My Name is Kinemon!!

Inside Caesar's research facility, the mystery man is finally named: "MYSTERY MAN Vergo." He stands over the collapsed Law while Monet explains why Caesar is not trusted even by his own side. Vergo asks Law, "DID YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT HE WAS NOT AWARE OF ANYTHING?" Monet adds, "WE DO NOT TRUST CAESAR ANY MORE THAN YOU. THAT IS WHY HE METICULOUSLY ENSURED THAT MONE' WORK HER WAY INTO HIS INNERMOST CIRCLE." Law can only pant at Vergo's feet, trapped by pain before he can answer.

Vergo addresses Law with the cold familiarity of someone from his past. "I HEAR YOU ARE ONE OF THE ROYAL SHICHIBUKAI NOWADAYS... HOW FAR YOU HAVE RISEN. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HERE?! VERGO...!!!" Law asks. Vergo answers, "OH, I ONLY JUST ARRIVED... I HAPPENED TO BE ON DRESSROSA, YOU SEE... AND I HEARD THAT AN SAD TANKER WAS DUE TO SET SAIL. IT SEEMS I WAS RIGHT TO BOARD IT." Law demands, "WHAT HAVE I DONE TO HARM YOUR PEOPLE?!" Vergo replies, "IF YOU HAD ALREADY CAUSED US HARM, THEN YOU WOULD NOT BE LIVING RIGHT NOW. BUT YOU SHOULD LEARN THAT KEEPING SECRETS FROM ADULTS IS FRUITLESS, LAW. THE TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT." Law, still struggling, says, "...IN THAT CASE... I'LL JUST HAVE TO DISPOSE OF YOU RIGHT NOW!!!"

Law tries to strike, but Vergo crushes him immediately. As Law screams, Vergo says calmly, "OH, YES... ONE THING I FORGOT TO SAY." He takes Law's sword and warns, "WATCH YOUR MOUTH..." Then he swings with brutal force, sending Law crashing through the room. A communication device activates, and the voice says, "IT'S VERGO-SAN TO YOU." The page makes the power balance clear: Law's Shichibukai title means nothing in front of Vergo, who treats him like a subordinate child.

Outside the research facility, Luffy's team lies scattered among falling Slime fragments. The people around them panic: "WHAT JUST HAPPENED...?!!" and "I'VE GOT NO IDEA...!!!" Then Caesar's gas body hangs above the battlefield, laughing, "SHURORORORO...!!" Vice-Admiral Smoker and Tashigi are down as well. Someone cries, "VICE-ADMIRAL SMOKER...!!!" and another shouts, "TASHIGI-CHAAAAAN!!!" Caesar has taken down Luffy, Robin, Brownbeard, Smoker's group, and the surrounding fighters without needing to touch them directly.

The Marines cannot understand what Caesar did. One says, "I CAN'T BELIEVE WE'VE SEEN THAT MAN COLLAPSE NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE IN THE SAME DAY..." Another adds, "ALL THREE OF THOSE STRAW HAT PIRATES... ARE OUT FOR THE COUNT, TOO!!" Robin lies unconscious while someone wonders, "COULD IT BE SOVEREIGN HAKI?!" Another Marine rejects that: "DON'T BE RIDICULOUS!! THE GAP IN THEIR STRENGTH CAN'T BE THAT HUGE!!" Caesar grins from the gas and lets the mystery remain: "THEN WHAT IS IT?!! HOW DID HE DEFEAT THEM ALL, WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING THEM?!!" His followers cheer, "THIS IS THE POWER OF OUR MASTER AND SAVIOUR!!!" and "GYAHA!! TAKE THAT, MARINES!!!"

Caesar turns the defeat into orders. "RIGHT, THEN, MY STURDY SOLDIERS... SEE TO IT THAT THESE FIVE TROUBLEMAKERS ARE BOUND UP SECURELY!! USE CHAINS OF KAIROUSEKI FOR THE FRUIT USERS...!!" His men answer, "YES, MASTER!!!" Caesar then tells them to abandon the Marines: "THEN LEAVE THE MARINES BEHIND AND TAKE SHELTER INSIDE THE FACILITY!! IT'S DANGEROUS OUT HERE...!!" He claims the Slime fragments falling from above are harmless to his people: "IT SEEMS THAT SOME STRANGE CREATURES ARE FALLING FROM ABOVE, BUT DO NOT WORRY. I WILL PROTECT THIS PLACE AS YOUR REFUGE!!" Seeing Luffy and Law's side beaten, Caesar gloats, "...IT SEEMS THE COOL BROTHERS HAVE FAILED ME...!! WELL, I SUPPOSE THAT COULD HARDLY BE HELPED... STRAW HAT AND LAW TOGETHER MUST HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MUCH FOR THEM TO HANDLE..."

