Nami stares in shock as the samurai Kin'emon suddenly transforms. "THE SAMURAI WENT OUTSIDEI!!" she cries. "WHAT DID YOU SAYI!" A tiny Chopper pops up beside her. "YES." In the next panel Kin'emon's fluffy transformed body tumbles through the snowy ruins. "WHOAAAA!! I SUDDENLY GOT ALL BIG AND FLUFFY!!" he shouts. Nami explains, "THAT'S CALLED 'GUARD POINT'. I CAN TRANSFORM INTO SIX DIFFERENT FORMS JUST BY PICTURING THEM." Kin'emon replies, "YOU JUST HAVE TO GET USED TO IT!" Nami warns, "THAT'S A PRETTY UNSTABLE BODY YOU'VE GOT!" In the lower section Kin'emon recounts running off into the snow while Nami and Chopper react with alarm. "AND THEN HE RAN OFF INTO THE SNOW....!!" "UGHHHHH HI!! I KNEW IT WAS TOO QUIET AROUND HERE....!!! I SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTENTION!!" A small snow-covered figure adds, "...HE QUESTIONED ME ON THE DETAILS OF WHERE THIS HAD HAPPENED." Nami concludes, "I'M THE ONE WHO DRAGGED HIM OUT OF THAT PLACE WHEN HE WAS JUST A HEAD WHO COULDN'T EVEN MOVE. WHEN YOU DO A THING LIKE THAT, YOU TAKE ON A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF RESPONSIBILITY!! IF THAT IDIOT GETS HIMSELF KILLED NOW, IT'LL BE MY FAULT...!!" She looks worried as the scene shifts to a snowy landscape.

Luffy urges the group onward. "SURE, GO AHEAD!!" Nami yells after the fleeing samurai, "LUFFY!! I NEED TO GO OFF SOMEWHERE FOR A BIT. IS THAT ALL RIGHTI!" Luffy asks, "THEN DO YOU INTEND TO...GO AFTER HIMI" Kin'emon declares, "I SWEAR, WHEN I FIND HIM..." Nami continues, "...HE HAS NO WAY TO DEFEND HIMSELF SHORT OF FLEEING." Kin'emon muses, "...I SEE, I SEE. HE MAY BE A SAMURAI, BUT WITHOUT HIS TORSO TO WIELD A SWORD..." Suddenly Nami shouts, "HOLD ON A MINUTE!!" She glares at the others while Kin'emon protests, "SURE, WHY NOT! IN FACT, WE SHOULD TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO FIND A CAMERA AND -" Sanji offers, "IN THAT CASE, I WILL GUIDE YOU TO THE LOCATION IN QUESTION. BY THE BY, WOULD YOU CARE TO SHOW ME YOUR PANTIESI" Nami snaps back furiously. In the lower panels the chaos escalates as Nami and the others argue about the samurai and their plans. "ALAS, I WAS BRUTALLY PUNCHED... WERE MY BONES SHATTERED, YOU ASKI" "NO..." "WELL, IT SURE AIN'T BECAUSE I WANT YOU AROUND!!! TO THINK THAT I'M STUCK WITH THE ONE IDIOT I CAN'T EVEN SHARE THIS HAPPINESS WITH!!!" "SO TELL ME AGAIN, WHY DO I HAVE TO GO AND HUNT FOR THAT FARTING SAMURAI JUST BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN A PRIZE IDIOTI!!" Zoro appears, "ZORO!! YOU GO ALONG WITH THEM." The narration notes, "AS LONG AS ZORO'S AROUND, SANJI-KUN WILL SPEND THE WHOLE TIME ARGUING WITH HIM..."

The crew argues about their next move. Nami pleads, "PLEASE DON'T MAKE THAT FACE AS CHOPPER AGAIN. EVER AGAIN." Franky complains, "AWWW, C'MON, NO NEED TO COMPLIMENT ME THAT MUCH! ♥" Chopper yells, "I CAN'T STAND BEING THIS PERVERSE FREAK ANY LONGER!!" Kin'emon states, "OUR PRIORITY HAS TO BE CHANGING OURSELVES BACK TO NORMAL!!" Luffy concludes, "SO, LET'S FIGURE OUT WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO NEXT." In the next row Nami examines a test tube. "THIS IS...!!!" Chopper says, "BUT..." Nami continues, "I HAVE THE RESULTS....!!" Franky warns, "FRANKY, I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD SPEAK AT ALL IN THAT BODY." Robin adds, "EVER AGAIN." A small character asks, "ARE WE REALLY SICKI TELL US, RACCOON GUYI" In the bottom panel a massive snow creature rampages. "ARE YOU FEELING COLDI!" someone shouts. "WHAT'S WRONGI!" Another voice cries out as the beast attacks. Large sound effects read "ドスンッ" and "URGH HH..." while figures scatter in the snowy landscape.

