A massive "FWOOM" erupts as a huge spherical force slams into a stone rampart tower, shattering stone and sending fragments flying. "!I" marks the sudden impact on the fortress structure.

The spiky-haired fighter reacts in shock as the rampart tower hurtles toward them: "WHOA! HEEEY! RAMPART TOWER IS... FLYING TOWARDS US!" A hand flicks with "FLICK" and "TACT!" Doflamingo's massive "SPIDER'S WEB" technique deploys, a vast net-like structure expanding to catch the incoming tower. The web engulfs the massive stone mass amid dramatic motion lines and impact effects. Below, the spiky-haired man mutters "HMI" while others brace with "CLENCH" and "HOLD" as the structure crashes down in chaos.

A colossal explosion erupts with massive "ギュオオオオ!!!" sound effects, hurling rocks and debris in all directions. Law's silhouette is visible amid the blast. Close-ups show Doflamingo's furious face with "HAA-" and "!!", while a feathered figure flaps wings with "FLAP FLAP". The tower section smashes violently into the ground with "ゴゴゴゴン!!" and "ビリビリビリビリビリ!!" effects, sending shockwaves and fragments everywhere as fighters are thrown about.

Doflamingo stands tall amid swirling clouds of smoke and debris, his feathered coat billowing as he raises his hand. Law lies defeated at his feet. Doflamingo declares, "THERE ARE COUNTLESS WAYS OF DISPOSING OF AN ENEMY BEYOND ONE'S OWN REACH!" He continues, "IF YOU REALLY TRULY WISHED TO KILL ME, YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER ABANDONED YOUR PLAN TO PIT ME AND KAIDO AGAINST ONE ANOTHER." Doflamingo adds, "BUT THE MOMENT YOU LAID YOUR FEELINGS ABOUT CORAZON BARE..." In close-up, Law's face is shown as Doflamingo asks, "DO YOU REMEMBER ITI THE DOCUMENT FROM BACK THENI" Doflamingo states, "YOUR DEATH WAS GUARANTEED!" and "IN AN ATTEMPT TO CATCH ME OFF-GUARD." A flashback shows young Law holding a Den Den Mushi, saying, "THANK YOU. I WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS. DO NOT WORRY." Another voice replies, "WITH THIS, WE CAN SAVE A COUNTRY KNOWN AS DRESSROSA."

The ruined cityscape of Dressrosa stretches below as Doflamingo proclaims, "THIS VERY COUNTRY ITSELF!" and "CORAZON WAS TRYING TO SAVE..." Explosions and smoke fill the air with the sound "わあああああああああ". Doflamingo continues, "THE RAIN OF TRAGEDY THAT HAS BLANKETED IT ALL THIS TIME!" He tells Law, "IF YOU HADN'T COMPLETELY SCREWED THE POOCH THAT DAY, THIS COUNTRY MIGHT HAVE BEEN SPARED..." In the distance, Doflamingo and Law face each other on a broken balcony. Doflamingo laughs, "YOU'RE STILL LEVEL-HEADED, EHI A SHREWD POINT. YOU ARE CORRECT! FUFUFU FUFU!" He leans in close and asks, "DO YOU, YOURSELF, REALLY THINK SOI"

Doflamingo looms over Law, declaring, "NOT IF I HAVE ANY SAY IN THE MATTER!" Law retorts from the ground, "WAS, IN THE END, ALL FOR NAUGHT!" Doflamingo continues, "THE MISSION CORAZON RISKED HIS LIFE TO COMPLETE..." and "I'LL SAY IT MYSELF; REGARDLESS OF WHAT THAT DOCUMENT MAY HAVE REVEALED, I'D HAVE JUST CHANGED MY PLANS..." He stretches his leg with a "ギラリ!!" sound. Doflamingo smiles viciously, saying, "I SEE...ALMOST MAKES ME WANT TO SHED A TEAR." He adds, "ALL OF IT... WILL JUST BE SEEN THROUGH THE DEEDS LEFT TO ME BY CORA-SAN!" and "EVERYTHING I DO ON THIS PLANET, UNTIL MY DEATH..." In a violent clash, Doflamingo grabs Law and states, "AND THE FACT THAT YOU BEGAN TO BARE YOUR FANGS AT ME ON PUNK HAZARD! EVEN THE FACT THAT YOU'RE HERE RIGHT NOW! THE FACT THAT YOU ATE THE OPE OPE NO MI AND RAN OFF! THE REALITY IS SIMPLY THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED! THERE'S NO CHANGING THAT FACT!"