At Punk Hazard's central lake, Zoro's team faces the growing Slime directly. Brook coughs and says, "I... IT'S POISON GAS! POISON GAS SPEWS OUT WHEN I CUT THEM!" Nami screams, "AAARHHH MY EYES!! MY EEEE EYES!!!" while Zoro asks, "WHAT SHALL WE DO, ZORO-SAN?!!" Brook cannot help much, joking through the danger, "OH, WAIT. I DON'T HAVE ANY EYES." Zoro snaps, "...YOU ALREADY WATCHED ME TRY THE SAME THING!! WHAT ARE YOU, SKELETON, AN IDIOT?!" When Sanji asks what is wrong, Zoro says, "OH, I KNOW. SINCE THEY'RE MADE OUT OF JELLY, YOU GO EAT THEM UP." Sanji answers, "HOW DISGUSTING!!! COULD YOU PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE A BULLY, ZORO-SAN?!"

Beneath the lake surface, Sanji swims through the freezing water in Nami's body. He shivers, "URRGHHH... IT'S SO COLD!! I'M FREEZING!!" and apologizes, "I'M SO SORRY, NAMI-SAN!!" The water itself is turning dark from the Slime's poison. Sanji realizes, "WHOA!! COULD THIS BE THE SLIME'S POISON?!!" but pushes on: "YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME... THAT GUY'S BODY HAD BETTER NOT BE INSIDE..." He uses Observation Haki to search: "I'VE BEEN USING MY OBSERVATION HAKI THIS WHOLE TIME... BUT HIS LIFE FORCE MUST BE GROWING TOO WEAK... I CAN'T MAKE IT OUT AMONG THE FISH!!"

Sanji is attacked underwater. He tells a huge fish, "THAT AIN'T FOR YOU TO EAT, SHARK-FACE!!" and shouts, "HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!! DON'T SCREW WITH ME!!!" The cold and pressure batter Nami's body; he coughs up blood and struggles: "WHAT'S WRONG?! WHAT'S HAPPENING TO YOU?!!" Still, he refuses to stop, telling himself, "IT DOES NOT HURT...!!! OH, COME ON!!!" Then he sees the last piece and fires himself toward it: "JOUE... SHOOT!!!" He kicks through the water and strikes, choosing speed over safety before the poison reaches everything.

Sanji seizes the missing torso and rushes upward with it. He thinks, "ALL RIGHT, PERFECT!! THIS IS THE LAST PART!!! WITH THIS, THE SAMURAI PUZZLE WILL BE COMPLETE!!!" But the lake is now nearly surrounded by poison. A giant fish lunges and the dark clouds thicken. Sanji sees the danger: "NOT GOOD... IT LOOKS LIKE I'M SURROUNDED!!" The poison has reached far enough that he wonders, "WILL NAMI-SAN'S MUSCLES BE ENOUGH TO PULL THIS OFF...? IT'S NOT GOING TO BE EASY ON HER BODY, BUT...!!" He has the samurai's torso, but escaping the poisoned lake is now the real fight.

Sanji explodes out of the water with "BLUE WALK!!!" Brook sees the lake's condition and warns, "AHHH... THIS DOESN'T LOOK GOOD... THE WHOLE LAKE HAS TURNED THE COLOUR OF POISON!! SANJI-SAN, YOU MUST HURRY...!!" Nami, Zoro, and Brook watch the leap break through the surface, and Zoro admits, "AND HE'S ACTUALLY GOT IT, TOO..." Brook calls, "SANJI-SAN!!" while Sanji gasps for breath, "TRULY...!!" The recovery is successful: Sanji has retrieved the torso before the poison can finish spreading through the lake.

With his body restored, the samurai breaks down. He says, "THERE ARE NO WORDS...!! TO THINK THAT THE SIMPLE FACT OF POSSESSING THE BODY WITH WHICH I WAS BORN... COULD BRING ME SUCH UNPARALLELED JOY...!!" Standing whole again in his kimono, he notices Sanji in Nami's body and says, "WHY, SAMURAI-SAN, YOU'RE ACTUALLY RATHER TALL! YOU'RE THE SAME HEIGHT AS ME!" then catches himself: "THAT REMINDS ME... I STILL HAVE NOT INTRODUCED MYSELF!" He bows and declares, "FORGIVE MY RUDENESS!! MY NAME IS KINEMON!! I HAIL FROM THE LAND OF KURI... IN THE COUNTRY OF WANO!!" The title box names him fully: "SAMURAI OF THE WANO COUNTRY Kitsunebi no Kin'emon."

