THE MATTER OF HIS RESIGNATION FROM THE SHICHIBUKAI... WHAT YOU DID THIS MORNING WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH..." He grins viciously and adds, "SHE'S GOT A KNACK FOR FORESIGHT...!!! SO SHE'S MADE A WAGER!! BUT IT'S NOT VIOLA'S...!!!...THAT MAY BE YOUR REASON..." The view changes to a nighttime scene inside a damaged building where Trafalgar Law lies bound and injured. Doflamingo's voice booms, "I'VE BEEN EXPECTING THE NEW SHICHIBUKAI TO COME AND OPPOSE ME... AND WITH TREACHEROUS BLOOD IN HIS VEINS, THE 'MAN OF THE HOUR' FROM TWO YEARS AGO......MONKEY D. LUFFY! THEY'VE FORMED A PIRATE ALLIANCE DESIGNED TO TAKE ME DOWN!!! TRAFALGAR LAW!!!"

Below, the group debates their next move at the base of the King's Plateau. "SO, SHOULD WE ENTER THE 'PALACE,' WE MAY PROCEED TO THE 'TOY HOUSE' AND THE 'FACTORY'!I" one asks. Another notes the Straw Hat crew's exceptions among the royal family. Usopp stares in shock, whispering "USO... LANDER...I" as three figures appear transformed: Luffy inside a carp costume, Zoro in a cat outfit, and Kin'emon in a frog disguise.