In the lab, Chopper panics as children begin collapsing. "HEY, CHOPPER, IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S HURT!! HELP HIM OUT!!" someone shouts. "SHINDO!! ARE YOU OKAYI!!" cries another. Shindo clutches his stomach, groaning, "IT HURTS... URGHHH..." Law stares in shock, asking, "WHOA, WHAT'S GOING ONI" The children writhe in pain. "WHAT'S WRONG WITH THEM ALLI!!" yells a voice. "DORAN, TOOI!!" "AAARG HHH...!!" screams Doran. "UUNHH HH...!!" moans another. "MOCHA...!!" calls out as Mocha collapses. Chopper examines them desperately. "CHOPPER, YOU JUST EXAMINED THEM, DIDN'T YOUI! DO THESE CHILDREN REALLY HAVE SOME KIND OF ILLNESSI!!" demands a voice. "WHAT'S GOING ONI" "THE BIG KIDS ARE ALL COLLAPSING ONE AFTER ANOTHER...I!" gasps the curly-haired woman. Chopper stares in disbelief, replying, "...NO."

The curly-haired woman questions the children. "USUALLY...I" one child replies weakly. "WE HAVE OUR EXAMINATION... AND THEN... THEY GIVE US SOME CANDY..." Another pants heavily. "IS THERE SOMETHING YOU WANT ABOUT NOWI" she asks. "WHAT DO YOU USUALLY DO AROUND THIS TIMEI" A child answers, "YEAH... WHEN I EAT THAT...!!" vomiting, "UERGH HHHHHHH HH...!!" Others react: "IT'S REALLY FUNNY, AND REALLY TASTY." "UH-HUH, IT'S ALL FIZZY AND SMOKE COMES OUT OF IT." "CANDYI" The woman looks concerned. A close-up shows a child's dilated eye. "IF I HAD SOME, I MIGHT FEEL BETTER...!!" thinks one. "WHEN I EAT THAT, IT ALWAYS MAKES ME FEEL REALLY HAPPY...!!" another adds as the children continue to suffer.

Law confronts the situation. "...BUT THOSE KIDS ARE ALL HORRIBLY ILL!!" he exclaims. "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUTI OUR JOB IS TO PATROL OUTSIDE, SO I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE LAB..." replies a figure. "WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THISI!! THESE CHILDREN DON'T HAVE A DISEASE AT ALL!!" shouts the woman. "BROWN-BEARD! THAT'S YOUR NAME, RIGHTI" The children cough violently. "URGH... *COUGH*...!!" A large man with a beard appears, declaring, "HE'S A TENDER-HEARTED SCIENTIST!!!" and "...SO THAT HE COULD TREAT THEM WITH HIS OWN SPECIAL TECHNIQUES AND MEDICINE!!" He continues, "OUR MERCIFUL MASTER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GATHER THEM FROM THEIR ISLAND HOMES..." The woman protests, "ALLY, YOU TOOI! ARE YOU OKAYI!!" The man roars, "THE KIDS ARE COLLAPSING IN PAIN BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T HAD THEIR TREATMENT...!!" and "YOU SEEI! THIS PROVES IT!! AS SOON AS YOU TAKE THEM AWAY FROM THE LAB..."

Chopper analyzes a test tube. "NHC-10. THAT'S WHAT I FOUND FROM EXAMINING THESE CHILDREN. ONLY TRACE AMOUNTS," he reports. "BUT IT'S DEFINITELY THERE." The curly-haired woman and Law react in alarm. "CHOPPER, WHAT'S WRONGI! DID YOU FIGURE SOMETHING OUTI!!" "YOU'RE WRONG!!!" Chopper holds up the vial, shouting, "THIS IS A STIMULANT DRUG!!!" The scene shifts to a snowy lab exterior marked "55". Narration explains, "IT CAN LEGITIMATELY BE USED TO TREAT SOME ILLNESSES, BUT ONLY IN THE SMALLEST OF DOSES. IT'S NEVER ACCEPTABLE TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM DOSE, BECAUSE THE DRUG CAN BECOME HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!!" A voice adds, "ONLY A VERY SELECT NUMBER OF DOCTORS IN A SELECT FEW COUNTRIES ARE EVEN PERMITTED TO POSSESS THIS STUFF!!" and "DOCTORINE USED TO HAVE SOME, SO I KNOW ALL ABOUT IT."

