In a rainy Wano street scene, a large dragon-like creature with a mane roars while a man in a striped kimono stands holding a spray can and declares, 'TO DISGUISE MYSELF. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED...'. Nearby text reads 'THE SECRET WEAPON THAT HIS BROTHER GAVE HIM!!!'. A voice questions, 'HMMMMI IS THAT A CAN THAT YOU'RE HOLDINGI'. Below, townspeople react in panic: 'I DIDN'T SEE A PROBLEM WITH LEAVING THE TOWN TO ITS FATE...', 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING, SANGOROI!', 'IS HE STUPID!I HE'S JUST GOING TO GET HIMSELF KILLED!', 'THE SOBA SHOP OWNER ACTUALLY APPEARED!I', and 'BUT... IF HE HAD WAITED ANY LONGER, THE WHOLE TOWN WOULD'VE BEEN TURNED TO RUINS!!!'. Sanji, now holding the can labeled '3', thinks, 'SO, IF I THROW AWAY MY PRIDE... THEN I MAY BE ABLE TO SAVE THEM!! WE'RE UP AGAINST AN EMPEROR... BEING STUBBORN DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK WHEN TRYING TO SAVE SOMEONE.' and states, 'OF COURSE, THAT'S ASSUMING THAT THIS THING HERE HAS THE POWER TO HELP...!!'. SFX include 'FWOOSH', 'BAM!!', and large impact effects.

Sanji activates the black raid suit canister. He declares, 'DOESN'T MAKE ME PART OF GERMA!! SO I MIGHT AS WELL TRY IT OUT!!' as the suit whirls with SFX 'WHIRL', 'GERMA THEME SONG', and 'FWOOSH'. The transformation begins with a massive swirling effect and the cry 'GEEEEERRRRRRMAAAAAAA!!'. Sanji shouts '!I'. A bystander yells 'WHOA, WHAAAT!I'. The suit envelops him amid 'BAM!' SFX and motion lines. Onlookers react with shock: 'HEY, HEY, YOU SHOULDN'T STRIP IN PUBLIC...!!!' and 'WHAT THE HELL IS THAAAAAAT!I'. A large panel shows a figure in the emerging black suit with a prominent '3' as the transformation completes, accompanied by 'A TRANSFORMATION!I'.

Onlookers stare up in shock at a cloaked figure standing dramatically on a rooftop. "THAT SUIT!I" one cries. "WHY IS HE WEARING..." another wonders. "WHY IS HE ON THE ROOF!I" a third shouts. "I HATE 'EM, TOO!!" one growls. "I USED TO READ THE COMIC STRIP, AND I ALWAYS HATED GERMA," another admits. "I DON'T CARE!! NEVER CALL ME THAT AGAIN!!" the spotted-hat man snaps. "WHY DO YOU KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT IT!I" he demands. A voice answers, "EVERYBODY FROM THE NORTH BLUE KNOWS!!"

The dragon-like beast looms over the scene while a voice demands, "TELL ME YOUR NAME!!!" The suited figure turns, hair flowing, and declares, "I'M... O-SOBA MASK!!!" Onlookers protest, "THAT'S SO LAME!!! PLEASE COME UP WITH SOMETHING ELSE!!!" and "LET US NAME YOU INSTEAD!!" SFX: BA-DUMP BA-DUMP. The figure leaps into action with motion lines and impact effects. "HEY, LIZARD!! LET'S DO THIS!!" he shouts. "...IT'S TIME TO SEE WHAT THE POWER OF SCIENCE IS CAPABLE OF...!!!" The beast roars in fury as the cloaked hero charges forward.

The beast scans the area in confusion. "WHERE'D HE GO!I" it growls while muttering "HMMM MMMI" The cloaked figure vanishes from sight. "TURN TURN" reads the motion text as the beast realizes, "HE... VANISHEDI" Suddenly the hero reappears mid-strike. The dragon roars in pain, "GYEU!!" and lets out a massive scream, "GUAAA AAAAAA AAGGH!!!" as powerful impact effects and motion lines fill the panel.

