In the Flower Capital, Page One towers over the ruined street and notices the canister in Sanji's hand. "Hmmmmm? Is that a can that you're holding?" Sanji answers to himself that this is exactly what he needed to disguise himself. The crowd is stunned that the soba shop owner actually appeared, with someone shouting that he is stupid and will get himself killed, while another admits that if he had waited any longer, the whole town would have been turned to ruins. Law snaps, "What are you doing, Sangoro!?" and says he saw no problem with leaving the town to its fate. Sanji knows they are up against an emperor and that stubbornness alone will not always save someone. If throwing away his pride lets him save them, he will do it, assuming the thing in his hand has the power to help. The canister is framed as the secret weapon his brother gave him.

Sanji makes his choice while Page One lunges. He insists that using the raid suit "doesn't make me part of Germa!!" and decides he might as well try it out. The transformation begins with whirling motion and a dramatic Germa theme-song flourish. Page One stares in confusion, crying, "Whoaa what?!" Tendrils of the suit wrap around Sanji's body and strip him into the transformation sequence. Even in the middle of it, Sanji complains, "Hey, hey, you shouldn't strip down in public...!!" The smoke clears into a new armored silhouette, and Page One can only shout, "What the hell is thaaaaaat!!?" and "A transformation?!"

Sanji stands on the rooftop in the black raid suit, cape spread and smoke curling around him. The people below gasp, "That's so cool!! What is that technology?!" Law recognizes it immediately: "That suit? It's without a doubt... Stealth Black!!! Germa 66's No. 3." Sanji hates the name as much as the family behind it. He snaps, "I hate 'em, too!!" and says, "I used to read the comic strip, and I always hated Germa." Law keeps talking because everybody from the North Blue knows the story, but Sanji cuts him off: "I don't care! Never call me that again!!"

The crowd and Page One stare at the suited Sanji. Page One realizes this is no simple soba shop owner and demands, "Tell me your name!!!" Sanji pauses, then declares with absolute seriousness, "I'm... O-Soba Mask!!!" The people immediately reject it: "That's so lame!!! Please come up with something else!!!" and "Let us name you instead!!" Sanji ignores the criticism and throws himself back into the fight. Calling Page One "Lizard," he charges in and says, "Let's do this!! ...It's time to see what the power of science is capable of." He dodges around Page One's jaws and counters with speed and force, testing the raid suit in real combat.

Sanji vanishes from Page One's sight. The dinosaur thrashes through the town, smashing into buildings as he searches, muttering, "Where'd he go!?" and "Hmmmmm?!" A witness wonders, "He... vanished?" Page One turns and turns, his massive body scraping through the street, but Sanji is nowhere to be seen. The fight has shifted from brute strength into confusion: the Ancient Zoan can destroy whatever is in front of him, but the man in the black suit has disappeared from the battlefield.

Franky and Usopp try to understand what just happened. One of them cries, "Huh!? Where'd he come from!?" and another says, "Such power!!" Law rejects the idea that Sanji is simply too fast for their eyes and explains the North Blue legend instead. "There was a comic strip called 'The Warrior of the Sea: Sora'. The evil army, Germa 66, were the antagonists in it." One of their members was "Stealth Black," a troublesome man who could disappear at will. Law says the suit lets its wearer blend in perfectly with any environment and become invisible to the human eye. Sanji, hearing this, is struck by the cruel irony and asks, "...What's up with this suit?! Did it just make me invisible?!"

Sanji's anger turns inward as the suit gives him a power he once desperately wanted. He remembers reading about the Clear-Clear Fruit: "So, the Clear-Clear Fruit... allows its user to turn invisible!!!" He says there was a time when he dreamed of becoming an invisible man, but he has already met the man who consumed the fruit, and that man crushed one of his lifelong dreams. Now, the Germa science he despises has revitalized that crushed dream. Sanji calls it ironic and admits the power could be useful for peeping on women's baths, though helping his crew is the real dilemma in front of him. Page One, unable to understand who he is facing, asks, "This is getting weirder and weirder... Who exactly are you!?" Sanji also discovers that the shoes contain a flotation device and the cape is a shield, making the suit far more than invisibility alone.

