In the bottom left panel, Zoro is shown from the chest up, looking completely exhausted and battered. He is sweating profusely, his face covered in dirt and scratches, and he holds his right hand to his head as if nursing a headache. He mutters, "THE HELL'S GOING ON? SO FREAKIN' NOISY..." In the middle panel, a large piece of stone rubble crashes to the ground near Zoro's feet with a heavy thud, "GOGON!!". In the bottom right panel, Sanji is lying flat on his back on the stone ground, looking up at the falling debris. He is also covered in dirt and injuries, groaning "UGH!" as small pieces of rubble rain down around him with a "PARA PARA..." sound.

A wide shot in the top panel shows the backs of the villagers and the Straw Hat crew as they stand before the massive cloud of dust rising from the completely destroyed Arlong Park. The sheer scale of the destruction is evident as the dust slowly begins to clear. In the middle panel, the group reacts to the sight. Yosaku, with his head bandaged, asks in disbelief, "...JUST WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED IN THERE!?" Johnny, standing next to him, mutters, "BROTHER...!" Nami stands in the center, her eyes wide with shock. Genzo and other villagers look on in awe, with one villager exclaiming, "ARLONG PARK... IS DESTROYED...!" In the bottom left, Usopp's face is shown in close-up, his mouth hanging open as he says, "LUFFY...!" In the bottom middle, Sanji, smoking a cigarette, remarks, "...AFTER THAT DESTRUCTION, I CAN'T POSSIBLY IMAGINE THAT..." In the bottom right, a villager anxiously asks, "WHICH ONE OF THEM WON!?"

The top panel shows the ruined remains of Arlong Park as the dust finally begins to settle with a "BOKO...!!" sound. The once-imposing shark-shaped building is now nothing more than a pile of broken wood and stone. In the large middle panel, a figure emerges from the settling dust. It is Luffy, standing tall amidst the wreckage. He is heavily shadowed, his head bowed, and his posture is victorious. His clothes are torn, and he appears battered, but he stands firm. A heavy "DON!!" sound effect emphasizes his presence. In the bottom panel, the reactions of his friends are shown. On the left, Yosaku and Johnny are bawling, tears streaming down their faces as they cry out together, "BHHHHHRRRUWWWTHERRRR! (BROTHER)". The force of his shout is emphasized by heavy action lines radiating outward. He yells with absolute conviction, "YOU'RE MY CREWMATE, GOT IT!?" The words are large and bold, carrying the full weight of his promise to her. In the bottom panel, the emotional climax hits Nami. She breaks down completely, her face contorted in a mixture of overwhelming relief, joy, and sorrow. She cries loudly, tears streaming down her face, her mouth open in a wide, sobbing smile. In the top left panel, Luffy is shown with his signature wide, carefree grin, laughing his distinct "SHISHISHISHI!" laugh, clearly pleased with the outcome. In the top right panel, the villagers continue their wild celebration, lifting each other up and cheering in the background. However, the mood is abruptly interrupted in the middle panel. A Marine steps forward, his arm raised to command attention, shouting, "THAT'S ENOUGH CELEBRATING!" The sudden intrusion silences the crowd. In the bottom left panel, the Marine, revealed to be Captain Nezumi, smirks arrogantly. He says, "WHETHER BY SHEER LUCK OR NOT, I'D HAVE NEVER GUESSED THAT THE FISHMEN WOULD ACTUALLY BE DEFEATED BY A BUNCH OF NO-NAME PIRATES." In the bottom middle panel, a close-up of Nezumi shows his rat-like features as he continues, "WHAT A LUCKY DAY IT IS FOR ME TODAY! I'D LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL FOR SHOWING ME A MOST EXHILARATING BATTLE." In the bottom right panel, Nami looks on with a shocked and angry expression, recognizing him and muttering, "IT'S HIM...!"

In the top panel, Captain Nezumi stands arrogantly with a squad of armed Marine soldiers behind him. He declares loudly, "SO THROW DOWN YOUR ARMS! I, CPT. NEZUMI OF THE 16TH BRANCH OF THE MARINES, SHALL HEREBY TAKE CREDIT FOR YOUR VICTORY! BUT THANKS TO YOU, THE MONEY THAT I HAD TO HAND OVER TO ARLONG, AS WELL AS ALL THE RICHES OF ARLONG PARK NOW BELONGS TO ME!" In the large middle panel, Zoro suddenly appears right behind Nezumi. With a terrifying expression, Zoro grabs Nezumi's head with one hand and violently twists it. Nezumi screams in agony, "AGHHHHHHH!" as loud cracking sound effects accompany the brutal grab. In the bottom left panel, Zoro glares down menacingly, his eye sharp and dangerous, as he says, "WHEN PEOPLE ARE BUSY CELEBRATING." In the bottom right panel, Usopp and Sanji watch the scene unfold. Sanji, smoking his cigarette, casually remarks, "IT AIN'T NICE TO BE SUCH A WET BLANKET," while Usopp yells out in shock, "ZORO!"