Flashback panels recall an old comic: "THERE WAS A COMIC STRIP CALLED 'THE WARRIOR OF THE SEA: SORA'. THE EVIL ARMY, GERMA 66, WERE THE ANTAGONISTS IN IT." "IT WAS WRITTEN IN THE NEWSPAPERS I USED TO READ..." The present scene erupts with the beast thrashing wildly. "HE MUST BE MOVING FASTER THAN OUR EYES CAN SEE!!" someone yells. "HUH!I WHERE'D HE COME FROM!I SUCH POWER!!" A large caption reads, "A TROUBLE-SOME MAN WHO WAS ABLE TO DISAPPEAR AT WILL!!!" and "ONE OF THEIR MEMBERS WAS 'STEALTH BLACK'..." The suited hero reappears, asking himself, "...WHAT'S UP WITH THIS SUIT!I DID IT JUST MAKE ME INVISIBLEI" The spotted-hat man and another figure react in awe: "YOU KNOW WAY TOO MUCH ABOUT IT!!!" and "AND BECOME INVISIBLE TO THE HUMAN EYE!! HE'S ABLE TO BLEND IN PERFECTLY WITH ANY ENVIRONMENT..."

Page One looms in his hybrid dinosaur form, snarling as he confronts the cloaked figure. "I HAVE MET THE MAN WHO CONSUMED THE CLEAR-CLEAR FRUIT...! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CRUSHING ONE OF MY LIFELONG DREAMS!!" Flashbacks show a young Page One dreaming of invisibility. "THERE WAS A TIME IN WHICH... I DREAMED OF BECOMING AN INVISIBLE MAN!! AND NOW... ALLOWS ITS USER TO TURN INVISIBLE. SO, THE CLEAR-CLEAR FRUIT..." He rants about the irony while the raid-suited fighter activates transparency. "WELL, THIS POWER WILL SURELY BE USEFUL FOR PEEPING ON A WOMAN'S BAT... NO... NO... IN HELPING MY CREW!! BOY, WHAT A DILEMMA...!!" The cloaked fighter, now partially visible with the number 3 on his back, demands answers. "THIS IS GETTING WEIRDER AND WEIRDER... WHO EXACTLY ARE YOU!!I" Page One stares in shock. "AN INVISIBLE HUMAN...I MY CRUSHED DREAM... HAS BEEN REVITALIZED BY THE GERMA SCIENCE THAT I ALWAYS DESPISED...!!I" The fighter examines his new gear. "THE CAPE IS MY SHIELD, ON MY HEELS, THERE'S AN ACCELERATION DEVICE, ON MY SOLES, A FLOTATION DEVICE! AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, IT'S GOT TRANSPARENCY!! SO THIS IS WHAT A RAID SUIT IS CAPABLE OF DOING, HUHI"

The cloaked fighter launches a powerful kick, sending Page One flying backward with an explosive impact. "SHOW ME WHO YOU REALLY ARE!!" The blast tears through the street, shattering buildings and kicking up massive clouds of debris. "ボッコーン" The fighter lands amid the wreckage, cape billowing. "I FELT A LITTLE PAIN, BUT THIS SUIT IS DEFINITELY DURABLE!!...AT THIS RATE, THE CAPITAL WON'T HOLD OUT MUCH LONGER..." In the distance, allies react in alarm. "WHOA!! SANJI, ARE YOU ALL RIGHT!I" "AS EXPECTED OF AN ANCIENT ZOAN...!!!!" Smoke and falling rubble fill the air as the battle rages on.

