IS IT LAWI! OUR MASTERI! OR ELSE..." while another yawns, "YAWN... LOOKS LIKE I DOZED OFF..." Brownbeard appears, roaring, "WHO ARE THEY AND WHAT ARE THEY DOING HEREI!" and "HOLD IT, BROWN-FACE!! YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ENEMY, DON'T YOUI!" He concludes, "NO... THIS IS A SNOW-COVERED MOUNTAIN...!! IT MUST BE THEM...!!"

Brownbeard continues, "THEY'LL NEVER SHOW THEMSELVES, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO...!! EVEN WE BARELY KNOW A THING ABOUT THEM, NOT EVEN THEIR FACES...!!" A voice asks, "ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF BEAMSI!" and threatens, "IF YOU DON'T ANSWER, I'LL HIT YOU WITH THIS!! BYUUUOOONN!!" Brownbeard explains, "WHEN THEY'RE ASKED TO KILL SOMEONE, THEY WILL DO SO WITHOUT FAIL, FOR THE PROPER PRICE, OF COURSE!! ALL I DO KNOW ABOUT THEM......IS THAT THEIR FOOTPRINTS ARE HUGE AND THEIR VOICES ARE LOW...!!!" He adds, "OH, AND ONE MORE THING... THEY'RE GIANT BEAST-MEN COVERED COMPLETELY IN HAIR!!" A shocked reaction follows: "WHAT HAPPENED TO 'WE BARELY KNOW A THING'I!" Brownbeard finishes, "THEY COME FROM AN UNKNOWN SNOWY COUNTRY, AND THEY'RE 25 YEARS - THE SNOWY-MOUNTAIN KILLER DUO WHO APPEAR LIKE DEATH OUT OF THE BLIZZARD... OH, AND WE DO KNOW THEIR NAMES! ONE IS CALLED ROCK AND THE OTHER IS SCOOTCH!!! PEOPLE CALL THEM...THE YETI COOL BROTHERS!!"

Brownbeard reacts in shock, "HUUHH HRI!!" and "HMI!" as the massive Yeti looms. The creature growls, "THEY'RE GIGANTIC, AND INCREDIBLY POWERFUL! THEY'RE HERE TO SAVE ME!! YOU GUYS MUST ALREADY BE ON THEIR DEATH LIST...!!" and "BUT IT'S TRUE THAT NOBODY HAS EVER SEEN THEIR FACES!! WOHOHOH!!" It declares, "YOUR NAME IS ALSO ON MY DEATH LIST." and "YOU'RE BROWNBEARD, YESI" Brownbeard screams in terror, "AAAAA RGHHHH!! WHAT IS THIS GUYI!!!" and "AAAAA GHHHH HH!!" The Yeti states, "NO, I'M SCOOTCH. I THOUGHT I JUST... HEARD YOU SAY..." Brownbeard cries, "ROCK...I! IS THAT YOUI!!" while another voice urges, "SO HURRY UP AND ELIMINATE THESE STRAW HATS-" and "I MUST HAVE BEEN IMAGINING THINGS!! MY MASTER SENT YOU HERE TO SAVE ME, ISN'T THAT RIGHTI!"

A scarred, hairy-faced pirate with a massive beard glares upward as voices discuss his capture. "THE ONE WHO WAS CAPTURED BY THE ENEMY... HAIRY-FACED IDIOT... FAMOUS FOR BEING WORTHLESS EVEN WHEN HE WAS A PIRATE..." A subordinate reports, "LISTEN TO THIS... THE MASTER'S ORDERS ARE TO KILL YOU AS WELL..." The bearded man reacts with shock. "...OH, AND THAT GUY... WHAT WAS HIS NAME AGAIN...I" Orders follow: "KILL HIM, TOO." "...HE'S ONLY A HINDRANCE TO ME NOW... I DON'T NEED HIM." Recognition hits. "OH YES, THAT'S RIGHT. 'BROWN-BEARD'. MASTER...I!" Below, a massive explosion rocks the snowy landscape. A voice cries out, "NAMI!! CHOPPER!!! ARE YOU ALL RIGHT!!" Another shouts, "LOOK!!! OVER THERE, I CAN SEE SMOKE FROM THE EXPLOSION!!" Debris and smoke fill the air with loud SFX "ドドドドド".

Brownbeard stares in disbelief. "IT CAN'T BE....!!" A smiling figure reassures him, "YOU DID WELL TO MAKE IT THIS FAR. IT'S ALL RIGHT NOW!! YOU'RE SAFE HERE." A large speech bubble addresses him directly: "YOUR NAME IS BROWNBEARD, IS IT NOTI" Brownbeard is struck by a sudden blast. "MASTEE EEEEER RRRR!!!" Another voice praises, "BROWNBEARD YOU'RE SUCH A RELIABLE SOLDIER." He replies bashfully, "OH, DON'T FLATTER ME!! WHOHOHO!!" Multiple impacts and explosions erupt around him with SFX "ボウン!!!" "ビキン!!" "ビキン!!" as he reels from the attacks.

From above, a voice commands, "TAKE A LOOK OUTSIDE!! THEIR CAPTAIN HAS RETURNED!! THAT TAKES PRIORITY!!!!" Another replies, "RIGHT." A warning follows: "OI, SCOTCH! DON'T OVERDO IT!! YOU'LL MAKE THIS WHOLE PLACE COLLAPSE AND KILL THE BRATS TOO!!" Luffy confronts Brownbeard. "YOU MUST BE STRAW HAT." Brownbeard roars, "YOU'D BETTER NOT HAVE HURT ANY OF MY CREW!!" An ally reacts, "WHAT'S THATI! IT'S HUGE!!" Someone yells, "BROWN-BEARD!! HE WAS THEIR ALLY!! HOW COULD THEYI!" A massive explosion shakes the area with huge SFX "ボゴゴゴォン!!!" as the ground collapses.

A massive black figure with white spots looms as Luffy is hurled through the air. "HYUUHH!!" A scream echoes, "HNNNGYA AAAAAAHH HHHHH!!!" Observers shout, "IT VANISHED!!" "HUHI!" Luffy tumbles violently. A desperate voice cries, "I'M SO SORRY, LUFFY!!! THEY TOOK NAMI!!!!" Another calls, "LUFFY!!" Luffy grunts in pain, "GAHH HHHH HH!!" A sharp impact sounds "THWACK!!" Luffy reacts with shock, "HUH HI!!" as more explosions and debris fly with SFX "ばくっ!!".

VEGAPUNK..." and another adds, "OUR ORDERS ARE TO TAKE THIS ONE ALIVE..." A small figure watches from the distance. Elsewhere, a spotted-hooded figure mutters, "...LIKE I CARE." A striped-hooded character reacts with shock, "HUHI!" as another warns, "THE MARINES HAVE BEEN SIGHTED NEARBY, AND...!!!" A voice calls out, "HUHI LAW-SANI WHERE ARE YOU GOINGI!" The scene shifts to a snowy research facility labeled "RESEARCH LAB BACK ENTRANCE." Trafalgar Law walks away from defeated, striped-hooded foes, replying coolly, "...IS MY BUSINESS." One fallen figure asks, "WHERE I WANT TO GO..." as motion lines and "SWISH" effects fill the air.
