A massive ship sails toward an island as narration declares, "THE WINNER WILL BE GREETED BY CELEBRATION AND THE LOOSER BY THE DEEP COLD SEA. IT'S THE DAVY BACK FIGHT!" and "AND NOW... WHAT WE ARE ALL WAITING FOR... THE LOOSER WILL LOSE A FRIEND!!!". The crowd cheers with "わああああああああ". On the starting ship, the massive "START" banner drops as the announcer shouts, "THE FIRST ROUND, DONUT RACE, IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!!!". Porche cheers "PORCH-CHAN~~~ WUOOH NNN!!!". A masked figure yells "DROWN THAT FREAK WITH THE LONG NOSE, KAPOUT!!!" while another snaps "OH SHUT UP!!!". The objective panel shows a close-up of the announcer declaring, "THE OBJECTIVE:" and "BUT FIRST..." with a loud "KII!" sound effect.

An aerial view shows Long Ring Long Land island with the race course marked "LONG RING LONG LAND" and "START AND GOAL". A character laughs "HEHEHE..." while another asks "WHYI" The starter raises his hand and yells "READY~~~~" as the signal fires with a massive "DONUT!!!" impact, launching the barrel boats forward amid splashes and motion lines.

The two ships charge forward simultaneously amid explosions and cannon fire. The Foxy Pirates open support fire as the barrel tiger is blasted away. A voice shouts "WUAH!!" while another reacts "!!!I" The Cutie Wagon takes the lead as the announcer declares, "THE BARREL TIGER GOT BLASTED AWAY AND THE CUTIE WAGON TAKES THE LEAD!!!" Mounda yells "GO!! CHARGE, MOUNDA!!!" and "YEE EHA!!!" while the ships plow through massive waves and debris with dramatic impact effects.

A panicked crew member screams "T... TURN! TURN!!! WE'RE GOING TO OVERTURN!!!" as another yells "THEY ARE BREAKING THE RULE!!" and "THE AUDIENCE SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO ATTACK!!!" Someone calls out "HEY..." while a figure falls with "AH..." The group narrowly escapes with "PHEW! WE'RE SAFE." as a massive splash erupts. A pirate taunts "LET'S HAVE SOME FUN~~~~" and "DON'T SINK SO FAST THOUGH!!" while another laughs "AHAHAHA, EXCUSE ME. I'LL BE TAKING THE LEAD." A sinister voice growls "HEHE, SINK!!!!" A giant boulder suddenly flies toward the boat, prompting shocked reactions of "!!!I" and "WHERE DID THAT BOULDER COME FROM!I" Nami cries out in alarm as the crew realizes the audience is interfering again.

The barrel boat rows desperately through rough waves as a voice commands "ROW FAST!!" Nami reacts with "EHI" while Robin calmly notes "SO CAN OURS." Usopp panics, "IF THEIR FRIENDS CAN PROVIDE SUPPORT..." and screams "I CAN'T ACCEPT THIS!!" The announcer explains, "INTERRUPTION FROM THE AUDIENCE IS COMMONLY ACCEPTED IN A PIRATE-VS-PIRATE GAME." A massive brawl erupts with "WAAAH!!!" as Sanji furiously attacks, roaring "HOW DARE YOU MOTHER FUCKING SONS OF BITCHES DO THAT TO NAMI-CHAN AND ROBIN-CHAN, YOU ASSHOLES!!!!" amid heavy impact effects and flying debris.

On the chaotic seas, Sanji glares from the deck and roars at the fish-men pirates, "YOU PUNKS!! I'M GOING TO DICE YOUR HEADS INTO FISH EGG SAUCE!!!" while a panicked voice cries "NYAAAH!!! SANJI!" A massive impact erupts as Kapouti unleashes his technique, the enormous letters "ドドドドド" shaking the panel while someone yells "SEA SPLITTER!!!" The sea splits violently beneath the racing boats amid flying debris and motion lines.