A massive round-eyed face looms in panic. "JUST TO STOP THEM FROM ESCAPING THE LABI!!" In the next panel an afro-haired child clutches his head as narration explains: "THESE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN TAKING THE SAME DRUG EVERY DAY FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME...THEY'VE REACHED THE CHRONIC ADDICTION PHASE!!" "WHYI!! WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THIS TO INNOCENT CHILDRENI!!" "THEIR BODIES ARE SEEKING THEIR NEXT DOSE TO ESCAPE FROM THE PAIN!!!" Below, a chained giant figure snarls at a cloaked attacker, "YOU'D BETTER NOT BE TRYING TO INSULT OUR MASTER...!!!" while demanding, "WHAT IS YOUR SO-CALLED 'SAVIOUR'......REALLY DOING WITH THESE CHILDRENI!!!" A violent "ガシャン!!" rings out. A woman in a fur hat and striped dress brandishes a knife, shouting, "NO!!! WE MUSTN'T LET THEM TASTE THAT 'CANDY' EVER AGAIN!! THE PEOPLE IN THAT LAB HAVE BEEN USING IT TO FEED THESE CHILDREN DANGEROUS DRUGS!!!" Luffy, wide-eyed and sweating, cries, "CHOPPER, WHAT SHOULD WE DOI! THEY'RE ALL COLLAPSING IN PAIN!! DO THEY NEED THE CANDYI! SHOULD I GO BACK TO THAT BUILDING AND SEE IF I CAN GET SOMEI!!"

Luffy clutches his head in shock. "IF CHOPPER SAYS IT'S BAD, THEN IT MUST BE BAD!! HE'S OUR SHIP'S DOCTOR!! WE HAVE TO TRUST HIM!!" A small striped-hatted figure answers, "HMI...NO!! I CAN'T." From the side a voice calls, "STRAW HAT GUY... ARE YOU GONNA BRING US THE CANDY...I" Suddenly a giant child named Shindo convulses, eyes rolling back as he screams, "AHHHH...!! SHINDO, WHAT'S WRONGI!! YOU'RE SCARING US...!!" Sweat flies as Luffy stares in horror. "HUHI" A furry creature pants heavily, "DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY YOU'D GO OUT AND GET ITI!!" while "パント" sound effects mark its ragged breathing. Luffy and the others react with wide eyes and frantic motion lines.

A massive impact erupts with the huge onomatopoeia "ビッグーン!!!" Shindo, now fully berserk and foaming, lunges forward roaring, "YOU SAID YOU'D GET IT!!!" Luffy is hurled backward amid the blast. "LUFFY!!!" "AAAG HHHHH HH!!!" Shindo's wild eyes and bared fangs fill the frame. Below, the other giant children begin to thrash. "SHINDO, STOP!!" "AAAAA HHHHHH HH...!!" A woman shouts, "WHERE IS THAT STRENGTH COMING FROMI!!" One child yells, "YEAH, BUT THIS STRONGI!" Another adds, "I GUESS EVEN YOUNG GIANTS MUST STILL BE PRETTY STRONG!!" "I'VE NEVER SEEN SHINDO ACT LIKE THIS BEFORE!!" A final strike lands with "ガシャーン" as the rampage continues.

The group stares in realization. "I THOUGHT WE HAD A DISEASE THAT MAKES US GROW! ISN'T THAT RIGHTI! THERE'S NOTHING ELSE WRONG WITH US!" "...ALL OF US WERE NORMAL SIZED!!" "NONE OF THE BIG KIDS ARE GIANTS! WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED ON THIS ISLAND..." "HUHI! SHINDO ISN'T A GIANT!!" A voice explains, "THE KIDS WHO'VE BEEN HERE THE LONGEST ARE ALWAYS THE BIGGEST...!!" "WHICH MEANS THAT THESE CHILDREN ARE BEING... EXPERIMENTED ON...!!!" "THEIR PITUITARY GLANDS ARE RELEASING HORMONES AT AN ACCELERATED RATE... BUT THAT WOULDN'T HAPPEN NATURALLY..." "PEOPLE WITH GIANT BODIES ARE EXTRA LARGE TO BEGIN WITH!!" "THAT'S RIDICULOUS!! THERE'S NO DISEASE THAT WOULD MAKE ORDINARY HUMANS GROW TO THE SIZE OF GIANTS!!" The other giant children start to lose control. Luffy yells, "USOPP! DON'T HURT THEM!!" Usopp replies, "NO, LUFFY!! DON'T HURT THEM!!" while a woman orders, "SHALL I TAKE CARE OF THEMI!!" Luffy declares, "HISSATSU!!"