The top panel shows a gruesome close-up of Captain Nezumi's face, contorted in extreme pain and fear as Zoro maintains his crushing grip on his head. Tears stream down Nezumi's face, and his teeth are gritted. In the middle panel, Zoro stands victorious over the fallen Marine soldiers, who are scattered on the ground. Luffy, Sanji, and Usopp stand behind Zoro. Nezumi, lying battered on the ground, stammers out a pathetic threat: "GO AHEAD! LAY EBEN ONE BINGER ON ME IB YU DARE! I SWEAR YU WON'T GED AWAY WIDDIT!" Sanji looks down at him and asks, "IS HIS MOUTH STILL ALIVE...?" In the bottom left panel, Nami steps forward, cracking her knuckles with a dark, angry expression. She says, "AND DEFILING BELLEMERE'S ORANGE FIELDS..." Sanji looks at her, confused, saying, "HUH?" In the bottom right panel, Nami walks past Luffy, who is looking down quietly. She adds, "THIS IS FOR SHOOTING NOJIKO," as she prepares to strike.

The top panel is an explosive action shot. Nami delivers a devastating, spinning strike with her wooden staff directly into Captain Nezumi's face. The impact is massive, depicted with heavy speed lines and a loud "DOGOOON!!" sound effect. Nezumi's face is smashed backward by the force of the blow. In the middle panel, the remaining Marine soldiers flee in absolute terror, carrying the unconscious and battered Nezumi away with them. They run as fast as they can, shouting, "CAPTAIN!" In the bottom left panel, Sanji looks on with a slightly annoyed expression, remarking, "HE STILL NEEDS ABOUT 1000 MORE BEATINGS!" Next to him, Nojiko smiles warmly, saying, "THANKS, NAMI! I FEEL BETTER ALREADY!" In the bottom right panel, Nami stands holding her staff, panting slightly, her expression fierce and determined, having finally exacted her revenge on the corrupt Marine.

In the top left panel, as the Marines carry him away, a battered Nezumi yells back, "OWWW OWWW OWWW! I'LL DO WHUDEBER YU SAY!" Nami shouts after him, "AND ONE MORE THING! THAT'S THIS ISLAND'S MONEY ALONE! AND YOU'RE NOT TO TOUCH ANY OF THE MONEY LEFT HERE IN ARLONG PARK! NOW GO CLEAN UP AFTER THE FISHMEN! THEN HELP REBUILD GOSA VILLAGE!" In the top right panel, Nezumi cries out in pain, "BUHAAAA!" In the middle panel, Nezumi, with tears streaming down his face, promises, "I WILL, I WILL!" Nami glares fiercely, pointing her staff at him, and demands, "GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!" In the bottom left panel, Nezumi and his men continue to run away. Nezumi thinks to himself, "LET ME JUST SAY THAT YOU'RE GONNA GET YOUR JUST DESERTS FOR ANGERING ME! I SWEAR I'LL GET BACK AT YOU FOR THIS!" A voice calls out, "AND YOU'RE THE CAPTAIN, RIGHT!?" In the bottom right panel, Nezumi looks back with a furious, vengeful expression, yelling, "LISTEN WELL, YOU ROTTEN PIRATES! ESPECIALLY YOU, STRAWHAT-BOY! YOU SAID YOUR NAME WAS LUFFY, DIDN'T YOU!?"

In the top left panel, Usopp is panicking, waving his arms frantically as he asks, "W-WHAT DO WE DO, GUYS!? WHAT HAPPENS IF HE REALLY DOES GET BACK AT US!?" Zoro, standing calmly next to him, replies, "THAT'S NOT WHAT HE MEANT, DUMBASS." In the top middle panel, Luffy stands looking out at the sea, seemingly oblivious to the threat. He asks, "HOW'D HE KNOW THAT I DESERVE TO BE THE PIRATE KING?" Sanji corrects him, "He said you're gonna get your just deserts." In the top right panel, Nezumi's Marine ship is seen sailing away in the distance. Nezumi mutters, "I'll remember this!" In the middle panel, a villager looks on and remarks, "YOU JUST NEVER KNOW... TO THINK WE'D BE SAVED BY PIRATES..." In the large bottom panel, the villagers erupt into joyous celebration once again. They run excitedly towards the village, cheering, "LET'S GO TELL EVERYONE ON THE ISLAND...! THAT ARLONG PARK IS NO MORE! ALRIGHT, GUYS! WE CAN'T JUST HOG ALL THE GOOD NEWS FOR OURSELVES!"