Page One, still in hybrid form, mutters while carrying the unconscious fighter. "I NEVER DID FIND OUT HIS TRUE IDENTITY... OH WELL....WELL, THEN, ALL I NEED TO DO NOW IS DELIVER HIS BODY... TO BOSS KYOSHIRO, I SUPPOSE." He walks away as the cloaked fighter's allies watch from afar. "HEY!! WHY ARE WE LEAVING SANGORO BEHIND!I" "HE TOLD US TO GO ON AHEAD WITHOUT HIM!!!" One ally suggests, "I'LL ASK FRANOSUKE AND USOHACHI TO MODIFY THE DESIGN LATER..." The group debates their next move. "LET'S HEAD TO EBISU TOWN FIRST!!" "WE PROBABLY WON'T BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE CAPITAL." "THEY'LL DEFINITELY SEND MORE PEOPLE AFTER US. WE JUST KEEP CAUSING PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM..." A massive impact sound erupts nearby. "WHOA!"

Night falls over Wano as the scene shifts to Orochi Castle. "AT THE SAME TIME... OROCHI CASTLE-" SFX: ドンチャン♪ ドンチャン♪ ギャハハハ!! グアハハハ!! A silhouetted woman in a kimono stands in the garden, listening to distant music and laughter from a lively room filled with dancing figures and fans. She thinks, "LOOKING FOR SOMETHINGI" and begins searching the corridors. "ヒトヒト..." Inside, she examines the walls. "THEY CRAFTED THE PONEGLYPHS... THERE MUST BE ONE SOMEWHERE IN THIS COUNTRY. THIS COUNTRY HAS BEEN ISOLATED FOR CENTURIES... AN OLD... AND SUSPICIOUS ROOM....PERHAPS THERE'S A HIDDEN DOOR SOMEWHERE AROUND HEREI" She presses panels carefully, sweat on her brow.

Fukurokuju stands tall in his ornate robe, pointing upward as he addresses the troublesome geisha. "You're quite the troublesome geisha... And I mean it when I say one. But I'll give you one chance to explain yourself." The Orochi Oniwabanshu burst onto the scene in a cloud of smoke and debris, weapons drawn. A massive sign declares "THE PERSONAL NINJA SQUAD OF WANO COUNTRY'S SHOGUN THE OROCHI ONIWABANSHU". The captain's nameplate reads "FUKUROKUJU". A young woman sweats nervously while small reaction panels show her glancing aside. Ninjas shout: "No way!! When did they...", "Do you not know what a ninja isI", "What a foolish thing to do!!", and "Acting suspicious around ninjas..." One ninja remarks, "She's probably an outsider..."

A massive dust cloud erupts on Kuri-Kuri Beach with the sound effect "ごごごごご...ん！". A giant figure lies half-buried in sand. Onlookers stare in shock: "...It's... a personI", "HUUU UUUUH!I THAT'S...!!!", "I wonder who's bigger... her or Kaido!I", "...A woman...!I", and "She's not big enough to be a giant... but she's certainly a large human!!" A small girl named O-Tama cries out about Big Bro Luffy while a boy with a topknot worries Raizo hasn't reported back. The giant woman begins to stir as the children react with terror.

The giant woman rises with a thunderous "ば" impact, sending everyone flying. Chopperemon yells "BIG M... ば" while the children scream "AAAA AAAHHHH HHHHH!!!" Panic spreads: "If she wakes up, she'll kill us!", "We need to run away right now!!", "Don't say another word!! You'll wake her up!!", and "Chopperemon, who is..." The giant mutters "OM...!!" as Chopperemon decides "I'll just pretend that she's Kaido!! I'll kill her here and now!!" while coughing "UGH...!! COUGH COUGH!!!I" and shouting "I'll explain later!!!" The group debates fleeing as the massive figure looms.

Big Mom's massive face fills the panel, eyes wide as she blinks and mutters "AM II WHERE... UGH..." and "WHO..." The children flee in terror, one yelling "IT'S TOO LATE!! RUN FOR NOW!!" A close-up shows her confused expression with sound effects "どどん!!" A small panel reveals a familiar straw-hatted silhouette labeled "ONE PIECE...CH. 931 /END" as a masked figure reacts with "HUH!I" and "A BIG SURPRISE...!!!" The chapter ends on the giant woman's awakening and the mysterious observer's shock.
