Below, the same man identified as Mr. 2 stands amid rubble and defeated guards, declaring "I TOLD YOU TWO THAT YOU COULD PASS, BUT YOU IDIOTS STILL CAME AT ME..." A report states "WE HAVE A FEW CASUALTIES FROM A BOMB ATTACK" and "REPORTING THE PASSAGE TO LEVEL 3." Voices confirm "YES... BUGGY THE CLOWN AND MR. 3 HAVE BEEN CAPTURED!!" as Buggy and Mr. 3 lie beaten on the floor with groans of "...KAA... KAA..." and "...AH... AUCH... AMH..."

GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!" and a massive impact "ドドドドドド...!!" while a note states "Same floor, Luffy vs. Magellan" and a voice warns "DON'T LOOK BACK, JUST RUN!!! THAT'S MY ONLY OPTION!!"

INTRUDER: YOU WILL TRULY FALL INTO HELL." The defeated figure, covered head to toe in bubbling venom, lies motionless with only faint "Hッ..." sounds escaping. A close-up reveals the victim’s wide, shocked eye and the dripping poison as Magellan’s verdict echoes.

Ace’s face emerges from the poison, eyes wide as he gasps "ACE...!!!" A voice notes the severity: "WITH THAT LEVEL OF EXPOSURE... THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN BE CURED...!!" Another guard asks, "WHAT SHOULD WE DO WITH STRAWHAT LUFFY!I" Magellan orders, "THROW HIM DOWN THE CENTRAL TOWER TO LEVEL 5!!" The reply comes, "YES, SIR!" and "CHIEF WARDEN MAGELLAN!! GOOD WORK!!" as the guards prepare to carry out the command.

Smoke and debris fill the air as alarms blare across Impel Down. A narration box reads, "IT APPEARS THAT SOMETHING STRANGE... HAS HAPPENED AT THE PASSAGE TO LEVEL 3." Guards panic, one shouting "CH... CHIEF WARDEN MAGELLAN!!" while gasping "HAA HAA..." Magellan looms with a furious glare, demanding "WHAT HAPPENED...I" Nearby, a subordinate stammers "WE STILL AREN'T SURE...!!" Below, a massive frozen figure crashes through structures as voices cry out "HEY!! HEY!!" and "...IS HE DEAD, OR...I" Another guard mutters "HAA... The frozen prisoner thrashes violently, roaring "DAAAH!!! GOD DAMMIT, NOW YOU'RE JUST MOCKING ME!!!" as ice cracks with "GARS... KAKS... SAN!!" A striped prisoner laughs "HAHAHAHA, LOOKS LIKE YOU DON'T HAVE LONG." while his finger snaps off. The scene shifts to Level 5: Freezing Hell, where guards spot the chaos and shout "LOOKS LIKE WE GOT A NEWBIE...!!!" and "I CAN'T EVEN GET A BITE OF BREAD...!!!" One guard exclaims "...I HMI HEY, LOOK!" as the massive icy structure looms over the snowy hellscape.

Guards question the frozen prisoner: "WHAT'S YOUR BOUNTY, NEWBIE!I" and "HEY!! WHAT'S YOUR NAME!I" The prisoner groans "AH, HE'S NO GOOD... HE'S ALREADY..." with melting poison dripping as "ZIIR... Magellan grabs a guard by the throat, roaring "WAKE UP, HANNIBAL!!! WHAT HAPPENED HERE!I" The guard chokes "GUEH!! GUEEHH!!! AH... CH... CHIEF WARDEN!! PLEASE LET GO!!!" In the wreckage, a striped prisoner lies beaten, admitting "I... I HATE TORTURE!!" and "I LET MY GUARD DOWN...!!!" while another figure apologizes "BUHEH...!!! MY DEEPEST APOLOGIES...!!!" Magellan glares as voices explain "THAT PRISONER WAS IN CROCODILE'S 'BAROQUE WORKS,' AND WAS KNOWN AS MR. 2...!!!" and "HE'S A PRISONER FROM LEVEL 3. IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE HE'S CAPTURED..." A small figure adds "WHATEVER."

In the ruined stone corridors of Impel Down, a subordinate reports to Magellan. "Let Sadi-chan take command, and dispatch the Demon Beast Guards! Take care of the rest." Another asks, "Have the forces gathered here on Level 4 go up to Level 3." Magellan is told, "It's been suppressed for the most part... Buggy and Galdino tumble through the collapsing halls amid explosions and smoke. "Yeah. Take care, Vice Warden." Buggy yells as debris flies, "UOO... GUH!!" They crash through a door. Panting, Galdino gasps, "A... All right, what nowI W... We... escaped from torture!!... Haa haa... We're safe." Buggy snaps, "Isn't it obviousI We've got to hurry...!!!" In a close-up, Buggy clutches his face with wide eyes and declares, "WE'RE GOING TO SAVE STRAW-CHAN!!! As quickly as possible...!!!"

Buggy recalls the moment he left Luffy behind. "When I turned my back on Straw-chan while he was fighting Magellan, I left my life there as well...!!! I don't care if I die like a dog or like an okama!" Galdino questions him. Buggy continues, "The soldiers said he was taken to Level 5, right!I There's no hope for him! We would just die like dogs!!"