The top panel shows a peaceful view of Bellemere's grave, marked by a simple wooden cross on a cliff overlooking the sea. A reflective voice says, "IT TOOK OVER 8 YEARS, BUT AT LONG LAST, EVERYONE IS FREE AGAIN! IT'S FINALLY DONE, BELLEMERE." Near the grave, Nami calls out to Genzo and Nojiko, then asks, "DO YOU THINK THAT IF BELLEMERE WAS ALIVE, THAT SHE'D STOP ME FROM BECOMING A PIRATE?" Genzo replies confidently, "HOW COULD SHE ALLOW HER PRECIOUS DAUGHTER TO BECOME A P... NOPE, SHE WOULDN'T!" He then asks, "BUT IF SHE DID, WOULD YOU DO AS YOU'RE TOLD?" In the bottom panel, a close-up of Nami shows her smiling playfully, sticking her tongue out in a cheeky manner as she answers without hesitation, "NOPE! NOT AT ALL!"

The top panel shows a bustling scene in Cocoyasi Village. People are walking around, while Sanji and Usopp sit casually on a low wall. One of them says, "AND YET HE STILL INSISTS ON MOVING AROUND. HE'S OUT OF HIS MIND." The other replies, "WELL, DUH. THE DOCTOR SAID IT'D NORMALLY TAKE 2 WHOLE YEARS FOR HIM TO FULLY RECOVER." A third voice notes, "HE'S SCREAMING AGAIN." A loud scream of "UGYAAAAAA!" echoes from a nearby building. In the middle panel, inside the building, Zoro is lying on a bed, heavily bandaged, screaming in pain as the village doctor, Nako, treats his severe wounds. Luffy sits nearby, casually picking his nose. Zoro yells at Luffy, "YOU FOOL! HOW COULD YOU EVEN THINK OF TRYING TO SHODDILY PATCH UP THESE SERIOUS WOUNDS ON YOUR OWN!?" Dr. Nako asks, "DON'T YOU HAVE A DOCTOR ON YOUR SHIP!?" Luffy replies, "A DOCTOR? THAT'S A GOOD IDEA. BUT WE'D NEED A MUSICIAN FIRST." The doctor asks, "WHY...?" Luffy answers simply, "BECAUSE PIRATES GOTTA SING, YOU KNOW." In the bottom panel, Genzo is shown laughing hysterically, "WAHAHAHAHA! BELLEMERE'S DAUGHTERS!" Nojiko asks, "WHAT IS IT, GEN? YOU'VE BEEN LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY FOR THE PAST WHILE NOW." Genzo replies, "AHAHAHAHA! HAHAHA, HOW COULD I NOT? YOU TWO ARE, WITHOUT A DOUBT,"

In the top panel, Captain Nezumi is shown speaking frantically into a Den Den Mushi (transponder snail). He yells, "THIS IS CPT. NEZUMI OF THE MARINE'S 16TH BRANCH SPEAKING! MARINE CODE #00733!" The Marine HQ operator replies, "ROGER, THIS IS MARINE HQ. DO YOU HEAR ME!?" In the middle panel, a close-up of the Marine HQ Den Den Mushi is shown as the operator on the other end replies calmly, "I CAN HEAR YOU JUST FINE EVEN IF YOU DON'T YELL." Nezumi continues to shout, "I'M CALLING ABOUT AN URGENT REQUEST!" In the bottom left panel, Nezumi yells, "HE AND HIS 4 CREW-MEMBERS," In the bottom middle panel, a close-up of Nezumi's angry face shows him shouting, "LISTEN UP! THERE'S A STRAWHAT-WEARING PIRATE BY THE NAME OF 'LUFFY!'" In the bottom right panel, the Marine HQ operator confirms, "LUFFY, YOU SAID..." while Nezumi declares that they "ARE HEREBY TO BE LABELLED AS ENEMIES OF THE GOVERNMENT!"

In the top panel, Nezumi continues his urgent report to Marine HQ. He says, "NOT ONLY HAVE THEY DEFEATED THE ARLONG PIRATES, BUT CONSIDERING THEIR VIOLENT NATURE, I FORMALLY REQUEST A BOUNTY TO BE PLACED ON THEIR CAPTAIN'S HEAD!" The operator replies, "ROGER." In the middle panel, the operator states, "ONCE YOUR REPORTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED, WE SHALL ASK AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HIGHER-UPS." Nezumi responds, "I'M FORWARDING YOU HIS PICTURE AS I SPEAK!" The Den Den Mushi at Marine HQ begins to print a photograph. The operator looks at the incoming picture and complains, "COULDN'T YOU HAVE TAKEN A MORE SERIOUS PICTURE!?" Nezumi replies defensively, "THAT WAS THE ONLY ONE WE COULD GET..." The large bottom panel reveals the printed photograph: it is a picture of Luffy smiling broadly and cheerfully, completely unbothered. Over this image, Nezumi's voice screams, "LISTEN TO ME! THIS IS AN EXTREMELY HEINOUS PIRATE! HE IS TO BE TAKEN DEAD OR ALIVE! I ASK THAT YOU PLACE A BOUNTY ON HIS HEAD FOR ALL NATIONS OF THE WORLD!"
