O: Long ago, when Kokoro was a young mermaid, she left the Mermaid Island because she longed for Tom. She married a human man in Water Seven, and she gave birth to a half mermaid half human son, who then married a human woman, and their child is Chimney. Chimney is 1/4 mermaid, so she's extremely good at swimming. In volume 42, chapter 403, she survived the whirlpool and was able to save Luffy because she's part mermaid. R: In chapter 422, "Rob Lucci," it's said that he killed the 500 hostages and then the pirate captain. But why did he have to kill the hostages in the first placeI -Wiper!! So cool. O: You said it. It's a terrible story. You'd think it would be enough just to beat the enemies. For the sake of brevity, I didn't elaborate then, but Lucci is a man who believes that being weak is a sin. In other words, the soldiers had put their country in danger by being captured so easily by the pirates, so he had to prevent anything like that happening again. Lucci came to the conclusion that weak soldiers like that didn't have the right to live, and so he did what he did. He's such a fearsome man that the hair on the back of my neck is standing up.
