IT'S OVER!!

A massive explosion rocks the grand building, sending stone and debris flying in all directions with a huge “ドカァァァン!!!” impact. Amid the ruins and scattered defeated fishmen, a lone figure stands tall in the center of the destruction. Close-up panels show a fishman with a headband sweating heavily, eyes wide in disbelief as “ゴォオオオオ” echoes. An extreme close-up captures intense, glaring eyes amid the chaos.

Hachi lies defeated on the rubble with swirling eyes as “HACHI...” is called out. Nearby, Kuroobi struggles in the water under a collapsed arch, labeled “KUROOBI...”. The man in the patterned shirt and beanie declares, “LOOKS LIKE THIS GAME IS OURS FOR THE TAKING.” Zoro, standing with a slight smile, replies, “SMALL FRIES WILL BE SMALL FRIES.” In the lower scene, the same pair surveys the destruction as “STRAND...” is noted; background figures react with shock and sweat drops while a sword lies on the ground.

Arlong looms angrily, shouting, “HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO MY BRETHREN...” and “BUT YOU'RE GETTING TOO COCKY IF YOU THINK YOU'VE ALREADY WON!” Zoro responds calmly, “BUT I'LL STILL HAVE TO MAKE ONE MORE TRIP DOWN TO THE OCEAN FLOOR. IT MEANS HE WON'T DIE FOR THE TIME BEING.” The patterned-shirt man asks, “HEY, WHAT DO YOU MEAN, WHEN YOU SAID LUFFY WAS HALF-FINEI” From behind, he adds, “HE'S NOT GOING TO LET US...” while gripping a weapon, as Arlong's tail swings with impact lines and the reply “BUT IT SEEMS LIKE,” hangs in the air.

Nami stares out the window in shock at Arlong Park, sweat dripping down her face. "AMAZING... THEY ACTUALLY MANAGED TO TAKE DOWN TWO OF ARLONG'S OFFICERS...!" Luffy lies exhausted on the windowsill, drenched and barely conscious. Below, Luffy crawls desperately through shallow water toward the shore, coughing violently. "HE'S ALREADY COUGHED UP SOME WATER. WE'RE ALMOST THERE!" Genzo urges from the side. Luffy gasps for air, "HUFF HUFF... DAMN IT, I CAN'T SEEM TO HOLD MY BREATH LONG ENOUGH!" He suddenly spits out a huge burst of water, "BUHA!" In close-up, Nami's face fills with renewed hope. "BECAUSE THOSE FISHMEN HAVE ROBBED US OF OUR HOPE UNTIL NOW BUT... IT MAY BE ALMOST TOO MUCH TO BELIEVE. IT'S FINE, NO ONE ON OUR SIDE HAS DIED YET...! AND NOT ONLY THAT... WHAT'S THE SITUATION OVER THERE...!I"

Luffy's face twists with fierce determination as he clutches his head, tears and sweat mixing. "I'M STARTING TO BELIEVE THAT THERE'S STILL HOPE FOR US ALL...!" A massive impact erupts as Sanji delivers a powerful kick, sending a large round object flying with dramatic sound effects "どっかーん!!" and motion lines. Sanji stands smoking, sweat on his brow. "HOW THE HECK CAN HE RUN AWAY SO FAST...! BUT THAT STILL WASN'T ENOUGH TO SAVE YOU. A QUICK DEATH FROM A SINGLE BLAST OF MY WATER GUN... CHU♡... THAT WAS MORE TROUBLE THAN IT WAS WORTH."

Sanji walks casually along a dirt path lined with palm trees, hands in pockets. "HACHI AND KUROOBI SHOULD'VE TAKEN CARE OF THOSE TRASH BY NOW. WELL, TIME TO HEAD BACK..." Nearby, Luffy lies tangled in a net beside a barrel, twitching. "HE THINKS HIS WATER GUN HIT ME JUST NOW! HEH HEH... NOW HURRY UP AND GO BACK!" Sanji smirks, "WHEW, IT WORKED...! THANK GOD I MADE MY SPECIAL 'KETCHUP STAR' FOR CASES LIKE THIS!" In a thought panel, Sanji reflects, "I DO FEEL SORRY FOR NAMI, AND I REALLY DO WANT TO HELP HER OUT BUT I'D RATHER NOT DIE IF POSSIBLE... BUT WHAT A TERRIFYING RACE FISHMEN ARE... AFTER ALL, THEY DID FLIP AN ENTIRE TOWN..."