A flashback shows a frantic figure yelling, "BEHE~! HE FUCKING DID IT! BEHEHEHEHE! JIGSAW! IT'S THE JIGSAW!*" with the note "*T/N: THE JAPANESE WORD FOR COPING SAW IS LITERALLY 'THREAD SAW'." Massive destruction erupts with "ズドン!!" and "GUAAH!". Law is hurled through the air, screaming, "UWAA AAAAAA GGGGH HHHH!" with impact sounds "しゅっ" and "ばっ". Doflamingo stands over the fallen Law and says, "AND SO, I SHALL FORGIVE YOU!" He laughs, "FUFUFU!" while noting, "I GUESS YOU WERE BEING INFLUENCED BY ANOTHER 'D.' WELL, THE FACT THAT YOU CAME HERE, TOO, IS AN ALREADY IMMUTABLE... FACT!" with ongoing cries of "あああああ".

A close-up shows Bellamy gripping a pistol, eyes fierce behind sunglasses. He declares, "WITH THE EMBRACE OF DEATH. JUST AS I FORGAVE MY FATHER AND BROTHER." The gun fires with a sharp "カチッ" as he continues, "A MORE FITTING BULLET THAN A LEAD ONE. TO FINISH YOU OFF, THERE REALLY ISN'T..." Nearby, a battered figure shouts "FUCK!" Bellamy unleashes a devastating barrage, yelling "JET GATLING!" The explosive assault tears through rock and debris, sending shockwaves and fragments flying while Law watches tensely from the side with "チュルルル" sound effects.

Luffy charges upward through smoke and rubble, roaring "MINGO! SHOW YOUR FRIGGIN' FACE!" A voice notes "IT'S SHADOW DOFFY!" as something bursts from below. Explosions and impacts erupt with "バドンッ" and "ドドドド" while a figure laughs "BEEEE! HEHEHE! SHADOW DOFFY'S IN TATTERS!" Bellamy appears winded, muttering "I GUESS MY CAGE WAS A LITTLE TOO CRAMPED... TO KEEP SOMETHING LIKE THAT COOPED UP." Luffy clashes with a cloaked opponent, shouting "BELLAMY! QUIT IT!" as the fight intensifies amid flying debris and "ハア-ハア-" panting.

Luffy yells down into the chaos, "SO YOU'RE STILL WASTING AIR DOWN THERE, EH, BELLAMYI" and desperately calls "STOP BELLAMY! HE'S GONNA DIE! OI! MINGO!" Bellamy, bloodied and determined, replies "EH, WHY THE HELL NOT." He clenches his fist with a "CLENCH" sound as Luffy is suddenly struck and sent flying by a massive black object, crying out "AH! BELLAMY!" with impact effects "ドドさっっっ!!"

Luffy pants heavily "HAA- HAA-" while addressing Bellamy, "FREE AS YOU USED TO BE. I'LL SET YOU FREE. THAT'S MORE THAN ENOUGH, BELLAMY." Bellamy lies amid rubble, reacting with shock. A flashback shows young Bellamy and Doflamingo in a bar; Doflamingo states, "WE'RE BORED OF THAT DAMN TOWN! THE DONQUIXOTE FAMILY IS THE PRIDE OF NORTH BLUE!" and "THAT'S A PLENTY AFFLUENT TOWN! WHAT NEED COULD YOU POSSIBLY HAVE! ALL OF US ARE FROM NOWHERE! WHERE WERE YOU BORNI" Young Bellamy responds eagerly, "IF YOU LOSE TO ANYONE, YOU'VE GOTTA GIVE IT BACK. I'LL BEQUEATH UPON YOU A SYMBOL, HOWEVER. A CUT ABOVE THE LACKEYS THAT SIT ABOUT DREAMING OF BLUER SEAS! WE WANNA BECOME A PIRATE CREW LIKE YOUR GUYS'!" Doflamingo grins, "YOU SERIOUS!I SWEET!"