Page One bellows, "Show me who you really are!!" Sanji answers with motion instead of a name. He kicks Page One hard enough to hurl the dinosaur through a row of buildings, tearing the capital apart with the impact. From below, Law and the others call out, "Whoa!! Sanji, are you all right?" Sanji feels the damage but stays upright, saying, "I felt a little pain, but this suit is definitely durable!!" Law notes that this is as expected of an Ancient Zoan, and Sanji realizes the capital itself will not hold out much longer if the battle continues at this scale.

Page One climbs from the wreckage and decides, "...Well, then. All I need to do now is deliver his body... to Boss Kyoshiro, I suppose." Sanji, still airborne in the raid suit, says he never did find out Page One's true identity and lets it go for now. He decides he will ask Franky and Usopp to modify the design later. Meanwhile the others are already leaving. Someone protests, "Hey!! Why are we leaving Sangoro behind?!" but Law answers that Sanji told them to go on ahead without him. They cannot remain in the capital, because more people will definitely be sent after them and continued trouble will create a bigger problem. As Page One lunges and Sanji attacks again, the group decides, "Let's head to Ebisu Town first!!"

At the same time, in Orochi Castle, the banquet continues with laughter and music. Robin moves silently away from the celebration and enters an old, suspicious room. She searches through shelves and documents, reasoning that the people of Wano crafted the poneglyphs, and because this country has been isolated for centuries, there may be a hidden poneglyph somewhere nearby. Before she can continue freely, a voice cuts through the silence: "Looking for something?" Robin turns, realizing she has been caught while investigating the castle.

The hidden watchers reveal themselves all at once: the personal ninja squad of Wano Country's shogun, the Orochi Oniwabanshu. Their captain, Fukurokuju, faces Robin and says, "You're quite the troublesome geisha... But I'll give you one chance to explain yourself. And I mean it when I say one." The ninja surround her from every side. Some mutter that she is probably an outsider. Others jeer, "Do you not know what a ninja is?" and "What a foolish thing to do!!" One calls her behavior "acting suspicious around ninjas..." Robin sweats under the pressure, knowing the search has already become a direct confrontation.

On Kuri-Kuri Beach, Momonosuke worries about Luffy and says, "I'm worried about Big Bro Luffytaro." Tama insists he will be fine, but she is also shaken because her master told her that nobody has ever escaped from Udon's prison. Raizo has not reported back yet, and Momonosuke admits that if he were stronger, he would go save Luffy himself. Then they notice a massive body washed up on the shore. Someone asks, "What is that!? Nin-nin!!" At first it looks like a person, then a woman, then certainly a large human, but not quite a giant. Chopper recognizes her and freezes in terror: "Huuuuuh!? That's...!!!!"

The body is Big Mom. Chopper starts to shout her name, "Big M..." but panic takes over as she suddenly groans and rolls. "Aaaa aaahhhhh hhhh!!!" he screams. Big Mom stirs with an "Om...!!" and asks, "Chopperemon, who is...?" Kiku immediately warns, "Don't say another word!! You'll wake her up!!" while Tama says they need to run away right now. Chopper knows how absurd the danger is: "Huuuuuuh!? This woman is Big Mooom!?" He tries to steady himself by pretending she is Kaido, since she is the same as him anyway, but Kiku says to be quiet and threatens to kill her here and now. Chopper stops that idea, warning that if she is here because she has been following them, even running away may not matter. Big Mom coughs and begins to wake.

Big Mom rises from the beach, coughing, while Chopper shouts, "It's too late!! Run for now!!" She sits up dazed and asks, "Where... Ugh... Am I?" Everyone freezes. The emperor who should be an unstoppable threat looks confused, blinking at them as if the world itself is unfamiliar. Then she asks the question that changes the situation completely: "Who... am I?" Chopper stares back in shock, unable to process that Big Mom, of all people, seems to have lost her memory. The chapter ends on that impossible surprise.