Sanji rolls dramatically on the ground, covered in red ketchup. "THAT'LL MAKE ME SEEM MORE LIKE I WAS IN A FIERCE FIGHT! THAT'S RIGHT! I SHOULD COVER MYSELF WITH SOME DIRT. I WISH I HAD SOMETHING MORE... MORE LIME... MORE SIGNS THAT I WAS IN A FIERCE BATTLE TO THE DEATH...! B-B-BUT... I ALREADY HAVE THIS KETCHUP BLOOD ON MYSELF." Luffy pops up from the barrel with wide eyes. Nami kneels nearby, "DON'T CRY NAMI, IT WAS ONLY NATURAL FOR US TO TRY AND FIGHT." Sanji replies, "OR MAYBE, 'DAMN IT, THAT GUY JUST BARELY GOT AWAY FROM ME!'" Luffy asks, "AREN'T WE CREWMATESI" Sanji mutters, "MY BAD BUT I ENDED UP LOSING WELL...!I" Nami looks serious, "FOR THE SAKE OF MY BUSINESS, THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY. IT WAS A REAL FIGHT CLOSE TO THE DEATH." Sanji adds, "IT'S STILL A 100 TIMES BETTER THAN BEING IN A CREW THAT WOULD HARM A LADY...!" Luffy states, "WE'VE ALL FOUGHT WELL." Sanji concludes, "I'D RATHER DIE."

Nami stares intently and asks, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW HARD THE CHOICE SHE MADE WASI" Nearby, two fishmen sit among debris and reply, "WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU, BROTHERS!" The fishman with goggles and a checkered head covering sweats heavily, waves his hands, and insists, "NO, NO. MY WOUNDS ARE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT...!" as SFX "ゴシ... ゴシ..." repeat. In a wide tropical village path lined with palm trees, the same fishman lies on the ground emitting more "ゴシ..." sounds while saying, "WELL, IF I WERE TO SERIOUSLY FIGHT..." A crowd of armed villagers and a Marine officer shout, "LET'S FIGHT!" with dramatic SFX. In close-up panels the fishman trembles violently, cries out "I'M SO PATHETIC!" with impact lines and sweat drops, his face twisted in anguish.

The goggle-wearing fishman erupts in a massive close-up, eyes bloodshot and mouth wide, roaring "STOP RIGHT THERE YOU FREAKIN' FISH!" with heavy motion lines. In smaller panels he slumps with a defeated expression as SFX "ビン..." and "トン..." appear. Nami leans in close with a sharp glare and asks, "WHAT, SO YOU WERE STILL ALIVE...I" while a small heart-marked bubble reads "CHU".

The fishman stands tall on the path and declares, "BECAUSE THEY RISK THEIR LIVES AND GIVE IT THEIR ALL EVERYDAY, AS IF A LITTLE ATTACK FROM SOME HALF FISH BASTARD COULD EVER HIT ME! FROM THE MOMENT I TOOK ONE STEP OUTSIDE MY VILLAGE, I SHOULD'VE THROWN AWAY ALL NOTIONS OF 'PEACE' OR 'SAFETY'...!" He raises his weapon high with a ringing "キリ...!" and continues, "BECAUSE I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SMILE AND LAUGH LIKE THEY DO! THAT'S WHY I DECIDED TO GO OUT TO THE SEAS AS WELL! THEY CAN LAUGH FROM THE BOTTOM OF THEIR HEARTS LIKE THAT!" Luffy reacts with a shocked open-mouthed expression. The fishman finishes with intense shading, "NOR DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO LAUGH WITH THEM. IF I DON'T FIGHT SERIOUSLY RIGHT NOW, I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAIL ON THE SAME SHIP AS THEM! CERTAIN KILL!" as massive SFX "キリリリッ!!!" explode across the panel.