Luffy and Bellamy clash violently inside the ruined building. A narrator declares, "THE AGE OF PIRATES CHASING SILLY DREAMS ARE OVER!" Bellamy, bloodied and furious, yells "YOH OKAY!I" and "OI! BELLAMY!" while Luffy retorts, "I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CODDLE FEEBLE UNDERLINGS! WE WON'T LOSE! TO ANYONE!" Bellamy sneers, "YOU'RE DEFINITELY NOT OKAY, HUH..." and later states, "I AIN'T GOT ANY MORE GRUDGES AGAINST YOU..." as he transforms and attacks with a powerful spring strike, sending debris flying. Luffy is slammed into the ground. A note reads, "JOKER WANTS ME TO KILL STRAW HATI" Bellamy continues, "SO YOU'VE STILL GOT A CHANCE, EH, BELLAMYI THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW." Luffy shouts back, "JUST STAY DOWN!" and "OI, DON'T PUSH YOURSELF." An unseen speaker warns, "YOU'VE CHANGED, BELLAMY."

Bellamy looms over Luffy, declaring, "DON'T MAKE ME HAVE TO SPELL IT OUT IN BLACK AND WHITE FOR YOU, BELLAMY. FROM THE BEGINNING, YOURS AND MY GOALS HAVE BEEN TOTALLY DIFFERENT!" Vibrations shake the area as Luffy thinks, "THERE IT IS AGAIN... THESE VIBRATIONS ARE CRAZY!" Bellamy adds, "YOU'LL FIND A WAY TO SCREW UP THE ASSASSINATION ANYWAY, AND YOU'RE JUST AN UGLY LITTLE FUCKER, SO HE TOLD ME TO FINISH YOU OFF..." Luffy panics, "I'M WORRIED ABOUT TRAFFY! MONGO AND SNOT-GUY... ARE BOTH UP THERE! IF I DON'T GET UP THERE SOON, TRAFFY'S GONNA BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE!" He yells, "OI, BELLAMY! I'M SORRY, BUT CAN YOU JUST WAIT HEREI HE'S MY FRIEND! THERE'S NO WAY I COULD DO THAT!" Luffy breaks free with a burst of Haki, shouting "WAIT!" and "YOU... DO YOU REMEMBER THIS TECHNIQUEI" while promising, "I'LL BE SURE TO GIVE MONGO ONE OR TWO FOR YOU, TOO!"

Luffy and Bellamy continue their fierce exchange. Luffy yells, "AND THE FACT THAT I PICKED THE WRONG MAN TO LOOK UP TO!" Bellamy snaps, "I ALREADY KNOW! I KNOW THE EXTENT OF MY OWN MISERY... STOP SHOWING COMPASSION FOR YOUR ENEMY! SCREW YOU! OI! BELLAMY! IF YOU KEEP FLAILING AROUND LIKE THAT YOU'RE GONNA DIE!" Bellamy reflects, "OWN FOOLISH WAY OF DOING THINGS! FOOLS HAVE THEIR... JUST 'CUZ I DIDN'T GET THE ANSWERS I WANTED TO HEAR! FLIP LOYALTIES ON THE MAN I ADMIRED FOR SO LONG... I AIN'T ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING AS PATHETIC AS..." Luffy roars, "JOIN ME!" and "STRAW HAT! THIS IS MY FINAL FIGHT!" Bellamy unleashes his ultimate technique, shouting "SPRING HOPPER!" The massive spring-powered attack shatters the surroundings as Luffy stands firm, noting the increased destructive power.