The boat rocks wildly as passengers shout "WE LOST A SEAT! WE NEED TO REBALANCE!!!" while a rider screams "WAAAA AAAH!!" A smirking fighter taunts "HEHEHE-HEH... USE-LESS!!" and unleashes "CERTAIN-DEATH FIRE STAR!!!" with a fiery blast marked "ドドドド" and "ポォン!!" Another combatant yells "BASTARD, EAT THIS!!" as the attack lands. Nami appears in a powerful stance, arms crossed, declaring "EIGHT-WHEEL FLEUR!!!" while an opponent reacts "WAAAH WHAT'S THIS!I D... DAMN HIM...!!!"

Usopp, eyes bulging, yells back, "THEY WON'T WANT YOU. GO BACK TO ROWING!" while Nami smirks and adds, "WE MUST NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!!! THEY WILL TAKE ME AWAY FOR SURE BECAUSE I AM TOO CUTE. THAT'S TRUE. IF WE LOOSE..." Usopp leans over the side experimenting with the water, replying to a question mark bubble with "EXPERIMENT." Nami asks, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING, USOPPI" From the distance a long-nosed man in a fur hat and mask glares and declares, "TO THAT WOMAN. I WON'T BE SATISFIED WITH JUST WINNING. HM... BUT I WANT TO RETURN THE HUMILIATION... WE WILL WIN WITHOUT BREAKING A SWEAT. NOT BAD. AHAHAHAHA. AT THIS RATE..." while impact lines and "H''H''H''H''" mark his intense stare.

The masked man recoils with a loud "HMI" as a massive explosion erupts. Usopp is blasted backward with a scream "IYAAAH!!!" while Robin is thrown off balance. Huge impact lettering "ドッドッドッドッドッドッド" and "ファーーーー」 fill the panel as the boat lurches violently. Nami cries "HUHI" Robin shouts "IT STOPPED." From afar the masked man yells in shock, "HOW DID THEY GO SO FAST ALL OF A SUDDEN!!!I HOW!I" while the sea calms and distant boats are visible.

Robin states, "THAT WAS AMAZING. WE FLEW PASSED THEM!!" Usopp groans, "HEH... I ALMOST BROKE MY SHOULDER..." Nami turns and asks, "HEY, USOPP. WHAT DID YOU DOI" Usopp holds up a round device and shouts, "IMPACT DIAL!!" The masked man stares in disbelief, "HEH... HEH..." as the boat speeds ahead. He points and roars, "MOUNDA, CHARGE!!! SHARK!!" while Nami watches with wide eyes, noting the sudden boost. The narration reads, "THE SPEED BOOST IS GREAT! THIS IS GREAT, EVEN THOUGH IT ONLY LAST A SHORT TIME. ALL THAT POWER CAME FROM JUST ONE BLASTI"

A commentator box declares, "THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE!! THE UNDEFEATED CUTIE WAGON ACTUALLY LOST HER LEAD FOR A MOMENT!!" The masked man growls, "NOW WE HAVE TO PLAY CATCH UP AGAIN!!" while a shark-shaped boat surges forward. Another box announces, "THE RACE IS GETTING MORE AND MORE INTERESTING!! GO, PORCH!!!" as the masked man fires a weapon and yells, "WHAT IS MOUNDA DOING!I" Nami cheers, "GREAT, ROBIN! THAT WILL SIMPLIFY THINGS!" The masked man reacts with shock, "HOW'S THATI WHAT THE!!!" and another voice warns, "HAHAHA. SO WHAT IF YOU WENT PASSED US FOR A SHORT MOMENT. IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN!!"

A spectator gasps, "HE'S THEIR CAPTAIN!I" while another notes, "HM... OUR BOSS' FACE IS A LITTLE TWISTED. HE MUST BE THINKING ABOUT SOME VERY EVIL SCHEME!!" The crowd chants, "FOXY THE SILVER FOX!!!" Foxy himself grins wickedly and announces, "A VERY NAUGHTY IDEA! I JUST HAD..." The crowd roars, "GO, BOSS!!!" as an observer remarks, "WOW, NOW THAT IS A FACE OF PURE EVIL!!"