Usopp launches a massive attack from the right, shouting "BAKUSUI-BOSHI!!!" as the projectile explodes in a cloud of smoke and stars. The narration box reads "HEAVY SLEEPING STAR". Screams of "AAH HHHH HH..." echo as the blast engulfs the area. A huge impact follows with the sound effect "どーん!!", knocking out several figures. In the aftermath, large sleeping bodies lie scattered with *PANT* *PANT* effects. Silhouetted observers stand in the foreground. Luffy turns and says "HMI" while someone addresses him directly: "LUFFY." A tall figure in a heavy coat concludes, "...SO THESE CHILDREN REALLY WERE KIDNAPPED..."

Luffy and a tall man in a black coat stand amid swirling smoke. The man declares, "I CAN'T JUST LEAVE THESE CHILDREN!! THEY JUST WANT TO GO HOME!...THEY WANT TO SEE THEIR PARENTS!...WE HAVE TO HELP THEM!!!" Luffy replies thoughtfully, "HMMM MM... THEN LET'S TAKE THEM TO THEIR PARENTS...!!!" In the next exchange, Luffy asks, "YOU MEAN THAT 'MASTER' GUY...I" The man answers, "UNTIL WE EXPOSE THE MASTERMIND BEHIND THIS, NOTHING CAN BE CERTAIN!" and "INDEED... AND WE STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE A PROPER GRASP OF THE SITUATION." An angry voice retorts, "YOU IDIOT!! IT'S NOT NEARLY THAT SIMPLE!! THERE ARE A MOUNTAIN OF PROBLEMS TO DEAL WITH!!!" Elsewhere, a bandaged figure sweats and says, "...I NEED TO STAY BEHIND HERE...!! I CAN'T FORGIVE WHAT 'MASTER' HAS DONE... HONESTLY, I'D LIKE TO BEAT HIM UP MYSELF, BUT..." while another voice adds, "OH, WELL, I GUESS WE'LL JUST HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE LAB WITHOUT THEM!" and "BUT ZORO, SANJI AND BROOK HAVE RUN OFF TO FIND THAT SAMURAI ALREADY..." A small panel shows Luffy looking shocked.

Luffy reacts with alarm: "BUT WHAT IF THE KIDS START GOING CRAZY AGAIN LIKE JUST NOWI THAT WOULD BE BAD!!" Nami snaps back, "THAT'S DIRTY AND LOW, NAMI!!! YOU'RE JUST SCARED, AREN'T YOUI!!!" while another voice says, "GOOD POINT! THEN... I GUESS I'LL STAY BEHIND AS WELL!!" and "I'M STILL WORRIED ABOUT THE CHILDREN... I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THEM..." A massive impact erupts with the sound "ばーーーん!!" as the group ties up the oversized children. Voices comment, "...SO THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!" "THAT'S A LITTLE CRUDE..." "IT'S THE ONLY WAY. THESE KIDS FIGHT LIKE HEAVIES!" and "LET'S TIE UP THE BIG ONES..." In another panel, Luffy grins and shouts, "THERE IS NOTHING FINE ABOUT THIS!!" "HAVE YOU GOT THATI!" while others discuss, "OH, JUST STAY AS YOU ARE! IT'LL BE FINE!" "...NEED TO ALL MEET UP WITH TRAFALGAR AGAIN IF WE WANT TO CHANGE BACK." and "I FIGURE THE FOUR OF US... Split panels label "ZORO'S TEAM" and "ROAD TO THE MOUNTAINS BEHIND THE LAB". Smoker and Tashigi lie unconscious amid debris and bubbles. Impact sounds "ゴゴッ" and "ゴチャ..." mark distant action. In the next panel he muses, "WHAT ABOUT MISTER STRAW HAT AND HIS FRIENDSI" and answers himself, "WELL, THE CHILDREN WILL BE DYING TO COME BACK HERE SOONER OR LATER REGARDLESS... BUT MONE! INSISTED THAT I PREPARE FOR EVERY EVENTUALITY...!!!" The scientist laughs, "A FITTING PRESENT INDEED! I HAVE ALREADY SENT SOLDIERS TO TAKE CARE OF THE MARINES, BUT... SHURORORO! WITH THIS, THE OUTCOME IS CLEAR." The view pulls back to a vast icy chamber where two towering, shadowy figures stand with rifles. A caption declares, "THE 'YETI COOL BROTHERS'!" A voice remarks, "THOSE SNOWY-MOUNTAIN KILLERS..."