The fishman lunges forward with clawed hands while the striped-shirt fighter launches a fiery projectile labeled "FLAME STAR!" The fishman recoils in shock, "!!!I" as the attacker notes, "AS IF THAT'D WORK ON ME." In the next exchange the fishman is sent flying by a powerful spinning kick, body curled and SFX "ドン" and impact lines filling the frame while the striped-shirt fighter lands and the fishman hits the ground with a final "!!!!I"

A massive fishman with a long snout stands atop a shattered structure, glaring down as huge impact SFX explode around him. In close-up, the fishman named Chew snarls at the fallen figure below: "BUT I GUESS YOU'RE TOO DUMB FOR THAT. WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER IF YOU HAD JUST PRETENDED TO BE DEAD." He adds a mocking "CHU ♥" while clenching a dripping fist. Chew then delivers a brutal kick, sending the straw-hatted boy sprawling with cries of "UGH!" and "AGH!" From the ground the boy shouts defiantly, "DAMN RIGHT, IT'S OVER! OVER FOR YOU, THAT IS!" A final panel shows his battered face as he whispers, "IT'S... OVER."

Usopp swings a massive hammer with all his might, yelling "HAMMER!" and "USOPP!" as it smashes into Chew. The fishman is knocked back, muttering "IT'S OVER..." before turning with a surprised "CHUI" Chew takes the full force of the blow, grunting "GUH...!" In the next moment Usopp stretches a rubber band between his hands and releases it, shouting "USOPP RUBBER BAND!" Chew flinches hard from the stinging impact.

Chew's face twists in rage as he growls, "THAT SON OF A... NOW HE'S GONE AND HID HIMSELF! GODDAMN IT! HOW COULD I FALL FOR SUCH A STUPID TRICK!" Spotting a bottle he mutters "RUMI" before hurling it. Usopp leaps from his hiding spot as the bottle shatters. Chew lunges forward with a powerful strike, roaring "CERTAIN KILL LEAD STAR!" Usopp cries out in pain, "AGHH!"

Chew draws water into his body and unleashes a torrent, declaring "BUT I'LL BLAST YOU OUT OF YOUR HIDING SPOT WITH THIS FIELD'S WATER! CHU! I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU'RE HIDING, THAT INFERIOR HUMAN AND HIS IDIOTIC STUNTS...!" Hidden inside a barrel, Usopp steels himself: "I'LL DIE IF I LOSE! I'M ALREADY A REAL PIRATE! THIS FIGHT ISN'T SOMETHING THAT THE MAN USOPP CAN JUST RUN AWAY FROM! IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT'S STUPID OR COWARDLY!" Chew fires the massive blast labeled "WATER CANNON!" straight at the barrel.

A massive explosion erupts across the devastated landscape, sending debris flying with loud SFX ダーン and バキバキ...!!! Trees are shattered and the ground is torn apart. A fishman pirate with a long face and striped shirt stares in shock from behind cover, exclaiming "WHA...! SO MUCH POWER!" In the next panel another fishman with a scar and striped shirt sweats heavily while glaring, complaining "WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE TO FIGHT AN IDIOT LIKE HIM!" A narration box states "HE REVEALS HIMSELF ON HIS OWN!" as a small figure is visible in the distance amid the destruction.

Usopp is launched backward by a powerful water blast, yelling "HOW'D HE KNOW WHERE I WAS!" and "AGHHH!" The fishman pirate Chew shouts "100-SHOT WATER GUN! I'LL PUMP YOU FULL OF HOLES!" while firing streams of water marked with SFX ドドドドド. Usopp recovers mid-air, declaring "I'M REALLY GOING TO BECOME A BRAVE WARRIOR OF THE SEAS! AND SO I'M GOING TO FIGHT! BECAUSE ONE DAY... AND SO TO KAYA!" He continues "I'VE LEFT THE SEAS AND BECOME A PIRATE" and "THE CAREFREE FUN DAYS I SPENT... DAMN, DAMN, DAMN! I'LL SHOW YOU, MY FORMER USOPP PIRATE MEMBERS!" The giant fishman Chew looms over him with a massive water attack, roaring "ARE OVER!" as Usopp is engulfed, with SFX ドドドドド and the note "PLAYING 'PIRATES'..."

Chew looms angrily, asking "WAS OVERI WHAT DID YOU SAY." Usopp is slammed into the ground with SFX ガキィ and "AGHHH!" Chew questions "HMI DID YOU KNOW THAT ALCOHOL IS FLAMMABLE!I" Usopp, lying on his back, retorts "OUR FIGHT!" and unleashes a fiery projectile with a massive explosion SFX ドドドドド and "CRACK", shouting "CERTAIN KILL FLAME STAR!" The fiery blast engulfs Chew as the fishman is sent flying amid swirling flames and impact lines.