Kin'emon asks Sanji's name, saying, "MASTER EYEBROWS... MAY I HEAR YOUR NAME ALSO?" Sanji answers, "THE NAME'S SANJI," but then remembers the humiliation of being helpless while his body was split: "AND WHO'RE YOU CALLING 'MASTER'? NOW YOU'VE GOT YOUR BODY BACK ...YOU SEEM AWFULLY TALKATIVE AND PLEASED WITH YOURSELF...!!" He lectures Kin'emon: "YOU'D BETTER NOT HAVE FORGOTTEN ALL THE BRAZEN STUFF YOU HAD THE NERVE TO SAY TO ME... ...WHILE I COULDN'T HARM YOU BECAUSE YOU WERE COMPLETELY HELPLESS!!" Kin'emon's face darkens as he realizes the debt. He bows deeply and says, "FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE... I WILL NEVER FORGET THE DEBT I OWE TO YOU!! YOU HAVE MY DEEPEST GRATITUDE!!! I BEG YOU TO FIND IT IN YOUR HEARTS TO FORGIVE ME FOR DOUBTING YOU UNTIL THE MOMENT MY BODY WAS FINALLY RESTORED!!!"

Nami snaps at Sanji for showing off in her body: "QUIT DOING THAT, IDIOT!! GET YOUR HEAD OFF THE GROUND!! A MAN SHOULDN'T PROSTRATE HIMSELF THAT EASILY!!! BUT IF IT WERE NOT FOR YOU, I WOULD STILL BE...!!" Brook interrupts politely, "I'M TERRIBLY SORRY TO INTERRUPT, SANJI-SAN... ...BUT IT LOOKS LIKE WE'RE IN RATHER DISASTROUS TROUBLE." The lake is now surrounded by Slime. Brook observes, "IT WOULD APPEAR THERE IS NOWHERE LEFT TO RUN." Nami panics, "WHOA, WHOA... I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU GUYS TO TAKE CARE OF THESE THINGS!!" Zoro replies, "WELL, WE TRIED. NOTHING SEEMS TO FAZE THEM." Nami asks, "HAVE YOU CONSIDERED TRYING TO SET THEM ALIGHT...?" and Kin'emon steps forward: "PEOPLE CALL ME 'KITSUNEBI NO KIN'EMON'... KIN'EMON OF THE FOXFIRE!! MY BLAZING SWORD SEARS A PATH THROUGH THE FOE!! LET US BURN THESE CREATURES AND WALK OVER THEIR ASHEN REMAINS!!!"

Brook loves the idea and says, "OH, WHAT A LOVELY IDEA!! PLEASE, GO RIGHT AHEAD!!" Kin'emon ignites his blade and charges with "YAHH HHH!!!" while Nami watches in surprise and the Slime begins to burn. Zoro stays quiet, reading what just happened rather than celebrating too early. The next instant, a huge blast erupts across the lake surface. The explosion spreads over the poison-stained water, but the group remains standing amid the aftermath, shocked by what Kin'emon's fire has done.

Kin'emon reveals the truth of his sword style. Zoro, surprised, asks, "SLICED THE... EXPLOSION...?!!" Kin'emon explains, "BUT SINCE THEY DID, I MERELY SLICED THE FLAMES OF THE EXPLOSION APART...!!!" His "Kitsunebi Style" has two main points: first, it allows him to slice enemies with searing fire, and second, "IT ALLOWS ME TO SLICE APART FIRE ITSELF!!" He declares, "THERE IS NO FIRE ...THAT MY BLADE CANNOT FELL!!" Realizing the path is clear, Kin'emon says, "NOW, IT SEEMS THE PATH IS CLEAR. I AM COMING FOR YOU, MOMONOSUKE!" When he announces he must go rescue Momonosuke from the facility, Zoro stops him: "HOLD IT!!" and offers to come: "I'M STARTING TO FEEL QUITE INTRIGUED BY YOUR SAMURAI WAYS... LET ME JOIN YOU. I'LL HELP YOU SAVE YOUR SON...!!"
